From one life to the next

In the DSJRP otherwise known as the Department of Souls Judgement Reincarnation and Placement. The soul of a 14 year old boy whe just passed away due to a heart condition waited to be judged. The judge sat in front of him looking at his file filled with every action and thought the young boy in front of him ever did or thought and asked him. Are you stupid or just insane? The boy asked him what he meant with the question because in his mind he couldn't think of why he would be considered insane and as far as intelligence goes he was a straight A student while he was still alive. The judge on the other hand could not understand why the boy was even here. As he was fated to get a heart transplant and live till he died peacefully in his sleep at the age of 92. But instead he turned the transplant down so it could be given to another child. Who would have lived to be 68 without even getting the heart. When the judge told him of not only his fate but the fate of the other child the boy just asked what the fate of the one who received the heart was now. Ready to rid himself of the child in front of him he told him. Now that the girl got the heart instead she will live until 90 become a doctor and have two sons and a daughter one of the sons will be named after him as thanks for the boy who gave her in what was her opinion a second chance at life. The boy just smiled after hearing this and simply said it was worth it then because he had no intention of ever becoming a doctor so if his life could save others than he would trade it again in a heartbeat. Awestruck of his response the judge finally gave up and laid the facts down. Humans are judged after death to see if they are pure corrupt or if they have something special about them. The pure goes to the afterlife where they will be cleansed of their time on earth including memories and experiences. Once that is done they are reborn on earth. While the corrupt get sent to a void that drains the corruption from them and once purified too are sent back to earth to be reborn. And finally the souls deemed to have something special are grouped into three categories evil neutral and good . The soul of someone deemed evil in this group would then be sent to become a demon king or a war hungry tyrant. This is to help a stagnant universe to then have to adapt and advance to survive. Now a neutral soul will then be sent out under the guise of becoming the hero as a way to push them away from becoming evil. There job is to keep the tyrants and demon kings from wiping out all life. But the truly good souls are sent to a world of there own choosing and allowed to choose five gifts to help them live there new life. Now this isn't the end for them because if they stay a truly good soul after being reborn five times the will be able to choose to create their own world. This world will then be governed by there will and that will basically become the god of that world. The judge then looked at the boy and told him that had he gotten the heart he would have gon to another world as a hero to live a second life but his selfless act of giving up the heart to another pushed him just passed the border into being considered a truly good soul. The boy shocked then asked why he deserved this as there was nothing special about him so how could he be a special soul. In his mind it made no sense he lived life trying to make others happy and bring just a little more laughter to the world but it wasn't anything special. This made the judge laugh at him then he explained while humans have free will there choices will push them towards their fate. He not only moved away from his own fate but he changed the fate of another that is what makes him special. After explaining this he asked the young man if he had any questions. The boy thought for a couple minutes and then asked why can I not remember my name the faces of my loved ones or even where I was when i died. The judge asked if this is truly all he wished to know. After getting a nod he explained since he will be reborn he was better not knowing these things as they can make a reincarnated soul have a breakdown or make them unstable but they will keep all other memories and knowledge they gained from their previous life. Now that the explanation is out of the way I need to ask where would you like to live your second life and what five gifts would you like to receive. The boy decided almost instantly to go to the world of Harry Potter as he spent his time reading the books in his past life and always loved the world of magic. But he had a hard time choosing the gifts but in the end he chose to be born the only child of two famous families but let the judge choose which ones. Then for the second wish it was to be able to understand and befriend magical creatures. For his third wish it was to be able to memorize all spells he studied or watched be performed after seeing or reading abou it once. His forth wish was to skip being a child and start Hogwarts at the same time as the main characters of the stories. And his final wish was to be immune to the unforgivable curses. After making up his mind the judge told him to do his best to live a happy second life. The space around him then flashed a blinding white and then when dark.
