Maxwell Page, at least before reincarnation could be said to be an average person. Having nothing special going on in his life before his supernatural encounter.

After reincarnation, he existed only as code within the core programming of a Parademon. The code could be described as his soul or that which quantifies his sentience.

He spends thousands of years if not millions trying to break out. During which time, he learns a lot from the Pit.

Innate Abilities:

Genius-level Intelligence: Unknown if this could be attributed to his wish being granted or his new body being a computer.

Advanced Physical Prowess: Maxwell possesses strength and speed well beyond the average person or human and possibly even a Parademon as he is seen easily breaking apart a cocoon made to withstand attacks from multiple Parademons.

Gained Abilities:

The Collective Unconsciousness: Maxwell has a unique to the Collective Unconsciousness also known as the Sage Force. He is connected to it through the Drusians who channel the powers of the entire Sage Force to him.

This means, he is powered by the minds of a trillion people who are channeling the power of an infinite amount of people.
