7 level ups and first challenge

it seems that the creature itself may have something to do with it. I managed to get 15 exp from the wolf, it was very surprising. if I'm right creatures may give different amount of EXP based on their type and level.

it does make sense for wolves to be worth more than rabbits. the rabbits only gave me one exp per level they were while the wolves give three. it seems about to kill more though to know.

I decided to allocate my free stat points I managed to hit level 4. I'll need 40 XP for the next level.

attributes

MP: (49/49) -> 81

body: 11 -> 12

mind: 7 -> 9

magic: 7 -> 9

I decided to focus more on mana this time. based on the fight with the wolf my body stat should be fine. now I have enough mana to devour the wolf. I'm really looking forward to its charge skill.

I'm guessing it uses stamina instead of manna. I decided to watch its status as a charged and it didn't seem to use mana. thankfully during the fight when I used airstep for the first time, it only used five mana.

I'm guessing the amount of man I used has to do with my size, because when the gust rabbit used it it only used one mana. I took out the wolf corpse and use devour.

I managed to drain my mana pool but it did eat it. it's very strange to use devour because I don't actually physically eat things I use it on. some strange mana comes out of my body and then just disintegrates what I cast it on.

it seems I was right about the rock wolves innate abilities. it is aligned with the Earth element and it seems that gives it lots of defense and vitality. I'm sure if it was higher level a little bit much more of a pain in the ass to deal with, or if it was any smarter.

looks like I messed up, I decided to get distracted just because there nothing around me after I killed the wolf. I should have known to run away after killing it and then regrouped. it seems I forgot for a moment that wolves travel in packs.

that was at least five more rock wolves coming out of the forest around me. since they're not that bright they may not be able to respond fast enough to unpredictable situations. I decided to use the new skill I got and charged right at the closest one.

I couldn't even react in time I decided to you jump right when I got close enough and impale. I rammed the tip of my sword from underneath its Josh straight through its skull from below. it seems that that was actually one of their weak points.

I managed to bury my sword all the way up to the hilt. I ripped my sword out of his head. I used jump and air step, to avoid the wolf that charged at me while I was attacking this one. I used impale and jump again but instead of hitting in the back of the neck I ran through its skull.

it seems that the top of their heads are incredibly strong even though I penetrated its brain. not even half my sword went through, but it was still enough. the other for we're catching up.

I used charge again to the closest one, this time I slid underneath it. I used impale as I slid and managed to drive my sword right into its chest. it seems that it's underside was also weak as I slid my sword man it's just slice its guts open.

after I slid out from under it before it fell, I immediately got on my feet and ran at the one right behind it. I didn't have time to use jump or impale. so I waited till it got close enough as I ran at it.

I ran my sword straight into its eye, I ripped it out immediately after the next wolf was right behind me. I manage using pale as I was ripping it out of the other one's head and I drove my sword straight into the next wolf's head.

sadly it seems the last one was right on top of me, but the second I killed last one I used jump to go to the side. then I used air step, jump, and impale all at once, I only managed to hit this one in the neck but I made sure to slice all the way through as I ripped it out.

it managed to bleed out before I had to deal the finishing blow. I nearly collapse when was all over, thankfully they only came a few minutes after I used devour on the wolf. I managed to barely recover at least 20 MP and then more is the fight was going on.

otherwise it's probably would have been my end. even then using charge and jump so many times I feel like my muscles are tearing. I definitely push my body over to limits.

I didn't even bother to dissect the wolves I just threw them right into my personal dimension. I went searching around for a cave or some other place where I can rest. those Rock wolves were serious pain.

considering that there were seven wolves all together in that pack. there shouldn't be really any others in their cave or wherever they make their den. although I could be wrong, but I'll still take the risk and you stealth and tracking to see where they came from.

after about 10 minutes of following their tracks I managed to find where they came from. seems like I got lucky it was a cave and that was the whole pack I killed.

I went in and decided to rest, after about an hour of letting my body rest I pulled out some of the rabbits.

I had to eat something to get my strength back I haven't eaten since I came into this world I managed to get some water as I went past some streams.

I gathered some wood and decided to make try to make a fire, it didn't go very well I never done it before it took nearly an hour. trying to do something you've only ever seen in videos before is pretty hard.

thankfully I still have those rabbit hides I managed to make a bow drill. even then it was still very difficult, but thankfully I managed to fry up my rabbit meat, tasted pretty decent. the horned rabbit was tough, but the gust rabbit was pretty soft and tender.
