62 The Final Battle Part II

While Elena held her former best friend at gunpoint, the undead horde had begun to enter the Gymnasium. Screams erupted from behind Ryan and his goons when they realized that the Walkers were flooding into their sanctuary.

Ryan could hardly believe his eyes when he saw this. But a gunshot which whipped right past his head quickly brought him back to reality. He began to scream orders to the entire group, while he fled from the slaughter that was taking place.

"Every body out! Run! Run for your lives!"

How the undead had broken through their doors and entered the gymnasium, Ryan did not know, but he was among the first one out the doors, taking the nearest exit, which wasn't clogged with either survivors or undead. Unfortunately, Zane predicted this route perfectly, and was waiting on the other side of the door. Where he did not say a word and instead fired a shot at Ryan.
