60 Familiar Detectives
"Hey kid, go get my camera." Said the familiar detective.
The man's junior listening to his senior went straight out to the car to retrieve the camera. This pair of detectives were Masato and his younger assistant Kenji. The two had been called to the scene of a suspected Kira related incident.
It was reported that the young mistress of the Yuri family had been kidnapped and then the kidnapper had shot himself in the head.
This by itself wouldn't be a normal case in which the task force would usually take place in, however, when it was reported that the young Mrs Yuri could only say two words after the event, it piqued their interest. The two words being "Thank you". Once again this could be put off to her going a little crazy but when put with the fact that her captor had just killed himself for seemingly no reason. Now that was unusual. Who else could she be thinking?
The young Tenji eventually came back with the camera which his senior Masato had requested. "Here's the camera you asked for," Tenji said as he handed it to Masato.
"Ahh thanks, " Masato replied as he took it from his assistant's hands.
Masa to turned the camera on and immediately began taking pictures of the surroundings. That meant every detail was captured throughout the house, every corpse, every blade, hammer and torture device.
Finally, Masato took multiple pictures of the kidnapper's corpse which laid out upon the ground with its brain matter sprayed across the room. Every detail would be needed to be brought back to the Kira base for further inspection.
Once Masato had taken enough pictures he handed the camera back to Tenji who in response placed it around his neck. The curious Masato began looking among the corpses. Every single one had been mercilessly beaten and tortured. Then there was Mrs Yuri who had been hardly touched. He knew he had to at least try and convince her to speak to him. If he was right, she would now be devoted to Kira since it was likely she believed he saved her.
The mistress of the Yuri family had gone crazed and wouldn't even speak to her closest friends. However, maybe if he could use her thankfulness to Kira, he could get something out of her.
This, of course, wasn't simply based off of a theory. The Yuri family was known to have had ties with the Kira cult about 50 years ago, although that had been debunked to be just myth. Nevertheless, it would still be dumb to not take precautions and so Masato decided to go back to the task force base and explain his idea and theory to R.
Masato explained to his young assistant what he had planned and he listened. The two got in their car and drove straight to the task force base.

Once the pair arrived at the base they immediately headed for the head office building where R would most likely be located.
*Knock knock*
Masato knocked on the door to the office building and was quickly answered by a guard.
"Let me see your pass," the guard said while holding his hand out.
The two detectives held out their passes and handed them to the guard.
In turn, the guard quickly read over them. Seeing that the two men in front of him were of high rank in the task force he gave their passes back and let them pass.
"You may enter," the guard said while holding the door open for them.
Masato and Tenji both entered. They looked to the front desk for assistance.
Masato walked up to the front desk and asked the lady which room R would be located in and to let him know that they had something important to discuss.
The woman pointed in the direction and told them to wait outside until he called them in. When they began walking in the direction given she called up the office to let R know he had visitors.
Standing outside the office Masato put his hand on Tenji's shoulder, "Dont worry kid, he can't be that scary. All ya gotta do is follow my lead."
In response, the young assistant nodded his head. He had never been into the offices since he had only recently been accepted into this section of the task force due to Masato.
The pair only waited for around 5 minutes before they heard R's voice. "You can come in now," the voice said lightly.

Whenever an individual with ownership of more than two Death Notes loses possession to one of the Death Notes, he will not be able to recognize that Death Note's god of death's appearance or voice anymore. The god of death himself will leave, but all the memory involving that Death Note will remain as long as he maintains ownership of at least one other Death Note.
