Wish

            It has been up to twenty minutes when Savarus promise Bethany not to go back on his words, that no matter what she wish, he was going to fulfill it, but till now she still haven't tell him what she wish for. Savarus can clearly see she is hesitating to ask what she wanted and he was feeling tired of waiting.

"You know I don't have all the time in the world, so If you don't tell me in two minutes, don't bother to tell me again".

"But you already promised to fulfill my wish and not to go back on your word, I can see you are not a man of your word" said Bethany in a childlike manners.

"I promise to fulfill your wish not promise to be patient with you, your time is counting, so better tell me what you want".

'How am I going to present it to him, if I tell him casually, he won't agree with it, although he promised not to go back on his words so I think I should just tell him'.

"I want to go to the upcoming festival that is going to take place tomorrow, so I want you to convince my dad to let me go, he didn't agree to it when I told him" said Bethany.

"And what make you think I can convince him, you said it yourself that you weren't able to convince him, so what chance do you think I will be able to".

"Please do this one thing for me and I won't trouble you ever again".

"Why did you want to go to the festival?" asked Savarus.

"Since I was little I have always hear stories about it from Catherine, so I wanted to see for myself, but my dad won't let me go even once".

"Fine I will talk to him, but if he doesn't agree, it's not my fault, I tried".

Bethany was feeling disheartened because he know if Savarus don't put pressure on her dad, he won't allow it.

"Don't worry, he is going to allow it, I just want to look at your reaction, do you always have to feel down or something forceful if something isn't done your way?" Asked Savarus.

"I wasn't feeling down just now and why will I feel down just because I didn't go to a festival".

"Whatever" Savarus said while leaving Bethany there and going to meet with Oscar. He didn't even have to look for Oscar because he is always seen on a particular seat looking at the affairs of the bucadox clan, eyebag could be seen under his eyes.

"Do you ever take some rest, you might die of stress before even getting the revenge you so much seek" said Savarus. Oscar raise his head from the book he was looking at and point at a seat for Savarus to seat down.

"What do you mean by your words last time" asked Oscar.

"I can't remember what you are talking about".

"Don't trust anybody, what do you mean by that, please tell me if you have gotten any information that can be useful to me".

When Oscar said the words, Savarus was pretending not to know what he was talking about. After some minutes, he turned to face Oscar.

"Ooh, now I remember what you are talking about, I just felt like giving you an advice and that's all, there is no other meaning to it, so don't reason it" said Savarus.

Oscar wanted to say something, but he stopped himself, he know he have no way to force him to talk.

"What are you doing here" asked Oscar.

"I want to tell you in advance that I will be taking Bethany to the festival which will be taking place tomorrow".

"I don't like her going to festivals, they are too crowded for my liking".

"That is to your likeness and not hers, let her start deciding for herself, stop restraining her like a child, she is old enough to make her decision".

"She won't be going and that is final".

"Well I definitely know you won't be able to stop me if I want to take her with me, so you better choose the one you like, either you let her go with me willingly or I take her with me forcefully, I'm sure she won't mind the latter".

"Make sure she comes back early and perfectly fine, that's my condition".

"I think it's decided already" Savarus said while getting up from the chair and walking out of there to meet Bethany.

'I wish I could tell you, but I can't see Bethany in a pitiful and sorry mood if you leave her' Savarus said inwardly while leaving there. As he was walking back to the place he and Bethany was standing before, he was surprised to see that she was still there, she was really desperate to know the outcome.

"Why are you still standing here under the sun, are you that desperate".

"Did he approved of it" asked Bethany eagerly.

"Not that he has a choice after telling him I will forcefully take you with me to the festival if he doesn't agree to it".

"Thanks, you are the best" Bethany said while hugging him.

"If only I was that happy about it" replied Savarus.

"You don't have to be, thanks once again, let me go and tell my maid to prepare something nice for me to wear".

"Do you know right now you look like a child ready to open a Christmas present" said Savarus, but it all fell on deaf ears because Bethany was already running to her room.

The sun was finally going down, and everywhere was becoming shady, Savarus didn't have anything of importance to do, so he decided to just patrol the town, he doesn't have anywhere in mind, he was just walking aimlessly.

After walking for some time, an idea has popped up into his head, he was going to spy on all four clan, to see how their affairs are going, the clan closest to him was the Abaric clan, but he wanted to visit it last, so the dolfant clan was his first priority. As he was just about to leave, he remembered that he has to go and check on his newly bought house, so he changed his mind.

'It won't hurt to check on them later' Savarus stop a carriage and started going back.
