Chapter 46: The Proposal

Kinley knew the route they were taking very well. It was the way to Central Park. But that can't be it? She had been there so many times before. It wasn't a place meant for this dress she was wearing, which by the way, she could barely breathe in now.

The sun started to set. The limo pulled over and let the three out and went to park. Seth guided Kinley by the arm along the walking path. She was grateful that she wore flats at least. She would have been p*ssed had she chosen heels.

The lights began to come on along the path. She hadn't been to the park at night in a long time. Most say it isn't a safe place to be at night, but her boyfriend was a secret wolf, so she didn't have much to worry about.

She was still unclear as to why her dad had joined on their obvious date. And why was he wearing a suit? Actually, why were any of them dressed up. She would be more comfortable in a pair of leggings and a sweatshirt at this point.
