START OF A NEW BOND
2021, 13TH SEPTEMBER
The air was filled with an intimidating fragrance, Which resonated throughout the city of Berlin. The pleasant aroma of delightful pastries was imminent throughout of the streets of Strausberg.
A girl was exploring in the local baker, Trying to find a suitable and delightful sweet to enjoy. She stumbled upon the mango iced cupcakes, which were her favorite. She went with the cupcakes as her desired choice, But before she could pay for the sweets, a tall and stoic man, Rushed over to the counter, And anxiously asked the baker for a "Dark Chocolate filled Croissant", With a cup of steamy black coffee.
The girl, Now fidgeting nervously with her keys, wretchedly waiting for her order. it looked like as if she was feeling uncomfortable by the presence of the troubled man beside her. Finally, her auspicious and long awaited order had arrived, and she happily took the warm bag from the baker, And that happiness suddenly went away, as she made eye contact with the strange man, And rushed outside the bakery, anxious and confused.
She was then searching for a suitable place to satisfy her sweet tooth. She asked an old lady, about a place where she find a park, and the lady pointed towards a grassy, and even field, which was half occupied by a group of college students. Who, on the description of the old lady, used to go there after there classes. The girl warmly thanked the lady, and went over to sit on a hard oaky bench, which was sheltered by the shade of a Maple tree, and had a good view of the park.
She eagerly opened her bag of cupcakes, and before she could sink her teeth into the softness of her sweet, She saw the same man from the bakery, approaching the bench she was sitting on. She was hesitant at first, but didn't get up from the bench, because she didn't want to seem rude or hurt the stoic yet fascinating man. As he was approaching the bench, he step on a small and barely noticable puddle of water. The girl was somewhat relieved that the man was stopped in his tracks by the puddle, But she was somewhat worried that the man could slip or hurt himself. So surprisingly, She went over and helped the man to get on the bench, and sat next to him. She studied the face of the man, and before she could do anything the man said,
"Thanks for the help, I think you're the same girl from the bakery, if I'm not mistaken"
The girl, nervously replied,
"Y-Your welcome, I guess.. And y-yes, I'm the same girl from the bakery.. I'm sorry for being so nervous at the time, I was just a little frightened..."
The man said,
"No no! It's totally fine, I understand the way you felt, as I was in a little bit of a hurry at the time."
To the break the awkwardness of the silence, The man asked the girl,
"What's your name?"
The girl replied,
"Uhm, M-My name is Clara, Clara Stones.. W-Well, What about you?"
The man said,
"My name's Isaac, Isaac Becker"
Isaac, Then remembered that he had bought a box of Chocolate filled Croissants, and he took the out of the plastic bag, branded with the scent of a warm and sweet lough of bread. And as a kind gesture, he opened the box, and offered her one of his croissants. Before he could realize, she was offering one of her cupcakes to him too. This situation made them both laugh awkwardly, as neither of them expected that the other would do the same as them too. And with a final laugh, they both gave each other there respective deserts, and finished it off with a smile...
