Chapter - 4: The day when the calamity awakened!

----------

[Monster Zero POV]

I could not help but admit that I was distracted as I used my Ki Sense to take a quick look at the various hidden dimensions of the various pantheons that existed in this great world.

I noticed that some of them seemed to sense that something was watching them, but from what I could tell by their confused expressions, they could not fully understand what was going on around them.

For this reason, I wisely decided not to act too recklessly; after all, I was violating their divine domain, and I knew full well that they would not take it very well.

This pleasant discovery was good news that I could use in the future, for it basically told me that they knew of no other power systems that did not affect them personally with their divine domains.

It was undoubtedly a very interesting and instructive experience, and in this way I could well understand the level I would have to reach to be on their level.

It was not that I was weak at that time, far from it. But in my normal state, without taking power from the "Great Ape" or even with some transformation, I was still too weak to pose much of a threat to them.

Especially considering how powerful the Old Gods were, with all their powers and divine status as the first gods of this universe, they had an enviable amount of knowledge and power.

Of course, this did not mean that they were completely unbeatable, and they could certainly be defeated/replaced or even destroyed in mythology to make way for the new generation of gods.

And fortunately, I was very close to that, for I was now a New God, the embodiment of a living idea. But I had to admit that I didn't know much about this whole side of my powers, so I needed to find out slowly so that I could grow and use everything at my disposal to the fullest.

It wasn't that I wanted to fight them right now, since I had a lot more to sort out at the moment, but considering how capricious some of them were in the comics (Ugh*Ares*), I doubted that I wouldn't do something to annoy or even piss them off and then start a fight.

But unlike many others, I knew better than anyone what it meant to face a god: it was not a challenge you could hope to win with mere physical strength or anything like that, but something more conceptual was needed to win such a battle.

But suddenly my thoughts were interrupted and without warning an attack came at me, a thick chain swept over my body and unconsciously I tried to protect myself by quickly moving my arms into a defensive position.

This simple unconscious action made me realize that my mind and body still had to be in perfect sync. Had I been the old Slider, I would have faced such an attack with a smile on my face.

Not that it was news that the Ancient Saiyans had a completely different way of thinking than normal humans, no matter how similar the two species were in the physical realm.

But to be precise, they were devoid of real and proper emotions; they fought only to know if they were stronger than their opponent. They had no qualms about anything other than fighting or satisfying their own endless hunger.

Therefore, it was not wrong to call them fighting maniacs, with beliefs completely different from any other species in this universe or any other existing in this multiverse.

And as I felt the contact of the chain against my body, a great force sent me flying backwards until I collided with several pieces of debris from the Cadmus building. As my body continued to sink deeper into the earth, creating a large crater that stretched for hundreds of meters.

I grumbled loudly as my eyes blinked rapidly as I felt the intense heat and light of the sun hitting my face. With a frown of annoyance, I turned away and let out a low grunt.

I took a deep breath to calm my growing anger and slowly began to look around, gazing at the blue sky above me and the golden sun that made me feel good.

I grabbed a rock and crushed it with my strength, "Okay, now I'm really pissed off," I grumbled, trying to remember the sensations that went through my new body so I could get used to it as quickly as possible and avoid more of these weaknesses in the future.

But it seemed that the attack was not over yet, because I saw the thick chain coming towards me again, hitting me again and again without stopping, making my body sink deeper and deeper into the ground.

Something like that would not have hurt me, instead it only annoyed me and increased my negative emotions as I could feel my evil ki growing more intense and slowly getting stronger.

Scratching my long black hair, I lowered my palm. But I have to stay calm, because I can use this situation to my advantage..." I said to myself, feeling the headache getting stronger. And I could feel my body's urge to go to the Wrath State and give a demonstration of my absolute superiority to all those who thought they could face me on equal terms.

I slowly lifted myself out of the crater beneath me, feeling every bone in my body creak as I realized that I had suffered no injury from the previous attack, as if it had been insignificant and completely meaningless.

After all, even though I had just been born, I knew as if by instinct that clearly none of them could pose a threat to me. However, that did not mean that they could not give me a good fight if one of them decided to stop holding back so obviously and fight with all their might.

My gaze turned to the woman with the gray skin, who had she decided to use her true power at that moment, could have been a great enemy for me to face. Instead, she acted like the Jean Grey of the moment, keeping all her potential under wraps for fear of using it.

I didn't know how strong she really was in the comics, that detail was never clear to be honest, even my Ki Sense didn't seem to have a problem with her considering how deep she had sealed her true power.

And I seriously doubt that even she knew how strong she was, and her "Dark Side" was really something I would have liked to bring out just out of curiosity to see her true power.

But from the knowledge my human memories gave me, Raven had a power that was truly terrifying. I could have faced a second Moro in the future even without all her years of experience, but she undoubtedly had much more potential to show.

However, it seemed that my worries were unfounded, as the punk girl didn't seem to want any help from her teammates in facing me, and she didn't even listen to them when they tried to calm her down and avoid a fight with me.

"Is that all?" I couldn't help but ask as I watched the punk girl in front of me with a mocking smile. I could only admit that seeing her expression made me feel very good.

"Stay down you piece of shit!" the punk shouted with obvious anger as she looked at me with cold eyes and launched herself into the attack without a second thought as the ground beneath her cracked from the force she exerted.

The other members of her squad failed to stop her until she made her way to me and tried to punch me in the face, obviously trying to take away the arrogant smile that was on my face at that moment.

But I resisted without any fear, and like a mountain, I absorbed her hardest blow. Her fist struck the right side of my face, creating a huge path of destruction behind me.

While I was completely impassive to such an attack, she opened her eyes wide in disbelief, as if all the confidence she had in her power had been shattered so easily.

I certainly enjoyed the moment, as it seemed obvious to me that I would have to use a much more aggressive method to stay in this world. Otherwise, I would not have survived long with all the existences that would try to put me in their service to use my power for their goals.

And at the same time, my Evil Ki began to flow through my body, and I have to admit that I did not move an inch from my position, only stretching my fist as I threw it at a speed she could not even imagine or understand.

It was obvious that out of my anger at not only being made to fly several times, but also at being played like an idiot, I used more force than necessary to win this power confrontation.

After I struck with my fist, I completely forgot to restrain myself, but when my fist hit the her's face, I realized that she could take the blow, and then...

*BOOOM!!*

Without any emotion or warning, the moment I raised my arm, Crush's expression suddenly changed to one of intense fear, as if she had seen death before her eyes and finally realized that she had made a big mistake by challenging me with such an insignificant power.

Then there was a terrifying sound of exploding body parts, and her body opened up with a loud bang. Her head, four limbs, torso, and organs....

were shattered in an instant and turned into a huge bloody flower. Her blood specks flew far and wide, splashing and staining the entire surrounding surface red with blood.

I must admit that I let go of too much of my power.

But they were fighting with the intention of hurting me, and this was only in self-defense, at least for me. But at least I knew that the girl would be okay in the near future, because she belonged to a race called Czarnians.

And from what I remembered from the comics, she had regenerative powers, it's the high of instant regeneration of the clone's blood level drops, and so theoretically they can only be killed by their own kind.

"Crush!" x4

"Team, go!" Tim ordered, sprinting forward, fearless and oblivious to the difference in strength between us. I wouldn't say he was a complete fool, but I could see he realized he didn't stand a chance, so he decided to support Wonder Girl, who came at me with obvious anger on her face.

Robin was armed with a simple stick, with which he seemed to have some skill, for he threw batarangs to support his companion as he slipped between her legs: For she was able to defend them.

I leaned to the side, undaunted by the blonde Amazon attacking me. Robin exuded a calm air, supporting her position along with WonderGirl, and I easily dodged the girl's fierce fist that tore through the ground, and not missing such an opportunity, I grabbed her by the head.

At that moment, WonderGirl demonstrated her preparation as an Amazon warrior, not missing the opportunity given our proximity. And she grabbed my head by mercilessly delivering several headbutts to my face, which, I must admit, made me reevaluate everything I knew about her in a positive way.

Unfortunately for her, I felt no pain, or maybe her attacks were too weak, not that I cared at that point, as I was seriously starting to enjoy everything that was going on.

Effortlessly, I lifted WonderGirl and delivered several punches to her stomach, causing her to spit blood and remain stunned by my repeated attacks. I took the opportunity to grab her leg before slamming her to the ground several times like a broken puppet, increasing my desire to fight to a very dangerous level.

Eventually I spun around and slammed her into the body of Robin, who eagerly came at me for round two, which unfortunately for him would never happen, as he was too weak to pose the slightest threat to me.

Both were sent flying on impact, with Robin obviously taking the brunt of the attack, being very fragile due to his human biology, which did not give him much of an advantage in such a situation.

WonderGirl landed hard, but she was okay. Seeing this, I changed my target and headed for Raven, but was intercepted by Kori, who obviously did not take it well that I had hurt her friends.

"Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos," Raven chanted as magic gathered around her hands, shadows swirling beneath me as I watched everything she did with great curiosity and, I had to admit, a little excitement.

Nothing she could have thrown at me would have done any damage, but holding me back was the easiest way to subdue me. The shadows leapt from the ground and wrapped themselves around me as if they were real chains trying to restrain a wild beast.

But it seemed vaguely surprised for some reason I could not quite understand, but I did not let myself be distracted and continued to walk towards her, ignoring its spell.

Something was wrong, I realized as Raven clenched her hands into fists, binding me as tightly as she could. Shadows as black as ink twisted around me, moving up my neck.

I knew little about magic, at least in this universe. In Dragon Ball, it was definitely a very useful tool to have, because it was very versatile and with the right preparation, it could be really difficult to deal with.

And even if an enemy took precautions against it, there were so many different kinds that you could probably find something else that would work.

I didn't feel any panic. I didn't even feel any urgency. My red eyes rested on her, and I'm sure she could almost see me take note of her power. Something she was still cautiously exploring herself. If I had a limit, then she had to look deeper into me to hopefully find it and figure out how to beat me.

My hands trembled as my evil KI's pressure around my body grew stronger, trying to get rid of this annoying spell. By now my hands were tied to my sides and my legs were pinned down, the only thing keeping me upright was the cocoon she had wrapped me in, but it was still nowhere near enough to pose a threat to me.

And before I could do anything, Raven had realized that I would escape her spell. "I can't stop him!" Raven warned her companions. I smiled before shadows began to tremble around me.

I could see a nervous Raven trying to bind me tighter, but I felt .... That it was getting easier to resist her spell? No, it was... The way I was handling magic was something completely new, something I had never experienced before, and it made me feel invincible.

It was almost as if my body was getting stronger by the second, the more it was strained by Raven's magic, which made me think of a possible explanation for this extraordinary phenomenon.

Reactive Adaptability...

One of Doomsday's most famous abilities that was finally making its debut after a long time in this world. But, at the same time I could feel something deeper calling to me.

"AAAAAARGH!!"

Eventually, I unleashed much of my evil ki outside my body as the chains of magic that bound me broke before my strength, and without wasting any more time playing, I formed an energy shield around myself.

I was able to sweep away those team members who refused to stay down and acknowledge the fact that I was stronger than them, but I doubted it would be enough to make them stop fighting.

As if to prove my point, Raven's hands were covered in black light framed in white, and I could see her lips moving. I strained my ears to hear her speak clearly, "Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos," she intoned, before a machine lunged at me, which I smashed to pieces with a simple flick of my tail, something I was getting more and more used to.

"Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos," Raven chanted again, reaching her hand toward the pieces of the out-of-control vehicle and pausing before raising her other hand, the several pieces of debris from the car I had destroyed lifted off the ground before hurling themselves at me.

It was interesting, I noticed that she became more and more aggressive as we fought. And it was clear to me that she was beginning to be affected by my evil ki.

This was vital information that I would see her development with my own eyes, fortunately I would not tell anyone because this special ability of mine was something that could come in handy in the future for certain situations.

But suddenly I felt a strong life force approaching at a speed that I was sure exceeded the speed of sound. For some reason, I felt the anticipation of facing this new opponent and a feeling that was somehow very familiar to me.

Kryptonian!

As that word registered in my mind, a sense of urgency finally reached my brain as my body went on autopilot.

A dormant, instinctive hatred was awakened within me, the primal desire to destroy and cause the death of every single Kryptonian being in this world until they were completely wiped out.

I can feel my breath coming out of my chest. Each breath is a struggle to force its way out as I try to regain control of myself. I can see my lips moving, but I can't say anything as I walk forward.

 *THE HATE* *THE HATE*

It finally clicks in my head as I hear a monstrous voice coming from the depths of my being. It was something completely different than the power of the great ape, for I could clearly understand his intent to kill.

THE KRYPTONIAN IS A THREAT. I HATE THEM. I MUST KILL THEM ALL!

I channeled most of my evil Ki without wasting a second as a huge ball of Ki formed in my palm and without a moment's hesitation, I threw it at the great life force in question that was approaching my position.

[Omega Blaster!]

As I watched the energy ball leave my hand and travel at well over the speed of sound toward the alleged Kryptonian, I could not help but feel a certain satisfaction permeate my entire body.

But he seemed to warn of the possible consequences if my attack landed successfully on the planet, being able to see my energy ball being carried into the sky by someone dressed in blue and red.

After that, I could feel myself calming down and I looked around and discovered that in a matter of seconds, the guys I was fighting with were gone, but when I searched for them with my Ki Sense, I found them not too far from my position.

But when I turned around, I saw a streak of color approaching me. It was another blonde with short, chin-length hair. She was wearing her costume, which consisted of a white leotard, blue boots and gloves, a belt of the same color with a gold buckle, and a red cape fastened over her right shoulder with a gold metal ring.

I kept my eyes above her chest, but it was obvious that she was very well endowed in that area. Clearly visible through the window in her white leotard, I had to admit that she was indeed one of the most beautiful women I had ever seen.

She was a true goddess with high cheekbones, full lips, and a defined jawline, but there was a softness to her face that gave her a distinctly more sensual feel. She was, in a word, a bombshell. A bombshell of epic proportions that would have put every single woman in my previous world to shame with her mere presence.

But that was not what really attracted me to her, for for the first time since my awakening, I felt a sense of danger that seemed to permeate every single cell in my body as a clear representation of the threat she posed to me.

She was Power Girl.

A/N: I hope you enjoy this chapter, sorry for the delay, but I was busy with my studies.

I wanted to show how powerful a skill like Ki Sense is, as demonstrated by Goku in his fight against Cell using Instant Transmission. It clearly shows that the combination of these two techniques can be very effective and dangerous to any enemy.

As for how MC is able to perceive the various gods possessing the ("God Ki") and quite obvious considering that a new god. Especially his abilities will be shown later in the story as I thought it was a good story that gave me many hints for the future of the story.

Then we see Crush being completely humbled in terms of her physical strength, as she is still very young and not at the level of her father, who in some comics even managed to exchange blows with Superman.

Then we see MC's thoughts on Raven, as he wants to show her potential as a fearsome force, which I think is greatly underestimated in most stories. Basically a second Moro, a perfect comparison in my opinion since she could become so strong if she stopped holding back her dark side.

Then we see that all in one battle to clearly show MC's strength and he abilities growing by the second as a perfect combination of Saiyan and Doomsday.

Another important moment is the appearance of a Kryptonian and MC's reaction caused by his DNA, which I must admit I really enjoyed writing compared to the last time, which seemed to have little impact, unlike this time.

But I want to make it clear that such reactions will be very rare since a story focuses on being a Saiyan, although I really want to explore Doomsday's character in this story.

Because he is undoubtedly a very interesting character that I have seen very little used in the various fanfiction. And I want to give him a lot more credit in this story, so there will also be a lot of references to the history of the Kryptonians with their respective gods, since they are two related topics.

As for the next chapter, it should be the last chapter of this first arc and then go into an interlude and then continue the story. I honestly don't know very well how to develop the story since this universe is very big with so many characters, but I will try my best as usual.

On the other hand, if you want to see something specific in the next chapters, or even just have some good advice for the story as a whole, I am always willing to read a comment if it is constructive criticism.

If you see any mistakes, I would be grateful if you would point them out to me, so that I can correct them when I have some spare time, and make the story as complete as possible for myself and especially for you.

To facilitate a clearer understanding, I've retained pictures of the respective characters. Your feedback is always valued, and if you have any suggestions for the upcoming chapter, please feel free to comment—I'll be sure to respond as usual.

Please leave a review if you like the story.
