60 Remember Me?

"Are you insane?" Raven glared at him without any real heat. An angry smile was Sora's reaction.

"Am I…what do you think?"

"You'll die!" She groaned weakly. The beauty couldn't even move her limbs.

"I won't. He will."

"Please…I don't want to lose anyone else to him!" Raven cried. The young Lockhart caressed her purple hair.

"That's the fear talking. Don't let it cloud your judgment." He remarked. A bit of anger clouded her expression.

"You…arrogant, narcissistic, possessive, perverted, self-driven, ego-inflated-"

"Send me to him. Can't you feel how serious I am?" Sora interrupted her rant.

Raven weakly grabbed a handful of his hair. Their faces grew much closer. Fear, anger, and frustration drowned out every one of her thoughts. The celestial being of light received the brunt of her emotions. Even then, his supreme rage overpowered hers.

"If you don't come back…I'll…I'll kill you! I'll fucking kill you, Sora!" Her voice cracked as the sorrow revealed itself.

'She has a mental block. Trigon has tortured her for too long. She doesn't believe I'll win, even after feeling the depth of my strength.' He thought while looking into her eyes.

This only made him angrier. That damn demon dared to mess with the darkness? Only he was allowed to do that. This cute little bundle of darkness belonged to him! Sora's golden eyes were shining dangerously bright.

Throughout this whole conversation, the surroundings were in shambles. The majority of New York could feel the rumble of the earth. People hid in safe places, praying that another villain hadn't come to destroy what little they already had left.

"I'm waiting, Rachel. There isn't anything left to say." Sora growled.

"........"

Raven closed her eyes and took a shaky breath. Power flowed and her eyes opened once again, filled with white energy. The angry Lockhart slowly turned into golden motes of light. Before he could fully disappear, he wrapped his scarf around her neck. Only then did he vanish.

The constant rumbling finally stopped. All was silent. As Rachel lay on the ground, she gazed at the cloudy sky. The stars couldn't be seen.

"Please make it back…Please…" She prayed to no one in particular. After uttering these words, she finally lost consciousness.

"Think you can compete with me? Try again, loser!" Beast Boy exclaimed to Jaime.

They were still playing the dance arcade game. A massive crowd had gathered. In the meantime. It didn't take long for Jaime to leave in defeat. The green skinned kid was too good.

"Free popcorn to anyone that can slay the beast." He exclaimed while sitting down at the group table.

Robin thought for a moment before standing up. His brooding expression didn't match what he was about to do. Jaime raised an eyebrow in surprise.

"You got this, Damien?" He asked. Robin scoffed.

"I can do it." Hearing his words, Starfire raised an eyebrow.

"You can dance?"

"I'm a quick study." After saying his piece, Damien walked onto the stage.

"Hope you're a good loser!" Beast Boy exclaimed.

And with that, the match had begun. Robin struggled in the beginning. He was a quick learner just as he'd said, however. It barely took a few seconds for him to adjust and find his rhythm. Too immersed in their competition, the titans didn't notice the disappearance of Sora and Raven.

RUMBLE

The ground shook. Vendors crumbled to the ground, and the machines stopped working. Some of the arcade games fizzled out in a burst of electricity. The festival light bulbs shattered, causing glass to rain down. Each of the Teen Titans were alert by this point.

"An earthquake?" Starfire assumed.

The quaking grew more violent. Citizens bolted toward the exit while panicking like sheep. It was expected of them, since the last few months were filled with misfortune. They'd assumed it was another villain attack. Most of the rides started to break down, and the ferris wheel seemed like it was about to fall over.

Robin and Beast Boy met up with Starfire and Blue Beetle. They were ready for a fight. True to their training, they scanned the surroundings while directing people out of the area.

"What's going on?" Blue Beetle spoke up.

Starfire flew up into the air and checked the perimeter. Immediately, she noticed a twinkling light in the distance. It was on top of the hill overlooking the fairgrounds. It almost resembled a star falling to earth.

"Titans! Let's go!" She exclaimed before blasting off toward the source. Each of the titans used their own means to keep up.

The tamaranean was the first to arrive. Raven was the first thing she saw. Demons could be found on the ground. Their bodies were cut in half. What was weird was that their skin seemed to be burnt to crisps. Everything around Raven was as smooth as marble. No grass, no trees, no dirt. Just glass.

"Raven!" She exclaimed while picking her up.

A frown adorned Starfire's face. The unconscious beauty was damp as if she just finished sweating. Her pores were still active. What was going on?

"What happened here?" She muttered to herself. By this point, the others had arrived. They immediately saw Raven. Robin clenched his teeth.

"Damn! Whatever happened, we were too late." Blue Beetle commented. Beast Boy frowned while looking around.

"Guys? Where's Sora?"

Everyone grew silent.

When the angry light humanoid looked around, he saw the vast expanse of space. Red stars decorated the backdrop from all directions. Each of these glowing dots told Sora that he wasn't anywhere close to his solar system. Feeling his tracker on Alice and connection to Raven, he didn't know how long it would take for him to return. But that's not important right now.

The overwhelming fury had yet to go away. Clenching his fist tightly, Sora's arm shook with unbridled rage. His body grew even brighter. So bright in fact, that his features could no longer be seen. He was just a silhouette made of light. A humanoid, just like when he first gained sentience.

"Interesting…What brings an insignificant being to my Under-Realms?" A dark inhuman voice spoke beside him. More like transmitted.

The celestial being turned his head to see a titanic figure appear with extreme speed. He wore shimmering platinum armor on his shoulders, arms, and feet. It left his torso bare, revealing his naked chest and stomach. White cloth filled in the gaps between armor pieces, resembling multiple capes.

'Trigon…so I've made it. I'm in the Under-Realms.' Sora thought.

This was a collection of worlds that were conquered by Trigon. A realm that he ruled. The shining humanoid looked up at the massive demon.

"Do you know why I'm here?" He transmitted. The powerful demon god crossed his arms.

"Not anyone can just appear here as they wish. This tells me that it has to do with my child. How is she? Is she ready for my descent?" He spoke as if the torture of his daughter was no big deal.

"Decent? The only thing that will descend is your head. It will fall under my feet." Sora answered.

A slight frown appeared on the four-eyed face. The hidden aura of a god slowly made itself known. The grey aura rose from his body.

"A pity. You must lack a brain to try and stand against a god. Only death remains for you."

The demon god looked down at the celestial being with his arms crossed. He wasn't taking him seriously. Sora's body shined even brighter. A colossal pressure suddenly crashed onto Trigon's body.

"Urgh!" He grunted from the weight.

His arms uncrossed and he gave Sora a serious look. It was the same pressure from before. The shining humanoid pulled on the light, his body growing larger and larger.

An expression of anger appeared on the demon's face. Sora had reached the same height as Trigon. They were now eye to eye. A white glowing coat materialized on his shoulders, flowing behind him like a cape.

"...Remember me?" The light being transmitted.
