Yu Sheng did not know of his parent's death, he waited patiently in the cylindrical capsule until Wilfox came and got him out with a caring expression.

"Where are my parents?" Yu Sheng asked him directly, shocking Wilfox.

'An infant… Today is his first day on the Earth… Praise the Martial God! The miracles of this world! An Transcendent infant can speak!' Wilfox was shocked but he wasn't as surprised as one might expect, after all, this was a world of mystery and magic, what couldn't be possible?

"I killed them. From now on, I am your only guardian." Wilfox told him the truth.

Good riddance, not going to lie. But why would he kill innocent people? Yu Sheng was somewhat happy, but mainly confused.

I have a feeling this guy is a Transcendent, if so, what would be his class? Maybe Martial Master or Swordsman due to his large muscles.

Ah, the interface is at it again. This is an extremely convenient piece of technology. I believe it is only limited to Transcendents and that nobody but me can see my own interface, this is because I had many questions about people I saw in the queue, but no information popped up and only I can see it because surely if Wilfox could see it, he would show some sort of reaction. Yu Sheng concluded.

Again, he was only half-right. Only Yu Sheng could use the interface at this point in time and it was because he was both an NPC and a Player simultaneously. Once the 'real' Players arrived in almost two decades, all of them would have the interface.

So he's a Martial Master.

Yu Sheng nodded his head and Wilfox picked him up, taking him to a small room.

"This will be your room." Wilfox explained.

This room is quite inadequate! Yu Sheng thought to himself. It's the new era with all of this revolutionary technology and they can't produce better rooms than this?

The room was very small and only had a bed and a bookshelf.

Wilfox placed Yu Sheng on the bed and left, leaving Yu Sheng by himself.

There is nothing better to do, I might as well inspect the interface.

There is no difference in the interface, but now I can understand a lot more of the terminology used here. It is definitely the same thing that happened earlier with me thinking using different vocabulary that I hadn't heard before, I think that this is the cause of my brain acclimatising to my environment.

Furthermore, I am sure that this is not Earth, but a different world. I faintly remember a person talking about Cavastine, and how the country has gone to shambles. If the interface says Blackshine(Cavastine), then Cavastine would be a part of Blackshine, no? I believe Blackshine is the planet I am on and Cavastine is the country I am in.

Of course, I cannot eliminate the possibility of the name of Earth being changed throughout generations, however, the chances of that are slim.

Yu Sheng finally came to the correct conclusion after gathering intel from his surroundings and through his innately high Wisdom stat which he had obtained due to his high intellect on Earth.

Oh? A quest? A quest is an expedition regularly carried out by someone like a knight to complete a task. Yu Sheng had learnt the meaning of this word through acclimatisation. Show me the details of the quest, interface.

EXP sounds like a short version of Experience, I think that these two are the same thing. What is the North? Are there other continents on Blackshine? I need to gain more information about this world, and I need to gain it quickly. I think the best thing to do is to wait until I am of an adequate age to move around freely before filling this bookshelf with many books and learning more about the world.

Yu Sheng felt tired after the long day, he lay on his bed and fell asleep an hour later.

Seven years later.

Yu Sheng fell down on the ground, bruised and beaten, blood flowing from many of his orifices and the wounds he had accumulated.

He raised his sword and charged at his opponent, a ten-feet tall man named Hancof, but his feeble attempt was blocked with ease as he was sent flying.

"Sigh, I honestly have no clue what the boss sees in you because all I see is a weakling. You have been training for five years and have yet to inflict any damage upon me. Yet another failure and waste of resources, go to your room!" Hancof sighed.

Yu Sheng did not say anything and went back to his room.

He sat down on his bed and contemplated for a while before he went to the ground and started strengthening his body through things like push-ups and sit-ups. He used the top of his door frame to do pull-ups too, this was his daily routine, completing one hundred repetitions of each exercise within an hour. His body was improving gradually, he had been doing this workout everyday for around half a year.

After finishing that, he picked up his sword and went outside where there was a dummy that couldn't be broken. He practised his sword technique for an hour before returning to his room.

When back in his room, he noticed his empty bookshelf and vaguely remembered his thoughts from seven years ago, he went to Wilfox's room.

As he walked through the corridor, his head suddenly began to hurt. At first, it was bearable, but eventually he had to stop walking and lean on the wall beside him.

At that moment, the acclimatisation had finally finished and an influx of information about the world, the interface and the players rushed into his mind. He was only provided knowledge about things in the present, any future knowledge wasn't given, except the arrival of the true Players.

This is what I have been waiting for! Yu Sheng was both shocked and elated simultaneously.

He now understood that the interface was not a piece of technology, that only he had it and what a Transcendent truly is.

Most importantly, he now knew how to properly use the entirety of interface's features!

He instantly called up his interface, using the 7,000 experience he had acquired from training to level up twice, reaching level 2 and gaining a new talent.

[Basic Blueprint Generation] - Allows the user to generate an non-unique blueprint. Can only be used after all other blueprints have been made and can only give a blueprint that is at the same grade as user. Requires a base wisdom stat of 10 and a level of 1.

Use Basic Blueprint Generation. Yu Sheng, with his newly-acquired knowledge now understood the basics of how the interface worked.
