Three Generations of Saintesses

In the car Alex made sure that there were no problems with Kai's condition.

Alex decided to think about this Godess Euphemia some time later, as he first needed to take care of Kai and Kaede.

"Yeah... Do you love me? " Asked back Alex. 

Kaede thought for a moment... 

"No, I don't love you... Rather I hate you... But...you make me feel safe... When I shared that kiss with you... I felt like being complete... So I don't know. Even now, I don't know how I can feel this for someone who made my life hell for last days " Said Kaede with her small voice, tears were forming at the corner of her big cute eyes. 

Alex slowly circled his arms around Kaede's shoulders, bringing her in his arms, he lightly caressed her soft dark hair.

He brought his eyes to Kaede's, as he looked into her eyes as if gazing into her soul with his love filled eyes.

Kaede was stunned in the world of her own, as she looked into Alex's sincere eyes. 

She could see his love for her, she could feel that he was the one for her, she knew that answer for her whole life was in front of her... This person in front of her was the reason for her life. 

Tears that had dried in Kaede's eyes flowed once again, but these were tears of realisation, tears of satisfaction, tears of relief, tears for acceptance.

"I love you Alex, I really love you, I love you... " Kaede repeated her words, as if to carve them into her heart.

"Humph! Are you giving advise to me now? You outsider? You failure of a women? At the age of 16 when she returned to the Clan, there was no trace of young Kai remaining in her. 

She was remodelled perfectly to become the slave of Kageyama Clan, from then on she contested for the position of Head of the Clan. 

Finally becoming the Head at the age of 21, her aged father abdicted his position to her, even though he didn't want to. 

Kai's father was already old and was on dying breath. 

As for Kai's mother... She had gone missing, after Kai was sent to this so called 'Program'. 

"Kai... Our Clan takes precedence over everything in out life, protect the Clan at the cost of your life, " These were the last words Kai's father left for her. 

"Pathetic... " Kai said as she looked at the now dead man, who was her father. 

The hectic situation emerged in the Clan with the death of Clan head. 

But it soon calmed down, just in a year, the reason being the blood bath that was issued by Kai. 

She was quick and proficient, she killed off anyone that stood before her. 

Sometimes using legitimate reason while sometimes assassinating her opponents silently. 

The Clan now was weakened, but it soon stood up again with Kai's talents and iron rule.

Kai remembered that he was the one who she was destined to defeat, the demon who was trying to destroy the world.

This world was actually created just some time ago, this man who was standing before her was its nemesis. 

If she could kill him, then she would be truly free, these shackles of destiny that were holding her back will be gone.

But one thing she understood was that this man knew something that she didn't. 

"What!? My mother is alive? " Asked Kai feeling pleasantly shocked. 

One thing she had learnt was that she always needed to be calm and collected. 

This was necessary to not let her opponent gain the upper hand against her. 

But now she couldn't as she found out that her beloved mother was alive. 

Her mother's soul or her own mother who was still alive had told her that, everyone was bound by a destiny. 

It was her mother's destiny to become the Saintess and then marry her father and give birth to her. 

Similarly it was Kai's destiny to marry Kahori and have Kazuma and Kaede as her children. 

Kazuma and Kaede were her own blood, created by a special method imparted on Kai by her mother. 

Because of this method, Kai could use her blood essence to make Kahori pregnant with her own children.

Due to circumstances, she could not give birth to them directly. 

This method was used by her mother as well who never slept with her father, her father hadn't even touched the finger of her mother's. 

Like Freya and Kai, Kaede was supposed to be the Saintess of Godess Euphemia as well. 

To keep them safe and sound, Kai sent Kahori and her children away, while keeping them safe from far away. 

She had found some weird things happening around her wife and children some days ago, but she was too busy. 

She only looked into things when her mother told her to investigate things clearly saying that demon had entered the world and was causing chaos all over.
