-now leaving DCO-

I looked at my phone, the app is starting to gain some serious momentum, especially after I ran some advertisements for it, funnily enough, I think Batman is using the idiots that post about their crimes, sometimes someone will post something then Batman would show up.

Despite many thinking, he's a myth.

It's been a couple of months since the day my social media DC Online has launched, the name is a small homage to the universe that no one will know about.

Other than that, my movie is close to finishing, and I have been mainly focusing on my company and self.

I sit down with my family for dinner every Sunday, sometimes it can be awkward with Oliver being late or leaving abruptly.

Arrow is a big responsibility for him.

Other than my family and my company I recently started reading more books, yet I can't find an item that can block out the sun. It's frustrating, I can find something for everything yet I can't find a book with a cure for the sun.

Most works by authors will have the vampire character immune or just weakened by the sun, and here I am every day tortured with no solution.

Reminded of the feeling of bliss, the feeling of not having my skin flayed alive but, only at night just to be reminded of the cruelty I face when I wake.

It's not fair but, that's life.

Anyways, currently, I sat in my room with a wine glass full of unicorn blood next to me, I took it from the harry potter books, me being a vampire negates all side effects so I just enjoy the sweet taste of it.

Setting down my glass I frowned as I looked at the time, it is rather late and if I remember correctly the glade incident will be happening soon.

Very soon.

I decided recently, on what I wanted to do with Malcolm, although he would be a good ally and maybe a vampire in the future I just will never be able to trust him.

I would rather surround myself with people I trust I can build their skills I cannot build the inherent feelings of absolute trust.

Of course, if I turn him he will be subservient to me anyways but, there are ways in which he could rebel.

He might be my sister's father but, he is not mine he is just a human. A human willing to kill thousands of his own kind.

*ding* I looked at my phone, I just received a message from Dembe saying he saw another gathering is being held soon

I frowned, the gatherings aren't that close together unless someone found something interesting.

No, the more likely conclusion is Luthor is getting desperate to find me, and holding another meeting is his best bet in luring me out.

He has been searching for me since the last gathering I guess I really damaged his ego, which is surprising considering how massive it is.

*knock*

"Lucas! I'm coming in!" Thea loudly exclaimed as she opened my door

"Thea, you are late," I remarked dryly

"Sorry," she groaned as I stood up and left the room

She followed me as I made my way to my training room, at least the one she can see.

"You ready?" I asked lightly as she walked from behind me to stand in front of me

She got into a lose Muy Thai style I taught her, "your stance is off," I pointed out as I rushed her at human speeds

I went for a low kick she back away but I already pushed off with my left leg, keeping low I grabbed her arm and threw her over my body.

*thunk!* she landed hard on the mat

"Oww," she groaned as she got up

"So, after you found shelter then what happened?" she asked

She and I have been talking about the island, I, of course, am going painstakingly slow and changing some things.

"We needed to learn how to survive," I said blocking an elbow strike easily

-break-

After she left, I opened the legend of Kamalu, I have only been able to read a few pages even after all of these months.

As I began to read I felt myself being pulled into a blood bath, bodies littered the ground like they were garbage, and the words entered my mind, it felt as if I was in another world as I lived through a bloody massacre.

After eleven pages my head began to hurt, I pushed on viewing from a first-person point of view a man battle against an army, he tore the enemy soldiers apart limb from limb.

My body began to shake and I quickly closed the book, standing up I stumbled over to my desk and opened the drawer pulling out a vile of blood I downed it instantly, I felt as if I was in the middle of the ocean, soothing waves coaching against my body.

It was a vial of blood I copied from the original I bought at the auction.

My muscles relaxed as I lay down on my soft bed, turning on the news I saw that several scientists were killed by arrows, it seems the glade incident will happen tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be the day everything changes.

Contrary to popular belief I don't want to stop it, not fully. The glade incident brought much-needed change to Starling City.

I will just minimize the damage, I'm not heartless.

Then it hit me, a groan escaped my lips, this means Walter is back, he is a nice guy and all but sometimes he is rather annoying, especially in business matters.

*knock*

*knock*

*knock*

"Come in," I said to Dembe who was at my door

"Sir, Oliver is downstairs," he told me

I nodded and got up, my cast was officially gone so I can't feign that injury anymore.

"Oliver," I greeted him as I walked into the living room

"Lucas," he replied shortly

"What brings you here, no Diggle?" I asked with a raised brow

I took out a bottle of wine and two glasses, "no Diggle," he replied as I finished pouring

Handing him a glass I motioned for us to sit, "what do you need?" I asked curiously

Oliver let out a deep sigh as if the words that he would say were going to pain him, "Something is happening soon, I need your help,"

"My help?" I replied genuinely surprised

He sighed once more, "yes your help,"

"With what? What could I possibly do," I said whilst taking a sip of my wine

"Don't play the fool, Lucas it doesn't suit you. I know you are Azreal. I don't know why you take the blood of your enemies but I do know you can help. Thousands could die," he said pointedly

"Oliver, who are you going after?" I asked with false curiosity

"Malcolm Merlyn," Oliver replied coldly

"Ah?" I faked a surprised look

"I know," he said taking a generous gulp of wine

"What is he going to do?" I asked

"Destroy the Glades," Oliver said calmly but I could see the anger in his eyes

"That's not good," I said softly in 'shock'

"No, so will you help me?" he asked again

"Will you tell anyone of my identity, that includes Diggle and Felicity," I remarked

Oliver hid his shock.

"How? She only recently started helping," he asked pointedly

"I have my ways, now will you keep my identity secret?" I asked

"Of course," he replied

"Then let's stop Malcolm," I said with a toothy smile, Oliver looked at me skeptically
