Ace found himself standing in the midst of an otherworldly space, encircled by shelves that were intricately coiled on itself. Each shelf held volumes of knowledge from sources beyond human comprehension.
The peculiar dimension fascinated and unsettled him, yet his focus remained fixed on the floating book before him.
Filled with a mix of trepidation and excitement, Ace extended his hand to touch the book. Upon making contact with the ancient pages, a jolt coursed through his being, as if the book itself were awakening him. Clear and authoritative words formed simultaneously in his mind and on the pages:

You have traversed the Realms of Remnants and braved the dark trenches of the Malevolent Abyss.]
[You have torn through the webs of Inescapable Fate & swum across the sea of Cosmic Ocean.]
[You have arrived at the place many desired yet none dared to tread on. Now, you stand at the crossroads of destinies. Seize this Cosmic Gift and weave your Fate with your own hands.]
Excitement raced through Ace's heart, though the cryptic message left him with more questions than answers.
"Hmm... The Realm of Remnants must be about those civilizations I witnessed. It seems I was correct about them being remnants rather than the real thing."
"And that Spiral Of Darkness should be–The Malevolent Abyss. Thankfully I hadn't tried to interact with it. Who knows what would have happened."
"But I don't recall sensing anything about tearing a web of Inescapable Fate. Hmm, the reason must be the metaphysical nature of Fate; it's not something that can be felt."
"The Cosmic Ocean must be the sea of Dark Matter that I was swimming in before arriving at this place."
The soul thought about the revelations from the Book before taking a closer look at it.
He hesitated for a moment before flipping the page. The book's pages turned effortlessly, guided by some unseen force, revealing a series of symbols and diagrams that danced before his eyes, defining his status.

But the most crucial aspect of his status panel was his [State of Existence]. The information he received lacked many details, but it explicitly stated that any change in it would bring about a fundamental transformation.
His current state, despite being in an immaterial form, classified him as a Material Being because his fundamental essence still aligned with that of normal human existence.

Suddenly his formless head started throbbing due to the transfer of knowledge; it felt so peculiar and surreal that he sensed as if he were born with this wisdom, always possessing it from the start.

This library stood as the crystallization of every story or dream ever written or conceived in the universe, as well as those yet to be penned. It also granted him access to the second dimension, brimming with fictional stories not confined solely to human-made fiction but extending throughout the universe.
After some time, and clearing his head of excitement, he examined his status page on the book. He noticed the ability he gained during his travels that allowed him to see the countless dead civilizations.
"So it's called Ethereal Insight," Ace mused. He felt content to have gained such a useful and overpowered Legendary-ranked ability at the beginning of his journey. However, his satisfaction waned upon realizing that most of his sub-abilities, except for intuition and aura seeing, couldn't be currently utilized.
Upon delving into the knowledge about how abilities functioned, he discovered that his State of Existence was too low to utilize the ability at half capacity.
While a bit disappointed, not dwelling on it, he shifted his focus to contemplate the next steps. Once an ordinary human, oblivious to the vastness of the universe, leading a mundane and normal life on Earth, Ace never anticipated being bestowed with such a divine opportunity.
At the threshold of a cosmic adventure, Ace found himself with countless abilities and skills in his repertoire, some so powerful that they could reshape someone's understanding of reality.
Realizing that living a normal life after such an extraordinary opportunity would render him nothing but a waste of space in the world, he vowed to become someone great. His determination stemmed from not wanting to bring shame to the library by being its inheritor.
Concluding his inner monologue to muster some self-motivation, Ace turned his attention to the [Dimension Diving Function].
This function crafted an avatar of himself and compressed its dimensions to 2D. Subsequently, it initiated the connection of one's mind to its Avatar until they both coexisted simultaneously, sharing one mind in control. The notion that something as otherworldly as this could be achieved fascinated him.
"So, which world should I choose?" Ace pondered. After some contemplation, a smile adorned his face as he reached a decision about which world to explore.
He began walking toward the depths of the library, surrounded by shelves filled with all kinds of otherworldly books, or rather, 2D worlds. His excitement grew as he eagerly anticipated the start of his adventure.
