In The Movie Set (1)

Ling Mianmian was unaware about what she had done, so when she woke up and saw Shen Mingchuan's displeased face, she could only feel a little confused and went to the washroom to get fresh. 

When Shen Mingchuan saw her fading back view, he only sneered in anger.. 

If only he could pin her down and do 'that' with her but he couldn't possibly act like a bàstard.

"Good morning, mom. " he greeted Ye Wennan indifferently. 

"Brat, why are you so indifferent and cold even when you are greeting me. " She said as she patted him to sit beside her on the couch. 

Even though Shen Mingchuan showed everyone that he is listless and cold, from the deep down he was really soft, especially when it came to his mom, he couldn't possibly say 'no' to her. 

So, he went and sat down beside her before picking up the daily newspaper. 

When he saw the newspaper and noticed that the scandal was gone, he could understand the reason of her mother's good mood. 

After all, since his childhood, he had been seeing that his mother always doted on that pair of siblings, specifically Ling Mianmian. 

But how could she be so ungrateful and so vulgar. 

Huh! she was simply ridiculous! 

Even though his expression didn't change much, his gaze turned cold. 

Ye Wennan felt the change and slapped on his head lightly. 

"Brat, don't ever think of hurting my MianMian.. " her gaze turned gentle when she talked about Ling Mianmian, "After all the girl is really pitiful.."

She could even seduce anyone in sleep. 

When he remembered this morning's incident, his ear turned red. 

Ye Wennan noticed that after all she knew his son too well, how could he be too indifferent with a girl like Mianmian.

"Okay, don't think too much. " by saying she stood up, "come, eat breakfast. "

"Coming." he put the newspaper aside before following her direction. 

"Have you woken her up? " Ye Wennan asked or else she would go by herself. 

"I have. " Shen Mingchuan sat down and started to butter the bread. 

Meanwhile, Ling Mianmian came down and greeted everyone before sitting down for breakfast. 

"Mianmian, did you sleep well last night? " Ye Wennan asked her. 

"Mmm" she nodded. 

When she recalled about the last night and how they slept together on the same bed, she became shy and turned completely red. 

But it was true that she slept better than usual.

When Ye Wennan saw Ling Mianmian like that, she let out a wry smile while letting her imagination run wild like there's no tomorrow. 

She was truly happy to see them together. 

After all, theirs dream had come true! 

How she and her best friend planned to let them get married when they became adults. 

But it was a pity that she couldn't see them with her own eyes. 

She only wished that she was watching them from heaven. 

Even if they didn't talk much while eating, the atmosphere was harmonious. 

After finishing, Shen Mingchuan and Ling Mianmian went to work respectively while Ye Wennan turned on the TV as she had nothing much to do.

She was wondering if he really turned on the AC! 

"I turned on the AC. " by saying he got in the car and left her behind before she could react. 

When she saw the car fading away while she was in daze, she only hmphed and wanted to say more.. As it was useless, she went to the bus stop and waited for the bus.

She was a little late today! 

It would be good if he really sent her work but he was not sincere enough. 

Moreover, they really had a scandal a few days ago, if those paparazzi saw them together now it would be more inconvenient and what if someone saw them! 

It was good to wait a little since it was already late, she couldn't change anything, could she? 

When she reached the office, she was already five minutes late and after pushing the door when she entered, she could heard those gossip mongers buzzing like bees.

She just smiled but didn't respond.

"Let's get down to work. " Ling Mianmian patted Li Tao's shoulder. 

"That's right! " Li Tao nodded her head fervently, "Don't give a shît about them okay? "

"Yes."

Meanwhile, Editor Wang called her to let her go to the film set.
