33 School Project Part 3

When Shen Xia walked into her bedroom, she was met with 4 sets of eyes staring at her as if waiting for something. Feeling flustered, Shen Xia asked: "What!?"

"Well!? What is with you and Mr. Vorn!?" Quan Xinya asked. Her eyes were basically telling Shen Xia that she wanted to know all the juicy gossip.

"What, what do you mean going on!? Nothing is going on. He just stopped by for me to sign the adoption papers for Xin'er." Shen Xia was trying her best to dodge the question. She did not want to talk about that demon.

"Like I will believe that. Who was the one who screamed out 'Gah!' at first sight of him and hid with blushed cheeks behind Lilith? Hmmm? Why does my romance radar seem to be going off? Are you two, you know… Hehe..." Quan Xinya began blushing. Her own thoughts were turning naughty.

"Xiaxia, should I start calling you Aunty Xia from now on?" Lilith also began joining in on the teasing.   

"You two!" Shen Xia's cheeks were bright red. She never expected these two to tease her in such a fashion. This was not the kind of teasing she was used to. There was no malicious intent. But… Just knowing they were teasing her about that devilish man made her blush. She had to admit that she was not as scared of him as she was when she first met him. But the way he popped up in her dream the night before was the thing that made her conscious of him. 

He was a handsome man. His looks were enough to make her stare at him without realizing it if she was not careful. But he seemed to be a rogue who liked to take advantage of her. The way he looks at her also sends a shiver down her spine. But in her dream, she remembered she was soothed by his fresh minty scent, and the warm hand that scratched her ears relaxed her very much. 

"Xiaxia?" Shen Lingxin called out to Shen Xia, who seemed to be in a daze. 

"Oh? What do we have here? Is our little Xiaxia dreaming about her prince charming?" Quan Xinya teased.

"Xinya!" Shen Xia yelled before pouncing on Quan Xinya, who let out a laugh as the two began to play fight.

Dia Na was stunned to see such a side of Shen Xia. The girl who was normally so quiet was now horsing around with her friends without a care in the world. She seemed like a completely different thing. But something strange caught Dia Na's eyes. "Shen Xia, where are your ears?"

*Bam!*

Dia Na suddenly found herself pinned to the floor by both Shen Lingxin and Lilith while Quan Xinya pulled Shen Xia behind her. "What did you see!?"

Dia Na was confused and in tears. Her whole body hurt. The two girls were not being easy with her at all. She really wondered what she had done wrong. The happy atmosphere had suddenly become tense. "I only saw Shen Xia's hair move and saw that she had no ears!" 

"Lilith! You're going to break her arm if you keep doing that." Shen Xia yelled out when she saw how rough they were being with Dia Na. "Let her go. We can talk this out without needing to resort to violence." 

Shen Xia knew that eventually, something like this would happen. She just didn't expect for it to happen so soon. Luckily she had friends and family here who cared for her. Lilith looked at Shen Xia before easing up her grip on Dia Na and letting go. 

"I'm sorry if I said something wrong..." As soon as she got her freedom, Dia Na, who was scared beyond belief, quickly apologized while keeping her head low, not even daring to look at Shen Xia anymore.

"Raise your head Dia Na. You are not in any way in the wrong here. I am sorry Xin'er and Lilith handled you so roughly. Are you hurt anywhere?" Shen Xia asked as she walked over to Dia Na and helped her up. She patted her down to make sure she was fine as well. She felt bad for how rough the two were with her. After making sure Dia Na was okay, she reached up and pulled her hoodie and hat off. "I am sure you found it strange that I have had my hat and hoodie on, right?"

Dia Na looked at Shen Xia in shock. She saw two fox ears sitting on top of their classmate's head, and they were not fake! "This..."

"This is my secret. And it's not just ears." Shen Xia undid her tail harness and pulled her tail out from her pants, and let it fall freely behind her. "As you can see from my condition, I can not freely expose myself."

"Flu... Fluffy!" Dia Na's eyes glowed as she unknowingly reached out with her hands to try to touch the fluffy tail. 

"Don't! Xiaxia doesn't like it when people touch her tail." Shen Lingxin quickly stepped in front of Dia Na, stopping her from touching Shen Xia's tail.

"S-Sorry, I suddenly couldn't help myself. Just seeing such a fluffy wuffy tail just makes me want to fluff it..." Dia Na was not holding back speaking of her internal desires. 

"It's fine, but Dia Na, I must tell you now that you will be restricted from being able to say a word about my appearance. Lilith, if you will..." Shen Xia would never risk anything. She was far from strong enough to protect herself at this time. She had only the backing of her grandmother and grandfather. Nothing more. If people found out about her appearance now, she would end up in some lab being experimented on. But Lilith was able to handle this without any effort. 

"Xiaxia, this one I will turn. She will make a good blood slave." Blood slaves were different from normal vampires. While they would need to drink their master's blood once a month, they were not actually vampires. They would have long lives, but that is only if they continued drinking the blood of their masters. A blood slave who loses their master's favor was no different than a drug addict being forced off their addiction with no means of relief. Most died within the first few days of not being able to drink their master's blood on time. This was to be Dia Na's fate, living in fear of angering Lilith, who could reject her from drinking her blood. It would put Dia Na under Lilith's fill control.
