'Shoooo'

The Skeleton slowly turned to dust.

Total silence descended on the hall.

Leon was standing like sculpture, looking at the empty throne. A huge amount of Death Qi filled his body, slowly being refined by his soul.

The entire process was extremely slow, unlike before where Death Qi was refined instantaneously, unrefined Qi was wreaking havoc, and destroying various parts of his body.

Leon started coughing blood and fell into his knees, both of his eyes turned black, and the tears of blood started coming out from it. Qi was so huge, that his body started to crumble and mind started to collapse.

"USE DEATH SCRIPTURE!!!." Death shouted.

"What.. Death... Scripture..?" Leon said with the hoarse voice.

"It's hidden in our soul, JUST IMAGINE!, and it will come into our mind." Death said, urgently.

Why didn't you explained to me, before confronting that damn soul?

He was angry, but death couldn't be blamed, he didn't know that soul was this powerful.

He somehow tolerated the pain, finally, closed his eyes and started searching for 'Death Scripture' in his mind.

Suddenly, a strange world appeared in his mind, it was a barren wasteland, covered with the sea of fog, the sky was dark and trees were dead, he looked around but his sight was blocked by the fog.

Suddenly, his eyes focused at the place, he saw two blurry shadowy structures and decided to go that way. As he came closer, he saw two majestic pillars, holding the vault of the heavens.

After walking for a long time, he reached his destination. He looked at the pillars and feeling of being insignificant emerged from the heart. Finally, his vision went between the pillars.

He saw giant steel hovering between the pillars, steel was completely black and giving the very ancient feeling. There were lots of characters written in it, they were written in golden color and he couldn't recognize any of it.

He felt the strong summon from the steel, suddenly, he feet lifted from the ground and he flew towards the steel. In just a few moments, he was hovering in front of it, he slowly lifted his hand and touched the steel.

Suddenly, floods of knowledge started to fill his mind, it was so overwhelming that he felt dizzy and closed his eyes. Next time he opened his eyes, he was in the middle of the hall, he was bleeding from everywhere, and someone was shouting at him.

He finally came to the realization, that he was in the dire state, he started to refine Death Qi using the Death Scripture which he just learned. One part of the refined Qi started repairing and strengthening his body and other strengthening his soul.

Finally, after an hour entire Death Qi was refined, when he opened his eyes, all of his injuries were gone and he was as good as new.

'Phhhhu'

"That was close call", Leon shied in relief.

"Our soul can naturally refine considerable amount Death Qi, but it still can't compare to Death Scripture, which can not only refine it faster but can also use it to strengthen the body and soul." Death said.

Leon examined himself.

My soul doubled in size, and my body seems a lot stronger, I should test my strength.

He stood in front of the throne, it was made of stone, he was unsure what kind of stone it was, but it looked very sturdy.

He wanted to know whether he could break it or not, he lifted his fist and punched on the thone.

'Boom'

Entire throne crumbled to pieces, he was shocked, and then smiled widely. He was satisfied with his physical strength.

"Death, What was that place?" He asked from death about the place he saw in his mind.

"I don't know much either, It is unknown realm created by the God of Death, and our souls can make the connection to that world." Death replied.

"So, that place was real?" Leon asked, surprised.

"Yes, but it's a very dangerous place, and if you die there, you will die here too." Death warned him.

"Let's look at that stone door, I am getting the familiar feeling from it." Death shifted the topic and said.

Leon also looked at the door and walked in front of it. The door was about seven feet tall and was made of stone, there were a lot of scratches on it, and looked like they were made by the very sharp object.

Leon tried to push open the door, but the door did not budge, he frowned and tried again using his sword, but the result was same, door was sealed and couldn't be opened, finally, he understood, that someone else also tried to open the door and failed, those scratches probably came from him.

"Send your Death Qi in it." Death said.

Leon did not understand Death meaning but still followed what Death asked him to do.

He used Death Force and sent Death Qi into the door.

Suddenly, door lit up and slowly started opening.

'Mwaa haaa haaa'

Death started laughing madly as if found a new world.

Wang Wei was confused.

Does this place have anything to do with God of Death?

"Don't make wild guesses." Death said.

"Then why door opened when I used Death Qi." Leon asked, confused.

"Because door can only be opened using God Qi." Death replied.
