Flugel Arrives, True Form of the Eternal!

In the heavens, Amanda was wounded, her scales were falling off, but the eternal one did not stop his cruel attacks. He was still humming that macabre melody, as if he were still walking in the forest. With punches, kicks and magical abilities, he attacks relentlessly, without giving Amanda time to catch her breath.

BOOOOOOOOOOOM

With a powerful punch, he sends Amanda's body flying away. Holding the chain that hung around his neck and constantly reminded him of his status as a slave, the eternalist burst out laughing, like a crazed lunatic.

"Kuhuhuhuhuhu... I'd like to see the face those stupid beasts would make now. Those they enslaved because they believed it was not dangerous, beating and playing with the body of their descendant. Kuhuhu.... HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Amanda's gigantic body gradually revealed itself from the crater she was in. A huge scar cut into her left eye, leaving her partially blind. But she was not worried. From the beginning, she knew that she would not be able to fight on equal footing with the eternal. Her luck is that the eternal seemed to have some kind of grudge against her, which gave her time to resist so far. The cores of the magical beasts she had killed were all already gathered, all she needed was a chance to use them.

As she was preparing to fly once more, she saw the Eternal land on the edge of the crater her fall had caused. He looked at Amanda with disgust, as if he were looking at a pile of poo.

"I've played with you enough. If this continues, that filthy beast will not let me out to play in this war that is going on." Eternal said in his distorted voice.

When talking about the matriarch, the smile that was always on his face disappeared for a moment, but soon returned. His face began to twist and contort as if something wanted to come out, but soon returned to normal. The eternal, with its animal-like fangs, bit his arm. Instead of blood, a gray mist came out, and soon flowed into his hand.

The mist in his hand soon began to take on a form. The mist transformed into a two-handed sword. With slow movements, he held the sword with both hands. The smile on his face seemed to be widening, enjoying the feeling of revenge after so long.

CRAAAAAAW

A high-pitched sound, like the call of a phoenix, sounded, attracting everyone's attention and bringing a frown to the eternal. Taking advantage of this moment, Amanda shrank in size, to concentrate her mass, and charged at the Eternal. She coated her entire body with poisoned thorn roots, and went directly with her horns against the eternal's body!

BOOOOM

Having been caught by surprise, the eternal did not react in time and his whole body was sent flying. Still in the air, he had to bend his body awkwardly to avoid a beam of light coming towards him.

When he managed to normalize his flight, the eternal began to utilize the gray mist that hovered around him, but was surprised when in the middle of his path, a 20 foot (6.1 m) tall Wood Golem punched him in the stomach, sending him hurtling toward the matriarch's army. The smile on the eternal's face vanished as he felt the irritation of no longer being in control of the situation.

A 560 foot (0.17 km) bird with beautiful green and blue feathers that shone like the sky was tearing through the sky toward Amanda. Its tail feathers were long like those of a peacock, and the color of a rainbow. Its eyes burned with translucent flames, adding even more beauty to this mystical creature.

Amanda had already returned to her normal size, and was much larger than Flugel, who was in his true form. Landing lightly in front of Amanda, Flugel looked at her for a moment, before beginning to speak.

"What you told me was real, Amanda. The matriarch lost her way, and accepted the depravity of the Eternals. For the first time since my birth, I don't know what to do. I don't know which way to go. Could you help me with this, Amanda?" Flugel's voice echoed.

His voice had a magnetic power. The noisy battlefield stopped momentarily. Flugel did not release his aura, use spiritual energy or attack in any way, he just spoke. This was the power of a magical beast above Rank 10. Just by existing, it demanded the respect and worship of the magical beasts with the lowest Rank.

"I cannot choose or dictate your future, Flugel. As my mother always said, you always expect someone else to decide things for you. You have to decide, it's your life after all. All I can-" Before Amanda could finish, a small dot in comparison to the two colossal magical beasts appeared.

Unlike the magnetic power of Flugel's voice, the voice of the Eternal was fear and awe inducing. To stronger magical beasts, its voice caused disgust and displeasure.

"A beautiful counseling conversation indeed. But it seems the hen has abandoned that stupid beast. Kukuku, how amusing. I'll kill them both, so that stupid beast will have no reason to let me go free for a while." As soon as he finished speaking, the sword formed by gray mist reappeared in his hand and he set off toward Amanda with unfathomable speed.

His target was Amanda's eye, but halfway there, a powerful jet of blue flame intercepted him, spraying him on the spot!

"Aaargh! Bloody chicken, I'm going to kill you!" As the flames subsided, the charred body of the Eternal was seen. He recovered at overwhelming speed, making even vampires seem to have mediocre healing speed!

Without another word, his face began to distort, and transform. His body swelled and grew, the magical beast skins he was wearing were unable to contain his body or the power that began to exude from every part of the Eternal, and they tore themselves to shreds. The magical beasts that were at least 1 mile (1.61 km) away from the Eternal dried up and turned into mummies, causing the magical beasts fighting nearby to run for their lives.

The eternal's body grew to 40 feet (12.19 m) high, his arms now reaching the ground. His face split into many parts and opened up. At the tip of each split part was an eye, and the central part of the face was a grotesque octopus-like mouth, with rotating worm-like teeth. His sword was twice its size and had not changed much in appearance, but now had a black smoke billowing out of it, as if announcing death as a herald of the afterlife. This was the true form of the eternal, his power would no longer be contained, and he would fight with everything!

Flugel looked at the eternal with disgust and disgust. Having served the matriarch since childhood, he knew about the eternal. During the war between the eternals and the magical beasts, the more powerful magical beasts began enslaving the eternals, using their apparent immortality against themselves. Having inherited this eternal slave, the matriarch used him as an executioner for all these years. Flugel never agreed to such a thing, but he accepted it, thinking that this was a necessary evil. Now he no longer had to accept it. He was free from servitude, and could choose what to do and when to do it!

"Flugel, win me a few minutes, and soon I will be able to end this eternal. We can't linger here, the matriarch must have noticed your treachery by now, and she will eventually send the heralds after you and me." Amanda's voice sounded.

Flugel merely nodded. He shot up in a short flight, grabbed the Eternal by the mouth, and flew away from that battlefield. Away from everyone's watchful eyes, the feathers on Flugel's tail began to glow, an orange flame shot out of his tails and covered his entire body.

With the Eternal still in its mouth and struggling to free itself, Flugel's mouth shot out flaming orange flames, burning the Eternal to the bone. Roaring with pain, the Eternal drove his sword into the neck of Flugel, who was overcome with stabbing pain and let go.

The feathers on Flugel's neck, where the sword was still stuck, began to gray, and soon looked like the feathers of an old bird, brittle and weak. With an angry look, violet flames came out of Flugel's tail, and soon his whole body was filled with these violet flames.

The eternal conjured another sword, and soon moved forward, towards Flugel, who was also moving towards the eternal. The clash soon continued, with neither side having a clear advantage. This battle was taking place 100 miles from the main battlefield, so the magical beasts could breathe a sigh of relief and could return to their battle.

Amanda was away from the battlefield of the magical beasts and was also away from Flugel and the Eternal. In front of her, two gleaming magical cores lay, held by a Wood Golem. She was in a quandary. Should she consume these magic cores and enter Rank 10, or take her cub and flee as far away as possible?
