1 Prologue

"Why am I here exactly?" Markus asked a middle aged man seated on a beanbag eating some popcorn.

"Because I brought you here, silly. I am a god of entertainment and have to say, you people have an amazing talent. Your stories from comic books, mangas, movies and anime have made me become omnipotent. I never thought there would come a day when that would happen. I remember been a sickly powerless god watching those Greeks in the theater, my only source of power back then," the middle aged man said.

"Did you want me to write you a new story or something?" Markus asked in confusion.

"Write me a new story? You barely passed your creative writing in high school, what the hell would you write?" the man berated him before a thick book appeared in front of him out of thin air. On the cover was the logo of DC. "This is the book of the DC verse, every story that has ever been written about this universe is here. It was previously just stories but I made this book to contain the entire multiverse of DC. Impressive, right?" Markus was taken back by that. He looked at the book with wide eyed, wondering how entire multiverses would fit inside the 30cm thick book.

"Actually its quite simple. With my power, reality is anything I want it to be. If I want the sky to be made of fire then the whole sky will be made of fire. If I say all carbon based life forms are actually nitrogen based life forms then it would be so from the beginning of time. If I say the universe is actually the size and mass of a marble then that is what it is. Basically, everything is consequential before me," the man said, shocking Markus even more.

"You want me to go to the DC universe then?" Markus asked.

"Now you're catching up. Yes, I want you to go to the DC universe,"

"But I barely know anything about it except the basics. Superman, Batman, Wonderwoman, Lex Luther and that Lucifer fellow and the last is because of the tv show," Markus complained.

"Still not going to change my mind. But, I will give you a chance to make you survive. I am giving you three wishes, good luck," the man said. Markus brightened up suddenly as his mind immediately went into overdrive.

He had already discerned just how this man's omnipotence was, he had complete grip in everything. As an omnipotent being, it means his power scale was to a level his mind could not even fathom. But that meant he would give him powers that are completely broken. Like if he asked for Ophis' power of invulnerability in such nothing can ever harm him. Or he could ask to have Zeno's powers and power level.

"Just to make myself clear here, you are my entertainment. Any wish I deem to be too powerful that you will bore me will be scrubbed off so chose wisely. Also, I am limiting you to only Marvel universe," the man suddenly said. Markus felt his hopes dashed as soon as he heard this. He had hoped to be a powerhouse and just watch as the universe went on. But, Marvel had mutants and it would be fine.

"Okay, I'm ready to chose," he said. The man nodded, stopped eating and started paying attention. "I'ld like to have Hope Summer's powers."

"Denied!" the man said immediately. Markus pursed his lips as he thought of other mutants.

"I'ld like to have Darwin's powers,"

"Denied,"

"Jean Grey?"

"Denied!"

"Just what kind of powers do you want me to have?"

"Powers that will not be go 'yawn' whenever I see you," the man answered.

"This is my life you've playing with, you know?"

"Please, I have seen the deaths of billions of kids, you're just a number in the statistics. Chose your wishes or I will chose them for you!"

"Fine, fine. I want to have the power of Colossus from X-Men comics," Markus said. The man paused as his eyes lit up.

"Now you are talking. Just for that unique, I will add in his Juggernaut form but only if you are in a life threatening situation," the man excitedly said. Markus was stunned for a moment for he truly thought that would have been denied.

"W...Well, alright then," he coughed a little. He thought of the powers of Colossus and realized he missed one thing. Colossus could be said to be a moving tank. His metallic skin was powerful enough to tussle around with juggernaut and Hulk but he was slow as fuck! That would be a deciding factor in fights and he had a chance to reduce this crippling factor.

"I'ld like to have the power of Quicksilver," he said.

"We'll back to 'yawn' again," the man said boredly.

"No, I want the power of Quicksilver from MCU," Markus said and this made the man light up again.

"Well, alrighty. Now you're in my wavelength. Chosing power that will not make you boring in my eyes but at the same time covering your basis. Your intelligence is surprisingly not low. Now, this is your last wish, bedazzle me," the man laughed. Markus thought about all the useful mutant powers and how they would compliment his overall stats.

His strength was covered. Colossus was classified as a 100 class level mutant. Even though he wasn't an omega level mutant, this did not put him in a disadvantage when it came to fighting. His strength and defense made him a tough nut to crack. Now, his speed was at an acceptable level. With the speed came increased dexterity. The MCU Quicksilver could dodge bullets so that was okay in his dexterity. Now, all he lacked was either a way to attack in long distances or a way to increase his overall senses. He knew the importance of both and he wished he would have another wish to get them both.

"For my last wish, I'ld like to have the abilities of Ultimate Wolverine," he said, fingers crossed. The man paused as he thought about it.

"Well, I do admit we're a bit in an impasse here. Ultimate Wolverine is a good choice. You will have your senses increased to a whole new level. Your overall combat abilities will be increased too so that's that. Well, I don't see why not,"vthe man finally agreed and Markus felt giddy all of a sudden. It finally dawned on him that he might be having superpowers, they might not have belonged to him, but they're still superpowers.

"Alright, how do you want to get inside the DC universe? Reincarnation or transmigration?" the man asked.

"I'll take the transmigration package, please," Markus joked. The man humored him by chuckling a little.

"Alright. The universe I am sending you has a low level of danger compared to the other DC universes so you will not encounter beings that will destroy you with a single thought," the man said then snapped his fingers. Markus waited for something to happen but nothing. The man frowned a little before he realized why.

"Oh, sorry, I have to open the book and turn to the page with nothing on it. This is a choose your own adventure so you are free to be what you want to be," the man said before snapping his fingers once again after opening the book. Immediately, Markus disappeared and the empty page started swirling, gaining colour before it showed a birds eye view of an alley where a 2.3m man made of metal appeared.

"Whoa, did not see that coming! Due to Wolverine's Admantium skeleton, the mutation decided to take on Admantium as the base of his Colossus mutation. Huh, look at that, I'm already getting interested!"
