"Huh where am I." A man got up and looked around.
He was in a prison cell that was extremely dirty. Cigarettes, beer bottles, and grim was present in all pieces of the cells. Looking down at himself he was in a orange prison uniform and seemed to be much taller than before and that was saying something because before he was 6'4.
"Damn my head is killing." He said.
"Awww Crowy is finally up." A female voice sounded.
"Who cares." A scruffy deep voice said.
"Come on Croc us inmates have to stick together."
'Croc? And her voice it sounds familiar. I know I was killed and I seem to have reincarnated into someone's body. Before I was the leading chemist and biologist on the planet. I was currently study a very advanced drug the government needed me to make in order to fight against our ever growing allies.'
'Unfortunately this experiment was a top class secret so when we somehow found out the government betrayed me and acted like they were trying to stop me. All I could do to fight back was to unleash the very thing they asked to to create on them and myself though I never felt the effects as I was filled with bullet holes before I could.'

The were in the bigger criminal section that was a long hall that was supposed to have many guards but the corrupt police didn't really care and never showed up accept lunch and gym time.

Caesar rolled his eyes and took the shank before washing it off in his dirty sink and placed it down before cleaning his room up.

"No I'm going to scare some people." He smirked.
"Hmph without your gas you are as scary as a pencil." Killer croc said.
'Don't use your valuable syringes on him.' He thought to himself.

"Grrr crocodile." He said before going silent.
"Not taking side but you really aren't that scary or strong without your toxins." Freeze said.
"I don't need to hear that from you listen I'm going to escape soon but when I do escape I want to change things become stronger increase my influence, and never be caught by the bat again."

I already have ideas with Freeze our brains combined we could find a way to give you cryptic powers like killer frost, with Croc I could find a way to allow you to return to your human from and go back to your croc one at will, and Harley I could enhance your strength and make you stronger than that clown."
"Working together huh." Croc said.
"I've always hated that bitch bragging about her ice manipulation."
"But mista J wouldn't like me playing with others."
"Harley I promise you he doesn't care about you unless he has a use for you. With us you will be your own person and never have to answer to anyone again." Caesar said.
