1 Prologue

Jonathan Reed Richards, aka Hyperstorm. Son of Rachel Grey, one of the strongest telepaths, and Franklin Richards, the guy who could make Galactus the planet eater his bitch. Also a galactic conqueror from a possible future in Marvel universe where he conquered every inhabited world in universe. Then he decided that he wanted to prove that he was greater than even his own ancestors and invented a time machine to go back in time and fight Fantastic Four and Dr Doom.

In his defence, he did almost win.

He outsmarted Mr Fantastic, which honestly happened at least once a month in Marvel, and Dr Doom, that one actually was impressive. He had pretty much curb stomped every member of the Fantastic Four in that issue (which included: Mr Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, Thing, Dr Doom, Namoor and some henchman of Doom with an armor) and had pretty much pulled UNO Reverse when Dr. Doom used a machine to try to steal Hyperstorm's powers.

He was so powerful that Reed Richards finally decided to say 'Fuck it' and quite literally threw Hyperstorm at Galactus and those two entered a stalemate that could potentially continue for all eternity. After that writers decided that the dude was too OP, not to mention filled with Silver Age writing stupidity, and never wrote about him again.

In another timeline Hyperstorm made a mistake with his time machine and ended up further in the past as a toddler in front of an orphanage in England.

How did I know that?

Well obviously that's because I was that toddler.

I genuinely had no idea how I ended up as a toddler version of a galactic conqueror and was not sure I actually wanted to know either. But I was pretty sure that he had died before the whole becoming a toddler thing so he was pretty happy to be alive.

The becoming a toddler conqueror thing was definitely weird though. I had all of Hyperstorm's memories, which were quite disturbing and traumatizing, along with his knowledge. I could actually understand the mumbo jambo that was the Marvel technology and theories that I should have never heard of before.

All of which was useless to me as a toddler.

So I decided to take it easy for a while and try not to draw much attention to myself in the orphanage.

Unlike the horror stories some parents, who never should have been allowed to tell their children stories, would tell their children the orphanage wasn't exactly bad. There was no abuse, no pedophiles or any maniac sisters who sells orphans to man eating demons. All of which was verified by my, formerly Hyperstorm's, telepathy. It was a nice thing that civilians couldn't detect telepaths, even the child ones.

Though there were few things that had weirded me out in this new life. First of all, I was named Jonathan Reed Richards according to some note left along with toddler me at the door of the orphanage. Also I was most definitely not in the Marvel universe, instead I was in the DC universe according to the maps that showed Gotham in America, Kahndaq in Egypt's place and North and South Rhelasia in places of North and South Korea.

This made me pout for a while as that meant I could not ruin the life of Reed Richards and Scott Summers, Hyperstorm's douche grandfathers, or flirt with Emma Frost.

At least DC universe wasn't as racist as Marvel when it came to people with powers and as far as I was aware had only one genius hero who made super paranoid plans who would hurt or potentially kill other heroes when, not if, those plans were stolen by their enemies but still act like he was the one in the right. Marvel had far more and Hyperstorm had the displeasure of being related to one of those genius morons.

Not to mention their heroes never thought that giving their secret identities to the government to be a good idea. Unlike a certain stretching bastard that definitely did not deserve his wife.

…it was at moments like this I was reminded that original Hyperstorm's personality and opinions had some amount sway over my mind. It was a good thing I agreed with most of them as long as they did not go over full super villain stupidity opinions. Those were rejected quite easily in my mind, I had no intentions to be some stupid overlord trying to take over the world and destroy the heroes. Even if that making a throne out of fallen heroes thing that Darkseid did was a pretty cool flex. Would not be doing it though.

…probably…

So I spent the last eleven years trying to appear as normal as I could appear while trying to train my powers without anyone realizing it. Though training was not exactly the right word as it was less training and more relearning. Hyperstorm's memories already showed me exactly how one had to use his powers so I just tried to use them in a way that would not get anyone attention.

Which ruled out my connection to the Hyperspace, or 'the Supreme Power' as Hyperstorm would call it, since unlike telepathy and telekinesis, the powers I had gotten from the unlimited space of energy was a tiny bit noticeable.

Seriously, how was I suppose to train using: Gravity, Electromagnetism, Strong and Weak Nuclear Forces without alerting people that something strange was happening around me. Especially since causing too much ruckus with those powers could lead some British 'heroes' towards me. And I only remembered Jason Blood and John Constantine to be those 'heroes'. A guy with a literal demon in his soul and another guy that even demons saw as a bastard.

So yeah, the plan was to stay low as long as I could and not to get involved with ANYTHING as long as I could. To stay hidden and get back into shape before trying to do something similar to what Luthor did but smarter and take over the world legally.

Then the plans changed with a letter:

'Mr Jonathan Reed Richards

Bed in Upper Floor

Maria's Orphanage

Baker Street

London'

Yeah, that's suspiciously specific. Though it also felt kinda familiar to me. Why it did became obvious as I opened the letter.

'Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy

Headmaster: Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore

(Order of Merlin, First Class, Chief Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, etc.)

Oh yeah… Hogwarts…

The fuck was Hogwarts doing in DC universe?!
