Dreygo led the way toward the vast and seemingly aimless path along the plains of Limbo. They called the place, Leechway. The souls that tread along this path seemed to walk without ending, like a Leech – slowly.

It was also the thought of his human friend, Sho, who he had left for dead made him weary. Every step gave the longing to find Sho’s soul in Limbo. But such a feat would be impossible with a place so vast and with millions of souls passing through.

Elaine was trailing behind him, Viriel next, and lastly was the hunter Earth King, Davyd. The Demon’s mind was not only disturbed by what Nethaniel had brought the news but the suffering he remembered every fiber bit of memory that swam his thoughts.

The gray sands that mantled the world’s bed were borne with every bit of memory. It was where the purging happened before a soul was judged towards their destination – Heaven or Demon World.
