56 Who Asks First

Victoria was really happy when the next week went smoothly for her. She did not wear heels again. She also refused to carry anything that didn't have a proper lid. To be honest she picked up everything rather fast. For the teams on the floor she was in charge of, she already made suggestions to Nadia about how to change them up. She was really good at reading people. At sensing and feeling out their emotions toward each other. 

It was easy for her to tell who would or wouldn't work well. Sometimes you couldn't help but have a few together that didn't like each other. However she felt that addressing the issue straight away was best. She had a calm way of doing it, and knowing that her influence did tend to be a reason more negative emotions were kept down. Victoria made it a habit to visit those teams more frequently and check in.
