The homegrown University and alumni of the former business leaders down to the present and their future business heirs; they have the reputation in standing steadfast through the years "49 years and counting". They are the builder and shapers of the great ancestors in the Business World, and they are also responsible for turning their present roots into a well-suited business magnet.
On day one, Faye, Leigh, Czerene quickly get along with each other. They found out they have a lot of similarities in the music taste, the movies to watch. Although, the friends argue and even fight over some petty things and even big stuff. They still choose "friendship" above anything else.
As they mature and count the years of their life at the University somehow, they claimed that they are far more different now. They change, mature; they can deal with things much smarter this time. They are currently in the last year of their college life. They have different specializations and different subject schedules. They still manage to hang out and talk to each other at their scheduled break.
In the hallway, the three girlfriends are strolling as they notice a bunch of girls. And whenever girls are crowding in one place. Faye, Leigh, and Czerene knew who they are surrounding. The famously known "Number One Elites.".
As they pass by, they hear chuckles of laughter from Lexus, Raven, and Ken. A bunch of females is now rounding the three males. Well, it is not a surprise, after all, to be famous to a lot of girls because they got the looks, charisma, money plus they are the no.1 placer in their field of expertise.
The three males are nice to try to smile and entertain every girl who wanted their attention. They don't have to talk that much.
A simple smile from each one of them can make all those girls giggle. They enjoyed how the girls are easily affected by them.
Those bunches of girls swooned over them give them those names, "The Number One Elites." It pisses them off, for the title claims that being number one is forever in their hands, and they don't want to entertain that idea. The girls will snatch the number one spot from those men in no time.
Lexus has been playful, one of the girls attempt to hug him, but he steps back and startles he bumps into someone. Lexus immediately face that person, he is in awe, Leigh in front of her, and she is frowning.
Lexus softly speaks, "I'm sorry," but Leigh seems she never hears it; she ignores him and passes by him, which hits Lexus's "ego."
"Did she ignore me?" he questions Raven and Ken out of disbelief. It makes Lexus is anxious and loses his cool.
"Hey!" - He shouts, but before Leigh turns his way, Lexus is now in front of her, blocking her way, looking intently in her eyes, giving her a death glare. His brown eyes are deep as if he is staring intensely down at her soul.
Leigh dazzles from his gaze, but she immediately snaps out of it, trying to take control. She stands there, welcoming the look and give an equally intense glare. No one is backing off, so Czerene grabs Leigh in her wrist, pull her and push Lexus for them to have their passage.
Lexus does not even mind that he is a push by Czerene; his eyes are still locks staring at Leigh's eyes; she does the same, not looking away until she pulls out by Czerene and push Leigh out of the corridors.
"What was that, Lexus? Making a scene?" Raven is asking teasingly.
"Make love, not war, Lexus,"; Ken states.
Lexus sighed before him, answering, ", she triggers me. I have an ego." he seems to mumble.
"Still not the right thing to do; we have to treat a woman nice."; Raven blurts out.
When the three girls are out in the corridor, Faye can't help but ask.
"Leigh, what is that all about?" she sighs.
"He shouts; first, he's giving me a death glare, and I'm just returning the favor."- Leigh exclaims.
"But you ignore him first; he says "sorry" for the steps back at you," Honey said softly.
"Yeah, I know, he irritates me, especially; he is giggling with all those girls; we are not like them. They think all women would want their attention." Leigh annoys.
"Don't you think that is childish?" Czerene asks in a sweet voice.
Leigh sighs, "okay, maybe your right. I will try harder not to be like that next time. He's getting to my nerve, that's why". She continues to complain.
"Let avoid any future trouble with them; we don't want to deal with their family too," Faye warns them.
"Exactly," Leigh and Czerene both agree.
They belong to a very prominent family. In the business world, their name is no joke.
They are best friends but, their families are battling with one another primarily in the Business World.
They are technically going up against each other in so many ways, their parents always want the best from them; top every exam, win and top every competition, and it's suffocating them.
Their parents want the best from them, so they can brag to their friends about how good their sons and daughters. And being no.2 is not good enough for them having that kind of family, school, and society; their only escape is one another.
They are not best friends for nothing. They are together through thick and thin and no other best persons who can understand them and listen to them than their best friends.
A harsh world they have to face with no choice; they have to endure.
The beautiful mountain view of Mt. Stenberg, part of its majestic beauty, is the vast University landscape of Zenith University.
A portion of the mountain is a blessing for the University.
Not only serves them a beautiful portrait view, but it serves as a useful function for University facilities.
In the middle part of the mountain, a finely built Japanese house is a training place for the "archery club" of Zenith University. Few kilometers away from that house is a viewing deck near the cliff; it is for the students who wanted to unwind, chill and get away from the pressure of studying.
There are benches just a few meters near the viewing deck, so the students can freely stay there to relax and bond with nature.
Also, a part of the University is the uphill and downhill road. On the side of the mountain serves as the race track course for the car racing club.
They are also a human-made horse track trail for the "horse riding club" if they want to take their horses for a walk to the mountain trail.
Years after her father died, Faye is now twenty-one; she started her life at Zenith University as a student, club member, and racer. She is a graduating student of the University.
Faye remembers as her everyday life at University began, it is always a competition, and they compete everywhere, school programs, projects, activities, car racing.
All students are on to "bring it on!" mode. They both aim for the win.
They need to be superior in their classes and number one in their field of specialization.
Faye's life is not easy; she is studying at the University using his stepfather's "scholarship fund" for her as his stepfather stated that she needs to pay later on.
Faye can't help but sigh at the idea that she is the heiress of the Chennester's, but the World doesn't know she doesn't own anything, and that title is for display. His stepfather steals everything from her, including her mother's love.
Faye encounters her destined competitors, being in the same club, the "car racing club," in which Raven serves as the "president of the club" and Faye as the "vice-president" of the club.
It made Faye feels bitter and annoyed that she; is not chosen as the club president.
The reasons all of the girls who join their club swoon over Raven and vote for him, and half the boys in their club have a connection to Raven's family as business associates, and the fact that Raven always wins the race doesn't help her to feel any better.
Faye is still on the edge of proving that she can do and perform much better than him. She always has the feeling that she needs to show it, and winning in the race track is her first step to gain her confidence.
Faye's heart is racing as she wishes to overtake the guy in front of her. The vision of her race in the very same race track she is currently driving right now, still sinking into her thoughts; the memories of her race a while ago is still freshly visible in her mind, making her feel agitates.
What else she could ever wish for than to defeat that guy in a car race that she seems ceaselessly chasing.
She hopes she could have her moment of triumph and taste her victory and win over that guy. She is thirsty for it.
She shudders in the memory of her defeat, tries to focus, grip her steering wheel.
Faye concentrates on her speed until on the way; she saw a beautiful view, a beautiful landscape view of the city, a breathtaking one that's why she can't help but stopped her purple Lamborghini on the side of the road and stepped out of the car; breathing in the fresh air.
Faye smiles as she glances at the beautiful view. She even yawns and stretches her hand; upward the sky as she gazes into the beautiful sky.
"Beautiful weather." - she talks to herself when she hears a loud "meow" coming from somewhere below down that creek. The sound of "meow" becomes loud, uneasy, and disturbing.
She manages to lower down her body and look down where she hears the "meow" sound.
She lowered down much more and saw the kitten trap between the piles of stones.
The little kitten can't move farther away because there's no place to walk; that's why the little kitten seems tense.
As she grasps the situation, "Aaaahhh... poor kitty, how come you just got there," she whispered to herself and tried to find a way how to save that poor little kitty.
Raven is driving his blue Maserati MC12, and he drive fast down the road like he always did; he notices a familiar car parked on the side of the way.
A purple Lamborghini Aventador; he knows best who owns that car.
The girl who hated him so much down to her spine; she despises him because he always won the race still gets the number one spot.
That girl always threatens him that she will have that no.1 spot in the times; he is unprepared, proclaiming such a big word in a crowd who stares at them.
He can't help but not take it easy for this girl.
Raven likes the fact that he's getting her attention. Faye is eagerly putting her frustration on him for just being in the 2nd place. But despite that fact, he enjoys their rivalry and their game.
"Tough girl," - he mutters. Raven knows the name; he smirks, guessed the name sounds sweet, "Faye" is not really like when she is talking to him.
He can't help but notice the girl dazzled face in the beautiful view of the city landscape, and as she yawns too, stretching her hand upward, murmuring something with those lips.
He can't help but watch what she does in his side-view mirror, following her every move.
He seems to enjoy the view of her more than the city landscape, but as much as he wanted to stay and watch what she does more.
He grabs his steering wheel and decides to go before she notices him, but before he drives further away, he sees that the girl is lowering her body down to the rocks beneath the creek.
"Aish... Is she crazy?" He whispers to himself.
