RAGING FEUD IV
ACE POV:
"Vampires attack!".
"Wolves attack!".
The vampires were swift, but the pack seemed equal to the task.
The wolves complemented strength for speed.
Sam went after Becca to attack her.
He jumped on her. She parried the attack with her hands. She smashed him into a tree. He got up quickly and attacked again.
He rammed his body hard into her stomach. She landed into a tree, creating a big dent on it.
She held her stomach lightly and pursed her lips grimly.
*SWOOSH*
She caught him by the muzzle and smashed him into a tree. The tree broke into two.
She didn't wait for him to get up. She rushed over to splash his brains out with her foot. She stomped hard on the ground. He quickly rolled away, averting his impending death.
He got up quickly but not enough to stop her from kicking him on the right side of his face.
He scraped off the grass as he flew.
From behind, a wolf dived and bit Becca.
She caught it by the ears and smashed it into the nearest wolf behind her.
Sam capitalized and rushed at Becca.
He bit her hand from behind. She screamed in pain.
He jumped in the air and hit her with his hind leg. She flew in the air and rammed hard into a rock.
The rock shattered to smithereens. She was weak for a while.
Sam saw his opportunity and went for the kill. He rushed at her, biting her neck as ferociously as possible.
She shouted in agony. Some vampires who heard her tried to help her, but we're only distracted. The wolves had the upper hand.
Seeing this, I tried to remove the sharp thorn stuck in my arm. It hurt a lot but I couldn't lose focus.
Sam dragged her on the floor while still having a strong hold on the bite.
*SWOOSH*
Sam was hit by the impact of the kick of the new arrival.
It was Sarah.
"Get those filthy sabres off my sister".
Sam got up quickly.
*HOWL*
All the pack members attacked Becca from all sides.
Luckily, the vampires were still around.
They attacked the pack members uniformly and scared them off.
All the pack members retreated from fighting and stood behind Sam.
I finally got the thorn out of my flesh.
I stood beside Becca and Sarah.
The rest of the vampires stood behind us.
*HOWL*
All the pack members launched an attack again.
*HOWL*
This one was different and much more commanding than Sam's.
Suddenly, a gold skinned wolf appeared swiftly nowhere and stood between us and the pack.
It backed ferociously at the pack. Surprisingly, they started to retreat.
I then deciphered that the wolf must be of high, or possibly higher rankings.
Just then, a group of people came from behind us and stood near the golden wolf.
The other pack members cowered in fear and retreated even further.
They covered our view with a huge linen.
Soon, the golden wolf transformed into a man. His facials wasn't visible from behind but his build sure looked well tanned.
He had golden hair like his fur.
They covered him with the linen.
They then proceeded with another linen to Sam.
"What is this? I leave the clan for just a few days and you are already in trouble?".
Sam bowed his head low. He was furious but dared not say a word.
"Speak up, bro!".
His brother?!!!
"I'm sorry Mateo. It's just that Becca...".
"Silence!!!" thundered the lady by his side.
Sam looked at her in resentment but dared not exhibit.
"It's fine, Joan. He's my brother".
"But your Majesty...".
"I said it's fine".
He turned to Sam.
"You broke the law of the treaty. What do you have to say?".
"They started it first by...".
"Moreover, you are on their side of the boundary".
I glanced and confirmed the details.
"Even though I...".
"There's no justification for breaking the law".
He looked at us with hatred.
"And you know all about the history our ancestors shared".
He bowed his head in anger.
"As chief, this is my verdict. According to the law, you shall be punished accordingly. Take him away".
They grabbed Sam and dragged him away. His pack whined and followed their master.
"Mat, what about the pack?".
"They just obeyed their leader. They committed no wrong".
She payed obeisance to him.
He turned to us.
"I'm very sorry for today. It will never happen again".
"We also apologize for making a mess".
"Send my regards to Chief Rei for me".
"I will".
He turned and walked away with his pack members.
"See Mateo; so much wisdom. Wonder where Sam came from" Becca murmured under her breath.
Then, we all set back to Ville Manor together.
