3rd Person POV:

In a large bedroom, on the bed was a five-year-old boy who had wild blond hair and deep, bright blue eyes. He was Jaune Arc, one of the supporting characters of RWBY.

"So this is my new life, or is it a continuation." He hummed in thought while getting off of his bed. When Jaune woke up earlier, he had some new memories in his head. A life not his own of a boy named David and his life on Earth. From there, Jaune watched as David went through his life. But what pissed him off from the memories was the show called RWBY. The mere fact that his life could be some show for someone's entertainment pissed him off, and the information he gained from the show pissed him off as well.

The world as he knew it was a lie with two immortals playing a game of chess with Remnant as the board, magic maidens that had stupid requirements for it to be passed on, relics of supreme power, and finally, stupid and petty creatures posing as gods that wiped out the first humans and that he was part of the second generation.

'Yeah, I don't plan to be either Ozma's or Salem's pawn in their little shadow war. And to do that, I have to become an existence that rivals them both and flip the entire board off the table. And with my cheats, I will have an easier time getting to where I need to be.' With a devilish smirk that had no right to be on a five-year-old, Jaune walked out of his room and walked toward the bathroom.

The cheats in question was the skill [Great Sage], a Unique skill with multiple extremely useful subskills, and [Predator], another Unique skill.

'Great Sage. Start analyzing my soul and see if you can awaken my aura.' Jaune said in his head.

[Understood. Beginning the analysis of the soul of the individual known as Jaune Arc.]

With [Great Sage]'s confirmation, Jaune continued on his way until he reached the bathroom. Once inside, he began running the bath and stripped out of his onesie that he now felt embarrassed to wear. When the bath was filled with hot water, Jaune stopped the water and climbed in. As he sat down and relaxed, Jaune began thinking of various plans using the subskill [Thought Acceleration] to think faster than he usually would.

'First I need to learn how to fight, and then I need to start gathering resources and allies.' Jaune thought since he would be going against the two immortals and their respective factions, he would need a faction as well.

With that thought in mind, Jaune washed himself and then got out of the tub and put on a pair of jeans, a yellow shirt, and a pumpkin Pete hoodie. Once Jaune stepped out of the bathroom to find his father. But before he could do that, he was immediately tackled to the ground.

Looking down, Jaune was greeted by a girl with blond hair and blue eyes similar to his own. This was his older sister Jade who was two years older than him.

"Morning, Jaune!" Jade said with a wide smile.

"Good morning to you, too, Jade." Jaune said with a smile toward his older sister. "Anyway, did you need something?"

"Oh right, mom was looking everywhere for you," Jade said.

Standing up, Jaune reached down and helped Jade to her feet. "Alright, let's go meet up with Mom then."

"Ok!" Jade said excitedly before pulling Jaune through the Arc family mansion.

While not as rich as the Schnee family and their SDC, they still had a decent amount of wealth from Jaune's great-great-grandfather Richard Arc fighting in the Great War.

It didn't take long for Jaune and Jade to get to their destination, which was the dining room.

"Jaune!" The group in the room said in unison as they rushed at Jaune and Jade. The group consisted of his mother, Alexandra. His six other sisters, Saphron, Coral, Sarah, Hannah, Nicole, and Lauren. And his father, Nicholas.

Alexandra had long blond hair and bright green eyes.

Nicholas had brown hair with short brown hair and a scraggly beard.

As for Jaune's sisters, they all almost looked exactly the same with their blue eyes they got from Nicholas and the varying shades of blond that made up their hair.

"Oh, Jaune, are you okay!? Are you hurt!? Did anything happen!? Where were you!?" Alexandra shouted rapidly before Nicholas put his hand on her shoulder.

"Honey, calm down; he's fine," Nicholas said gruffly.

"Yeah, I'm fine, mom no need to worry; I was just in the bath," Jaune said nonchalantly while waving off the issue.

"If you say so," Alexandra said with a pout.

"Anyway, Dad, I want you to train me to be a huntsman?" Jaune asked, not that he planned to be one. After Jaune asked, however, the entire room fell silent.

After several seconds of quiet Nicholas spoke in a grave tone. "No, and that's final."

'What?' Jaune thought in shock. "Why not?" He asked in confusion why his father wouldn't train him.

"There's no need for you to train; after all, you won't be fighting any Grimm out there," Nicholas said with a glare.

"Fine, if you won't help me, I'll do it myself," Jaune said with a shrug while walking away. While this would set him back since he wouldn't have a teacher, it wasn't a complete setback.

"You won't make it far, so just give up this dream of being a huntsman," Nicholas said with a growl.

"Yeah, we'll see, dad," Jaune said with a roll of his eyes as he left the dining room. 'Great Sage, how is the progress on analyzing my soul?'

[Analysis of the soul of the individual known as Jaune Arc is completed. Aura can be activated at any time.]

'Alright, activate my aura then.' Jaune said to [Great Sage]

[Understood. Activating the Aura of the individual Jaune Arc.]

With a flash of yellow, a pale yellow translucent barrier appeared around his body.

'So this is aura.' Jaune thought while looking down at his hands in awe, feeling the new strength in his body. 'So first, I need to learn how to use this aura to the fullest. Also, [Great Sage] make sure my aura doesn't release any energy that will attract any Grimm.

As he walked to his room, he began trying to move his aura, which was more challenging than he thought. While he could feel the energy that was his aura but it felt as if he was trying to pull a truck.

About three hours later, even with Jaune using [Thought Acceleration], he could finally move his aura a little bit through his body.

[Extra Skill: Aura Manipulation acquired.]

But that was all he needed to do. [Great Sage] was a godsend with it being the equivalent of a magical AI, and with it having access to his skills, it could use both [Thought Acceleration] and [Parallel Operation] to fine-tune his control until it was perfect.

'[Great Sage] I want you to use as much processing power as possible to find the optimal way to manipulate my aura.'

[Understood.]

After that, ten minutes later and [Great Sage] had gone through millions of calculations that determined the most effective way to use his aura, as [Great Sage] passed on the experience, Jaune began moving his Aura expertly though he would still need to practice to maintain this level of control.
