“Come on dammit, pucker up. You can’t be that tired that my kiss isn’t able to wake you. Up and at ‘em, lover, don’t make me kick your tight little ass.”
I smiled and reached up to pull Brett down to me. “Morning breath here, inhale.” We both did, and I crushed my lips against his. When I let him go, I sat up and patted the bed for him to sit beside me.
“I’d like a moment of your serious time before I jump your bones and ride your scrawny ass through the mattress, if you don’t mind.”
He snorted. “Scrawny, my ass…” He paused briefly, thinking about what he just said. “I mean, it isn’t scrawny, and maybe I’m going to ride yours.”
