11 Star Child?

A/N- I might get things wrong for the history and everything bc it is a lot of work but not everything in history will be the same as it is in real life. Yeah? Ok.

[Tenshi's POV]

I finally left and it was without Kati. Not a good feeling to leave your wife alone but it was good she stayed since there is a possibility this journey will be a little dangerous.

Ishi told me that Mount Yoko was a bit far. I wasn't in a rush though. I still had enough survival skills to help me in the wilderness.

Reviewing the knowledge, I have so far, scarlet crimson iron sand and scarlet ore are what I need. How do I know this, well I tried to find some in my last life. Ahem anyways.

I also need to find a blacksmith that can make the sword that I need. However, it needs to be a trustworthy blacksmith since I am not planning on the secret of Nichirin swords coming out.

As far as I remember, demons are powerful beings and a normal human has no chance against them.

Demons' regeneration is powerful. Higher rank demons have near-instant regeneration that it doesn't matter how many strikes you hit, it won't matter unless you take their heads off.

However, to take their heads off and let them die, you need to have a Nichirin sword that contains sunlight to finally kill them. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

I haven't forgotten that weird phenomenon that happened then I killed that demon. My katana blinked a big light. I even felt strong for a second, like I can lift a huge boulder.

I tried to feel that feeling before but it never worked. I guess it happens during the spur of the moment when I was trying to kill that demon.

It was now the year 930 ( I think, by my calculations). I am 15 years old and right now it is now nighttime. I prepare a tent in a safe place and start going around the forest with my katana in hand.

I start to look around for some animals, Looking around, I hear a twig snap. I look towards that sound and I spotted a deer.

The deer was staying still and didn't seem to have heard me. As I don't have a long-distance weapon, I cant shoot from afar.

I pick up a stick that was beside me and I throw it to redirect the deer running toward me. I hide behind a big tree when the deer was running to me.

I clench my katana and when the deer finally ran close enough next to me, I slash the left side of the deer deeply. The deer wounded badly stumbles and falls to the ground.

Walking over to the deer I give it a quick death. Sigh, I felt bad. I felt bad killing a deer. I didn't feel this way when I killed that man in the market when I was younger. I have gotten soft.

I bring the deer back with me and began skinning and emptying the deer. ( I think that is two of the steps after you kill an animal.)

After cooking my food, I see that it has been made quite good. I take a bite and began to think of my parents. I wonder what would have happened if I told them to stay, Kati's parents too.

Swallowing the food, I decided to stop with the 'What if' questions as it would only bring me deeper down the rabbit hole.

Back to the main subject. Demons. I had my suspicions, however seeing a demon, I have come to realize I am in the world of my favorite anime.

Demon Slayer!

(A/N- sorry for this middle author note but I fail to believe that Muzan's first demon was Tamayo. I refuse to believe that Muzan didn't make any demons in the past centuries.

So, I thought the past demons weren't recognized so I took it upon myself to create a couple of demons as in my opinion, it would make sense. This would seem like it is AU but if that is what it needs to be to fit everything, I want then that is what it shall be. A/N Done)

I sigh, this is a troublesome world. I just hope to never meet Muzan. I already saw one demon. How many more will I encounter in my life or hear of.

I need to play it safe and get stronger. I need to create a breathing technique, but I don't know-how. Well, my first step is to get a sword capable of killing demons in case I encounter one.

After I finish eating, I go into my tent and fall asleep. I didn't have a dream. I just woke up. I pack up my things and start moving again.

While Mount Yoko was far, Ishi told me to follow the mountains and I will eventually get here. I wondered if that was true, but he still told me to confirm the location with any people I passed by.

Moving into the forest, I meet many different animals and even take some time to admire some of them, little time though.

A few days passed and I have now made it out of the forest. Walking, I spot a village so I walk over to the first person I see.

"Hello." I greet.

"H-huh? Oh. Hello. Who are you?" The woman said.

"I am a traveler. I want to find Mount Yoko."

"Mount Yoko. Mount Yoko? OHH. Mount Yoko." The woman repeated.

"Yes, I was wondering if you could tell me the location of Mount Yoko?"

"Hmm, I don't know where it is, but the creepy old woman does."

"Creepy old woman?"

"Yes. The woman used to be quite famous as a traveler like you and heal people with her mysterious medicine. Her medical talents are incredibly good. She has saved many people from death.

I asked the woman where the old woman was, and she told me that she was in a small cabin. I looked around and there were tons of small cabins!

I asked around and I was finally standing in front of the place. I knocked and a couple of seconds later, she answered.

The old woman had crazy hair that looked like a snake. She was immensely pale, like a vampire. Her eyes were green, and her face had tons of wrinkles as well as a small scar on her forehead.

"Who are you?" The old woman said in a raspy voice.

I greeted myself, "I am Tenshi and I wanted to ask you some questions."

"What questions?"

"Mount Yoko."

"Hmmm," She seemed to look at me and her eyes grazed over my whole body and face.

"You."

"Me?" I point at myself.

"You are a star child."

Before I could say anything, she interrupted, "Come in, if you wish to know about Mount Yoko," She paused for a second, "And yourself."

I felt drawn in by those words and I took a step inside. The cabin was decorated with many flowers, and she also has many utilities and objects here.

I sat down and I started to talk, "Can you tell me where Mount Yoko is and what a star child is?"

She served me tea. "My name is Ginga. Now let us first talk about Mount Yoko. Why do you want to go there?"

"I obtained information that something up there could help me."

Ginga was silent for a couple of seconds, "I don't remember anything precious on Mount Yoko but maybe you have more information than me,

"Well, Mount Yoko is north from here. and you should be able to find it since that mountain has always been bathed in the sun."

I nod at this information that just clarified that I was going the right way.

"Now you want to know about a star child, don't you?"

"Yes"

"Well, a star child is a savior of humanity. You were born to pave this world into a new one and make it a better place,

"Let me see your left arm."

"My left arm, why?" The mark is on that arm.

"It is for the mark on your arm. Or do you want me to tell you to lift your shirt so I can see your body?

Eeek.

I give an uncomfortable laugh. My arm has always been wrapped up the whole time. I don't trust this lady. She is honestly a bit creepy, but she gives me a feeling of closeness but just because of that feeling, I won't just outright show her my mark.

These days, people that seemed cursed are chased around and killed.

Ginga looked at me and noticing that I don't trust her she turns around and shows me her back.

A mark. Her back has a mark.

After a few seconds, she covers her back and turns to me.

"You. How did you get that?"

"Probably just like you. One day when I was traveling, I woke up and felt a burning sensation on my back. I tried to see what was on my back and I could only see some black marks. So, I got a shiny object so I could look at my back more clearly."

"So, you are also a star child?"

"Maybe. I only know of this term from the writing I have found when I traveled.

"Maybe that is why I could tell you are also a star child like me."

"What do you think the mark is for?"

"Before my talent in medicine wasn't as good as it was now but after that mark came it has enhanced my talent, I also experienced luck.

"I have lived an amazing life. Unfortunately, my husband passed away 2 years ago and my time is coming."

"I am sorry."

Ginga laughed, "I have many regrets, but you can't live life without any regrets. You are the only star child I have found,

"Maybe that mark there is different from mine. Now can you show it to me?"

I hesitate but then slowly take off the wraps on my arm and show it to her.

"Wow, it looks amazing!"

She inspected my arm and the moment she touched it,

My mark grew and did something that I never thought was possible.
