"Ashera the Satan Leviathan along with the Seraph Gabriel has arrived. What shall we do with them?" Rufus asks with a calm tone of voice. We always knew this would happen after all. Both my strength and the inherent strength of the vampires that were held back by arrogance being released are reason enough to have dozens of messengers arrive at Arce Noctis. What we didn't expect was for them to send a Seraph and a Satan to do it. It's only been a week since I became king and I already have high-profile visitors.

"Send them into the meeting room, I'll be there shortly." I said before teleporting out of my room and into the office in the same clothes that I always were. You might think that I should wear something respectable but it's my castle, my rules. And sure Serafall goes as far as to take off her magical girl outfit but that's different. My clothes always look good.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Ashera Tepes. I am Serafall Leviathan, one of the Four Great Satans." The twin-tailed magical girl said in front of me. Sadly she was in proper attire. Sad but expected.

"I am Gabriel of the Four Seraphs, it's a pleasure to meet you Ashera Tepes." An innocent angel with the body of a devil said with infinite innocence. How adorable.

"It's a pleasure to meet you both. As you both know I am Ashera Tepes, the 1st Progenitor, and leader of the vampire race." I calmly stated my titles as Rufus entered with tea and refreshments. For a vampire with the position of 2nd Progenitor he sure does seem more like a servant, though he's good at his job so I don't mind. "So what have you come for? I am quite busy currently so please be quick about it." That's a complete lie. I was totally just watching tv.

"The underworld would like to form a no hostility treaty with you and the vampires. In ideal terms, we would like a full alliance but neither of our races would accept that at the moment isn't that right?" Serafall said with a small smile on her face though she is correct. At the moment my rule over the vampires isn't strong enough for them to accept something as large as that and the devils aren't exactly there either. However, heaven is a different story.

"Heaven would like a slightly different agreement. thing. For the last few years, we have been secretly making plans to create an alliance between the angels, devils, and fallen angels. We would like to include your race into this alliance. However in return, we would like to ask for cooperation if either of our races requests it, of course, you can do the same, and the sharing of information of any Longinus or other information of similar importance. We plan for the alliance to happen in a few years so we have plenty of time so take your time and don't rush anything." Gabriel said with a smile while Serafall nodded at the side.

This isn't something I can accept right away. I'll need to think carefully over it and discuss the terms carefully with Rufus and Alaric before we can come to a conclusion. An alliance between the angels, devils, fallen angels, and vampires would be a good thing that is a given but it also has major problems. The other factions may take it as us preparing for war or some other annoying mess.

However, this is removed if we have a threat that can allow us to have a reason, and lucky we have just that, the Khaos Brigade. However, even then this will take a long time, and like they said it will take years.

However, that's perfect. In a few years, I'll definitely have complete control of the vampire race and the threat of the Khaos Brigade will begin showing itself making the common people agree and lower the amount of trouble caused by the alliance. There will definitely be people that disagree but we'll be able to take care of them fairly easily.

"We'll need time to think but I do agree for the most part. Come back in a month for my answer. I'm looking forward to a healthy relationship in the future. Is there anything else you'd like to ask or are we finished here?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"No, that will be all. We will both come by on that day. Azazel should come with us at that time so don't be alarmed." Serafall said with a smile on her face as she followed Rufus out of the room towards the public exit of Arce Noctis with Gabriel behind her waving at me cutely. I have a lot more to do now. I guess Rufus will be getting less rest soon. Sorry but blame the three races.

"Cookies." An emotionless voice came from behind me. Turning around I saw a black-haired loli wearing a provocative gothic dress with her hands outstretched.

"Sure. Are you going to stay for dinner this time? We can finish the last episode of the anime we were on." I said in a dismissive manner while handing over a bag of cookies and a chocolate bar.

"Hm. Stay." The short response came from the loli as we teleported into the living room I was in before Serafall and Gabriel came and sat down on the couch and turned on the anime Ophis wanted.

It was good but it wasn't the same. It was called Two Piece and it's basically One Piece but with slightly different names like Ruffy or Yoro. It's just not the same.

"Hm. Go Ruffy." Ophis cheered with her emotionless tone and face with her hands in the air as Ruffy finally defeated Bataburi. It was seriously cute.

"Ashera dinner has finished. Please come to the table. Oh, Ophis is here. We'll have extra made." Rufus said from the doorway before leaving to increase the order.

"Are you ready to eat Ophis?" I asked the little girl watching Bataburi talking to his sister Yulle in a heartfelt moment.

"Hm? Food? Coming." Ophis said before walking out of the room at a slightly faster speed than before. For an emotionless aspect of the world, she's extremely cute.
