5 Chapter 4

"Sure come in." I said as I moved slightly closer to the window in order to make some space for the girl who lived.

This… was not exactly according to the plan.

Not gonna lie I had a very complex plan in order to get the 'choosen one' on my side during the year by helping her or 'finding' some information about her parents and such but that plan was made by seeing Violet Potter as a female Harry Potter with pretty much the only difference being boobs.

This didn't seem to be the case. The fandoms tended to exaggerate anything bad that happen to their favorite character so I knew while Harry Potter hadn't had exactly a happy childhood, he wasn't exactly abused and had been a high spirited child from the moment he entered Hogwarts and learned of magic.

Violet Potter didn't seem that way. Her mannerisms looked far more shy than any other child of her age, acting like a turtle as she tried to disappear into her clothes and trying to not make any eye contact with me.

Or maybe I was just a scary looking eleven year old but I kinda doubted it.

This did give me another route to get her on my side but this one felt a bit more scummy. But hey, was manipulating someone bad if the one being manipulated gets out of the situation better? It wasn't like I was gonna manipulate her into having a hero complex that would lead to her martyring herself.

"Umm, excuse me…" the door to the compartment opened again but it wasn't a cute girl this time. Instead it was the ginger of what would have been the Golden Trio.

I never truly hated Ron Weasley. Sure he was an annoying character but let's be real he was eleven and him not being annoying would have been weirder. Most of the dumb shit he did in the books were things normal people might actually do and have done due to jealousy so I never hated him.

That didn't mean I wanted to deal with him either so I sent a telepathic little nudge to him to leave the compartment and look for another one, preferably one with his brothers and away from here.

"Uhh… never mind." And then he left, leaving a smug me and a confused Violet Potter behind.

For a while, the train ride was quiet. Was kinda hoping that Violet would start some sort of small talk, even had my 'nice guy' aura around me like Xavier, but she said nothing until the door to the compartment was opened again. This time by a blonde girl flanked by two stone golems.

Huh… after a second look I realized those stone golems were not actually golems, they were just two ugly and burly kids. Though something about them was kinda familiar.

"I heard that Violet Potter was in the train, would you know anything about that?" The blonde girl asked with eyes full of disdain towards anything and I realized why this situation seemed familiar but I hoped that I was wrong.

"I am." Violet said as she raised her head, making the blonde girl to smile smugly.

"Pleased to meet you, I am Libra Malfoy." And once more I was not wrong and the one in front of me was a gender bent Malfoy. Great.

After that she started some tirade about how she could 'help' Violet to meet the 'right sort of people' and that she could 'teach' her how to deal with 'undesirables' in the world and some other meaningless mumbo jumbo.

I had once heard that characters that most would see as annoying when they are boys, become rather cute as girls including their mannerisms and their personality flaws.

They were wrong.

Draco Malfoy had been an annoying little shit in the books and movies, Libra Malfoy was an annoying little shit that was even more little and her being a girl actually made her more annoying.

"And who are you?" My thoughts were cut short by the female Malfoy's snobby voice. She was looking down on me, which was possible only because I was sitting, and I had to marvel at her.

Her arrogance was so strong that my 'nice guy' aura had no effect on her.

"Jonathan Richards, first year student." I drawled at her and her gaze became even more loathsome when I ended speaking.

"Not a family I know of. You must be a muggleborn then." She said with her nose turned up.

"I think… you have overstayed your welcome here." Violet's voice cut through whatever reply I may have given to the daughter of a bastard and her voice had a surprisingly steely edge to it.

Something that I could see that little Malfoy girl did not take kindly to so in order to not to deal with her any longer I did my thing.

"Bye bye." I waved my hand and the door closed to their face, the telekinetic grip making sure they are not able to open it. Not little bitch Malfoy or her pet trolls.

"Quite rude aren't they?" I smiled at Violet who was looking at the door with wide eyes before looking at me with the mentioned wide eyes. Guess what I did could be considered impressive for her.

"I… guess they were." She finally said with a small smile. This was good.

I had just made a good first impression to the 'chosen one', having one of those on your side was never a bad thing. Not to mention I kinda needed her to like me for a certain plan of mine that would get me out of the stuffy orphanage. I could probably do it in some other way but having her like me was the safest way to do so without much complications.

It would be fun as well.

After the little episode we had with Malfoy, the train ride was peaceful as we made some small talk and got some treats from the trolley. I could not help but like Violet Potter as I slowly got to know her, she would be very useful.

Though before I could think anymore about the future, the compartment door was opened again, this time by a girl with bushy hair.

"Excuse me, have any of you seen a toad? Neville lost one."
