20 Thief's doom

Inside Ominous's laboratory, where he conducts all his experiments, two Giants were discussing something while writing their idea's on some scrolls made out of skin, Ominous and Vulgath were discussing how to conduct a surgery on Ominous and enchant all his body parts, Vulgath was advising Ominous to have as many experiments as possible on Deadra, lesser demons and lizard men before taking any on himself

Ominous was lamenting over the fact that he didn't have any good bloodline he could mix with his own, he was still trying to increase the Dragon bloodline of the lizard men and Deadra with little success it seems like he would need to find an alternative, while he was still talking with his shade he received a warning from his Demi-plane that there was a massive number of demons appearing on his realm

Ominous and Vulgath used their Authority over the realm to look at who was intruding on their realm, what came into their view was a massive Portal from wish many Goat men demons emerged, the goat men army was led by a Beast man mage probably the one responsible for opening a portal from which an organized army could walk into his realm and not the random and occasional demon lost or spawned directly in his realm

The goat men army appeared in the same location Orinaya was teleported to last time and in the Abyss there is nothing random that happens most of the time, these goat men must be the ones that were hunting Orinaya, he called her over and used his magic to show her an image of the invaders, with a calm voice he asked her while stroking her hair

" Orinaya tell me, are these the goat men demons that attacked you"

Orinaya looked at the image of the massive army coming out of a portal, her face lost all color and her heart beat quickened, she turned around, looked at Ominous's face that didn't show any hesitation or doubt before she calmed down and answered

" yes, my lord these are the same demons that tried to abduct me last time, they must have informed their leader"

"Goat men have good tracking skill's their leader must be the one who led them to your realm, my lord "

" I am sorry for bringing you trouble Ominous but every proper Best man leader has an army in the millions even if he is a lesser demon"

Ominous had the answer he was waiting for, he was going to kill the thief who was coveting his woman no matter how hard it proved to be not everyone can set foot in his realm and live to tell it, Vulgath had already started organizing the army, the movement of the undead, the Deadra and the lizard men was like an organized killing machine getting ready to grind the enemy to death, Ominous had created his undead with the memories of years of battle of all orcs, he knew his undead army was the best in this realm, so he didn't call upon the other Deadra lords to aid him in this battle

Ominous walked out of his Fort with his succubus only to see his men ready to defend his Honor and realm to the death or to a second death in the case of the undead, Vulgath had his armor on and his axe at hand, he was waiting for Ominous close to the Fort's gate's, apart from Vulgath the Deadra guards were also waiting for their lord, they were well armored some holding great swords, and some holding staffs with elemental and death magics at the ready

all the undead were grouped in the front, they had the resilience and experience to take the charge in battle, The demons like Minotaur's, werewolves and high imps were left in the base as they would only mess up his army's coordination, on the other hand the Deadra were spread in the undead army ready to pick off any strong opponents in the midst of battle, that would help them preserve their numbers and give a great blow to the enemy with their death magic and even rase zombies, the lizard men on the other hand were going to be in charge of long range magic, healing and timely support

His army amounted in total to 1.2 Million living and undead, all organized and ready to perform their role to the best of their ability, Vulgath took charge of the army while Ominous and Oriniya were at the back with the Guard's

The army marched in the direction of the Portal, meanwhile The Goat man leader was still waiting for his full army to gather, the Goat men were part of the Beast men demons and from what Ominous had seen the Leader was a type of lesser demon called Centigor

Centigors are centaur-like Beastmen who are a cross between four-legged creatures, such as horses and oxen, and the upper body of a humanoid. As a result, they are able to wield brutal weapons and magic while possessing the great speed and strength of beasts of burden

This Centigor was some type of mage, and he was leading an army of Goat men to invade his realm

Goat men are the most common breed of Beast men, recognisable by their goat- or sheep-like heads and legs and their curling or straight goat-like horns, they could evolve into a lesser demon called Bovigors

Bovigors are bull- or ox-headed Beast men who possess cattle-like horns. Bovigors are also bullheaded in their nature, being very competitive and prizing brute power over any form of subtlety. What differentiates these Beast men from a Minotaur is their much smaller stature, even if a Minotaur was still a lesser demon he could still crush a group of Bovigors, but he would probably fall to a Centigor's magic

A few Hours later, Ominous's and the Centigor's army were faced with one another in this snowy battlefield, Vulgath led the charge against the Beast men, the 6 m armored giant clashed with the unlucky beasts sending them flying back killing them and their fellow soldiers behind them in the process, his axe started harvesting the lives of his victims and splitting them on the spot, Vulgath's eyes glowed a deep blue as his fallen foes started to rise up and fight against their once allies

If a body was split in half, the upper half would cling or stab at any beat men close to it, The number advantage meant nothing against someone who used necromancy, the undead had the upper hand against most beast men in battle experience, endurance, and the fact that they were hard to kill even with a hand missing or a stab to the body, the goat men were fighting a losing battle they only served to bolster Ominous force by adding zombies to it

The centigor sensed that the tide of battle was not in his favor, with an order from him bovigors started to appear all over the battlefield charging at the undead with their cow heads, they started pushing the undead back, the centigor had his eyes on Vulgath the strongest one he could find in this army that attacked them, he used a curse of pain to inflict a torture like pain on Vulgath, in the battlefield any distraction could prove to be deadly, sadly for the centigor Vulgath was half undead a creature that could not feel much his curse only served to anger the giant

With a curse inflicted on him and serounded by 5 bovigors, Vlugath understood that this was the centigor's trap for him, if he was a normal creature he would be in too much pain and the bovigors would finish him off, with one fell swing of his axe Vulgath sent 5 bovigor haids flying choking the centigor to the core

In other parts of the battlefield, hidden Deadra started to harvest bovigor lives and raising them as zombies to fight against other bovigors, soon the front line stabilized again in the favor of Ominous who was watching everything from the back, he was ready to intervene at any moment, the lizard men were launching long distance magic covering the sky with flame's and lightning, some lizard men were in charge of retrieving badly injured deadra and healing them back to a fighting state

Ominous wanted his men to gain as much experience as they could from this war, the simple fact that his Deadra were capable of killing Lesser demons like bovigors made him proud of his creation and training of them, he wondered if the Elite Deadra he had sent to build their own forces could deal with this army of beast men using their necromancy, slowly Vulgath made his way through the Best man army to face off against the centigor, Vulgath left a blood trail with no bodies all his fallen foes had become zombies

The centigor was surrounded by 300 bovigor guards, he was casting spells trying to kill as many zombies as he could, he had a horrified expression while fighting his own men who died for him and stood back to face him, his forces started dwindling his path back to the portal was cut off by undead and lizard men, his team of guard were fighting off zombies while Vulgath stood close raising any fallen guard into a new zombie

All guards fell, and only the leader stood alone defeated, the centigor's eyes were looking back and forth between his once guard's that were now zombies and vulgath, the Zombies spread apart as a Death energy chain flew directly to the centigor entangling his legs, Vulgath pulled the centigor from the snow flying towards him

" GET OVER HERE "

Vulgath caught the flying beast from the back of it's neck, he broke the hands of centigor while it's 4 legs were still entangled by the chains, slowly Ominous and Orinaya walked in front of Vulgath and his captive, the centigor could feel that the target of his tracking was the succubus in front of him

" You, it's You bitch, I am going to kill you"

Ominous was looking at the opponent who brought an army of millions to his door step, now kneeling in front of him yelling in incompetent anger, he ended this war with a simple swipe of his tail to slit the throat of his captive

With the death of this Centigor the big portal in the distance closed, marking the end of this invasion, this war only served to bring Ominous new materials for his undead crafting and new knowledge that he would extract from these dead beast men.
