24 FIRST LOVE

I was so not ready to attend the class, so I sat on one of the chairs in the canteen with my heads down on the table. I couldn't stop my tears even though I tried my best to send them all the way back to my heart. He is not my first boyfriend. I had my first boyfriend when I was ten. I dumped him because he never shared his fancy unicorn pencil with me. Later I had another one when I was eleven to make my first boyfriend jealous. He moved to Russia and it ended. We just had a simple relationship. Can I even call that a relationship? Then I had a special one in the golden age of seventeen, Lijah Virchy. Even though he is not my first boyfriend, he is my first love. After the bell rang, I took my way to the class. I ran my eyes within the class but couldn't spot Lijah.

" Godwin, did you see Lijah?" I asked.

" Ha Amanda, I was looking for you. Why didn't you come to the party?" Godwin asked.

" I had a family emergency." I replied.

" Oh shoot! It was pretty great .Tons of parties are left so no worries."

I nodded my head with a fake smile that would go so good with it.

" Well, I was asking about Lijah. Did you see him?" I came up with my question.

" Umm, he never appeared in the class today."

What? That's strange. I ran to the cycle parking area to check if his cycle was there.

No!! He is gone!
