Davos became a god and with his ascension more and more humans joined Glory city and the Almighty church, humans are a race with diverse occupations from mages to warriors, knights, healers, warlocks and more, most occupations in the magus realm would help a mortal reach demi-god level's of strength only the Arcane mages could reach mid-level god strength with their elementalisation process.

God's could bless a demigod mortal and make him reach a godling level of strength, just like how Romo infused inhuman amounts of Vitality into Davos before his ascension, some gods could use divine power or other methods like bloodline infusion to bless mortals with power above a demigod, most of these blessed beings were the mortals that protected the interests of the gods that blessed them.
