Two

I remembered her words. They put me on cloud nine but they also scared me shitless.

"You can try to deny it, but you know it's not that simple. I know that even if you pretend I can see through it."

She scooted closer to me with fresh popcorn. The bowl softly settled on the table by her gentle hands. She slipped herself closer to me. Her body almost weightless and soft like a feather. Her lips easily inching to my ear before her soft voice distributes small words through a whisper.

"Bonnie and Clyde."

Those words somehow scared me, but weirdly put me at a sense of security. Even through those feelings, my mind made my body react.

"Bonnie and Clyde?"

I questioned and she slipped her finger over my lips and smirked a bit string in my eyes.

"Bonnie and Clyde one night. Who cares?"

"Who cares?"

"Who?"

She said softly placing her lips on mine pulling away seconds later leaving me only to crave more.
