As she gazed at her mother gently close her eyes and give out her last breath she burst into tears, poor Lindiwe did not know what was to come her way..

A few weeks had past and she did not move near her mother's cadaver. She tried shaking it, talking to it and also tried embracing it but nothing seemed to bring back the life of her mother, all Lindiwe could do was get emotional and she could not help it but cry.

One morning Lindiwe decided to stand up and leave her mother when she was absorbed by the wild knock on the front door. In step Bongani, Lindiwe's father. It seems he had came home after the heart breaking news. Bongani had abandoned Lindiwe and her mom when he found out that her mother was pregnant, he was too much of a coward to become a father so it has always been Lindi and her mother side by side..

Bongani asked to come back into his daughter's life he apologized for leaving them and promised to become a better father in future.

Not later than a month Lindiwe moved in with his father and was soon enrolled in a new school.

It took time for Lindiwe to adapt to the new lifestyle,she wasn't comfortable because of bullies but there has always been that one guy who looked exactly like Lindiwe, had the same thing in common and instantly bonded... She was always stranded by the feeling but it didn't bother her that much.
