217 CHAPTER 217: The Guardian Angel

"There you guys are!" Rohare walked into the garden and Aella gritted her teeth with annoyance.

She turned her head towards him as she glared intently at the angel who was walking towards them with a bright smile on his face. How she wanted nothing but to strip the smile from his face badly.

"I have been looking everywhere for you," Rohare said as he stopped before them.

"Well, we were just in the middle of-"

"What is it, Rohare?" Bane cut her short when he stood up.

She turned her bewildered eyes at the one who was solely focusing on Rohare. He seemed so eager to hear what Rohare had to say as though they weren't just discussing something important.

"You forgot to store in the ledger today's account. How many times do I have to tell you, Brother?" Rohare rolled his eyes.

"I still have the receipts. I will go do that now," Bane agreed and Aella gasped slightly at how he ended the conversation even without her consent.
