Out of the frying pan, into the DC

In the clear night skies of Metropolis, a crack in Space and Time appears. From this crack a man emerges, the man in question stood at 180 cm with chalky white hair and lightning crackling from his body. He was dressed in a blue vest outlined with yellow lines with an employee badge on it reading "Kibong Kim". He had plain denim jeans on alongside grey trainers. His piercing blue eyes looked around until they suddenly widened as he seemingly ask to no one in particular.

"Did you just say we aren't in our universe anymore"

[Affirmative, it seems like our exit sent us to a completely different one. The air composition is slightly different with this place having a higher amount of nitrogen. Also from the scan I ran there seem to be players anywhere near by]

"Y-you can't be serious, you must be making some kind of mistake"

[If you wish I may run the scans again?]

"Do it please, this is my last hope"

*ding*

[I can confirm that my previous scans are still correct]

"SHIT, SHIT, SHIT, SHIT. FOR 3000 YEARS I THOUGHT OF LEAVING THAT FUCKING SPACE AND WHEN I DO I CAN'T EVEN SEE MY MOTHER AGAIN"

[I recommend the host calm down. There are 2 individuals making their way here at incredible speeds. Estimated arrival time -3 seconds]

*5 minutes before Kim's arrival*

" Attention League, The towers has picked up some sort of spacial disturbance in the outskirts of Metropolis. If you can I request you head to the location I am sending you as it seems something will appear from that crack" Martian Manhunter announced through the comms.

"No can do dude, Snart's just robbed a bank and he's got some hostages too. I'll try making my way there if I take care of this fast enough", the Flash replied

"I'm on my way", Superman said. "I'll be there in 6 minutes or so"

"I'll be there too, I'm not too far from Metropolis anyways", responded Wonder Woman. "Don't count on Hal, Bruce or Arthur to come. They've got other things going on."

"It's okay, the two of us should be able to handle it"

-Kim POV-

"Couldn't you tell me when they were coming earlier instead of 3 seconds?"

[I apologize, I wasn't paying attention to our surroundings]

"Great not only am I stuck in another universe, I'm stuck here with a shitty system too."

[Hey, that's not very cash money of you]

As I was about to reply to the system 2 people approached me whilst they were flying. One of them was a man standing at around 190cm. He had on a tight blue bodysuit with, a giant S on his chest and...red underwear on the outside?

Now that I think of it he's dressed exactly like those comic book heroes. Was this common here?

The woman standing next to him didn't exactly help with my perception as she was dressed just like a classic heroine.

She had a red leather bodice, topped by a golden eagle, connected to a blue leather skirt, seemingly held together by a golden belt that resembles a "W".

As they stood about 5 metres away from me the man stopped and spoke up.

"$#^#&_% &^%@^#"

Huh, what did he just say? Was that English? Going by their Western appearance I would assume so. Uhh how do I say that again, I was never good at English at school.

"I no speak Engrishu" I replied to them

Hopefully they understood that.

The pair talked to each other before the woman took a rope off her waist and approached me. Is she trying to tie me up or something? Should I attack before she can tie me up, but she doesn't seem to be holding any hostility? I should keep my guard up just in case.

Seeing as I tensed up it seems the woman understood my fears and held her hands up showing me she has no hostile intention, she called the man over before saying something. After their little talk, they both looked at me and did a little charades play to demonstrate something to me. It seems like she just wants me to hold the rope.

Seeing as they had she got her intentions clear to me she approached once more and I held the rope.

"Hello, can you understand me now?" her voice permeated through my head as I looked at her in shock.

"Err yes I can" I replied with confusion visible in my eyes.

"I see, that's good. You see we got a warning about a spacial disturbance here and you also just happened to be here. We'd just like to ask you a few questions if possible Mr...?"

"Kibong Kim, you can just call me Kim. In all honesty, I have no clue what's going on too, Mrs..?

"You can call me Diana, the man to our left is Superman. So my 1st question, do you know how you got here? Also, my lasso will be able to tell if you are lying or not."

"I think I have some sort of idea on how this might have happened", I said. I then told her about what happened, how I was working at the convenience store until I felt an earthquake explaining my employee get up, I then told her how when I went out of the store how monsters were running rampant and how I got transported to the awakening space and was stuck there for some time. I then told her I got strong enough to break out but when I left the crack I was in another universe.

As I was speaking the woman was nodding her head and then told everything to her colleague.

"I see, your story is quite unfortunate. We'll have to take you to our headquarters and see what we can do from there. We'll assist you with finding a way back to your universe" She finally said.

* 5 Hours Later *

After our talk, we went to their headquarters which just happened to be in SPACE, freaking SPACE. How cool is that, it took me an hour to get over it and they took me to some sort of room. They told me to wait here until they can get all the League members here, whatever that was.

I have tons of questions, but the main question on my mind is how is my mother fairing. The last time I ask the system it said I was gone for about 10 years on their time. Did she think I was dead? Also, what would I do in this universe? I can't keep living here for the time we're looking for a solution. I'd also like to do my own investigation, the system would probably be a great help here. Speaking of the system it's been quiet for some time now.

"Hey system, mind telling me if you could help with this whole situation, actually before that tell me all your capabilities."

[Say please first.]

"Huh, why should I? You know for a system you're very human-like"

[Firstly because it is polite to do so and you haven't been treating me very nicely considering I could simply choose not to respond to you, Secondly whilst I am a system I do have a consciousness.]

"I see, well I apologize for my previous treatment and may you PLEASE tell me all your capabilities."

[I am capable of reading facial features and subtle shifts in expression and the like to predict emotion, I can also give you a profile on an individual's physical features. I can translate languages and also make it so what you say is translated into the desired language. I can scan the surroundings up to 3km in each direction and give you a detailed map. I can also give you your stats and other individuals' estimated stats, speaking of stats you will not die unless your HP reaches zero, meaning should you be decapitated as long as your HP doesn't reach zero you will be fine and will eventually regenerate your entire body, though it is recommended you attach your head back as regenerating will take you a few months. Related to the universe shift topic I may be able to help.]

'Huh, you're capable of quite a lot. That's actually impressive" I complimented the system.

AAAAANNND that's the end. I know I was writing another fic but I didn't like how it was so I dropped it. Anyways this is the 1st chapter. I've made a few changes such as the system having more capabilities at this point in time as I really liked the dynamic between the two of them after she upgraded. Also I've changed a few things about Kim Kibong such as switching his names so Kim is his 1st name.

I've also added a few powers such as the gamer's body thingy. I'll be making an auxiliary chapter where I list his powers and such. Toodles folks.
