30: Muzan’s Trap!

Only the sound of sword slashes and pots shattering echoed throughout the dark night sky in the small town.

Itsuki continued his assault on gyokko, but the upper moon demon wasn't easy to kill, each time Itsuki thought he had him, the demon would slip away in a pot.

There was a never-ending pattern to these pots, which itsuki was starting to get Itsuki annoyed.

"Are you going to continue watching?" Gyokko's demonic voice sounded out.

Itsuki wasn't bothered, but soon a familiar aura entered his ice domain, causing him to slow down his sword.

Swoosh!

Gyokko slashes out with his webbed claws, the sound of water splashing was heard as tons of fish appeared from within the surrounding pots.

All aiming to destroy itsuki.

"F*ck" itsuki cursed before raising his sword to block, he was still knocked back a few meters.

But the shock in his eyes wasn't from gyokko, but the new prescribe that had entered his domain.

"D-Daki?" Itsuki said in a shocked tone, he wasn't scared of this demonic lady, but after being beaten so terribly, she actually came back?

"Lord muzan found out about my battle with you after I ran, and only after killing you can I redeem myself" daki said forcefully, but seeing gyokko helping her she had gained enough confidence to face Itsuki.

"It's about time you came" gyokko said creepily as the slits of tongues whipped around in his eye sockets, it was truly disgusting.

"I was watching the whole time" daki said with a grin before looking at itsuki arrogantly.

"So after getting your arm sliced off, you actually grew bold enough to attack me?, I'm guessing this other guy here is you source of confidence" itsuki said expressionlessly as he looked at both of them.

"You might as well give up, you can't defeat us both" daki and gyokko both said similarly, they didn't think itsuki could do anything but escape, but they didn't want him to escape.

Because only by killing itsuki can daki please muzan.

"Seems like muzan has his eyes on me, but he underestimated my power" itsuki said nonchalantly, his sword carrying the same stance.

"Come" the two demons prepared to attack, their eyes holding incredible anger, due to the fact that itsuki really wanted to fight them both.

Pssss...

The sound of concentrated breathing was heard, itsuki placed the tip of his blade to the ground.

"1st form: ice flow" his demon slayer mark flashed with a neon blue light.

The ground shook, and within a split second the whole area around them turned into ice, even the buildings around were frozen.

"I told you his breathing style was weird" daki looked at gyokko, she hadn't dared to tell muzan this, in fear of being killed out of Muzan's anger.

"Yea yea, you don't think I know by now?" Gyokko said as he teleported into a pot which was lying around.

Tch!

Daki managed to jump away from the icy grounds, but gyokko was still within itsuki's domain.

His pot instantly froze up within a flash of light.

Psss...

with a flash step itsuki's shadow flashed by a few dozen meters before his sword came crashing down on the pot.

Bang!!

The pot shattered, and gyokko came flying out, his mouth carried a hint of blood.

"Y-you, why are you so f-fast" the demon was terrified, itsuki had actually frozen the pot and destroyed it within a second before he could even react, this was like teleportation.

Unfair!

Itsuki's face was calm, his demon slayer mark lit up, he immediately noticed everything around him as if he had eyes all around.
