2 Origin and Terrigenesis!

Adrian stood in shock from hearing that. He never thought his father would be Icaris of all Eternals.

[We'll, you are probably wondering what happened so we had to send you away, well, it was the Incursion] Icaris explained, shocking him again.[We had discovered that the universe had become unstable and would collide with each other, so we worked to prevent that, but we never imagined to be attacked from the other side. As far as I know, the other world was one where Ultron, an AI focused on wiping humanity had succeeded doing so, and he used the incursion as the means to invade ours. We were not strong enough. Neither to stop him, nor prevent our universe form getting destroyed. In order to save you, your mother made a ship from combining the Eterna and celestial tech. Right now, you're talking to my recording, so this is my last time talking to you son. Me and your mother's gift are stored in the ship. I hope you live a happy life and carry on living freely and make us proud]

Icaris explained and disappeared, while Adrian stood there in shock and grief, as tears flowed through his eyes. Jonathan hugged his son to comfort him, and so did Clark. Adrian hugged them and said nothing. After a while, they calmed down, when a feminine voice came from the ship.

[All terminals operational, connected to the planetary information. Afternoon Master Adrian, I'm Aegis, an AI created by your mother to help you in ant way possible. A pleasure to meet you. It's good to meet you as well, Master Clark and Master Jonathan. Thank you for taking care of Master Adrian.] The three stood in shock hearing the AI, especially Adrian, considering his old world was destroyed by one.

He narrowed his eyes and asked "How do you know our names?"

[I have access to Earth's information network Master] Aegis answered.

"You are not allowed to access any system or information network than yourself, unless said so. And you will always follow my orders." Adrian said.

[Yes, Master Adrian] Aegis answered. Clark and Jonathan noticed some hostility in his voice, so Jonathan held his shoulder and said. "Calm down Adri, she not the Ultron guy, You cannot say humans are bad because one did something harmful to you. Only that person remains at fault."

Adrian realized his mistake, but didn't drop his doubt, when he heard her.

[Master Adrian, you scan shows you're 15, a perfect age to undergo Terrigenesis.] She said.

"What is that?" Clark asked.

[Terrigenesis is an process in which the humans containing a strand of inhuman gene awaken there powers. Inhumans are the race of superpowered humans who were granted powers by the Kree race while experimenting with alien blood, Master Adrian is part Eternal, part human. He also has a mutagenic gene, which is another way for humans of the previous world to get powers. All these are locked in master, and can only be awakened from terrigenesis. A gift from Master's father.] Aegis explained.

"Looks like we're gaining another Super-son." Jonathan said and chuckled. "What are you waiting for?" He asked Adrian, who had a doubtful look. He processed the information, then decided to undergo the process. He looked at his dad and Clark, who nodded and stepped aside.

"Well, I'm ready Aegis." He said.

The ship expanded, showing a chamber big enough for him, as Aegis said [The chamber is ready master.] Adrian strapped in the chamber, as the pod closed and a purple mist entered. Adrian felt a burning sensation as he felt a cocoon grow around him and he blacked out.

*A few Hours Later*

Adrian found himself in an blank space. He felt himself as the master of the place, but was confused at the same time. Then he realized I to be his mindscape. Thinking it may be related to his powers, he started collecting his memory. He made a medieval castle in a garden, to store his memories, but that was just a ruse. His real memories was stored in a supercomputer lightyears away, while the whole path was filled with space monsters like the Annihilation Wave and Death Stars. His base was surrounded by the likes of Thanos, Galactus and Watchers.

Arranging the mindscape, he found his astral body detach itself, as he went through dimensions, finally landing in one. The dimension looked like a paradise, a calm lake surrounded by unending greenery and snow covered mountains, with a castle to the side. But the sky was anything but ordinary. It looked like matter was continuously being created and destroyed, while the energies worked in tandem to make the process a loop.

Adrian recognised this as the realm he requested. He went into the castle, to find a lot of living space, an finally found the library. During the search, he also understood his Eternal and Inhuman power, and how to control them on instinct. He looked back to how Clark had to practise a lot to control his, and was grateful for it. His powers were still integrating and evolving, so it will take quite a while to reach his peak. A long time to reach the limit of a million exploding suns.

Adrian decided to use his time till his body adapted to read about magic and other things. He found a grimoire on an pedestal, which he recognized as Gilgamesh's noble phantasm. He picked it up, as knowledge started flooding his head while he remained in a trance. He finally snapped out of it, and smiled wildly. All the magical and weapon knowledge that people search for centuries entered his brain, just like that. All he was lacking is practice, and he sure to do so.

He felt his body now stable and left towards it. The cocoon disappeared and the pod opened showing a well built man with black hair and blood red eyes. He noticed Jonathan and Clark sitting with Martha, in front of the pod. Clark looked slightly on edge, and Adrian realized he was in the awakened form. Adrian cancelled it and went back to the previous form, and smiled brightly.

*3 Years later*

"So, you decided on being a journalist?" Adrian asked, looking at the never ending ice under them.

"Yes, I want to become a hope to mankind, and this would give me the perfect opportunity, to bring truths to the light. Plus, you're handling the hunger problem right now." Clark said, enjoying the feeling of flying, which he was able to do at 16 after a lot of practice.

"I'm making low cost organic fertilizers to increase the quality of food, not dealing with world hunger." Adrian replied back, rolling his eyes.

"But that's your end goal, isn't it." Clark looked at him and said with a smirk, while Adrian grumbled "Focus on looking around"

Clark chuckled hearing his brother. Unlike him, when Adrian discovered his quantum computer of a brain, he went into a frenzy to research all information. He constantly pestered Jonathan and Martha to let him graduate early and start a business. And he did. He finished high school just at 16 and graduated from MIT at 18 with multiple degrees. He had opened an textile industry by the name Avalon Industries, and created new fibres, based on his knowledge of Spider silk and Unstable Molecular Fibre he got from Aegis. Adrian knew very well entering weapon or technological industry with Wayne or Lex Corp is painting a target on him, so decided this way.

And with some of Aegis's timed investments, it worked well. He went from them to construction industry. His new compound for construction works was strong and well preserved, and didn't degrade easily as well. The new alloy of steel was harder, rust resistant and well suited for building. So were the new floor plans, built to withstand earthquakes, etc.

His next project became automobiles, fully electric ones. The new engines were quite revolutionary, but nothing compared to the data Aegis has, which Adrian was thankful for getting, despite not being a wish of his. He also had a sub-department responsible for making armoured cars, made with a special lightweight yet extremely durable alloy, capable of withstanding high temperatures while the personnel in the car don't feel a thing. The rubbers of tyres were just as capable as well. The car sends a frequency every minute or two to different transmitters, and if blocked, the transmitters release a warning immediately. This was brought in quantities by the US govt. and other celebrities, making Avalon have multiple backings.

Adrian Kent was now a well known businessman and a genius rising star, coupled with his handsome looks. Adrian had met Lex Luthor multiple times, and if he didn't know about his superiority complex, he would have definitely regarded him as someone who wants to help the people. Bruce Wayne is still away and not shown himself.

As for Adrian's latest project, as Clark said, he made a batch of Organic Fertilizers which are low in cost and just as effective. The pesticides and insecticides will be released after a while when the fertilizers reach a peak in demand, riding the waves they made, finished by preservatives so that fast foods are less unhealthy than before.

He had put any military requests as armoured vehicles and armours on hold because he would be avoiding it for now, but he did say he may change his mind later. And just as he predicted, Lex and Wayne shareholders easily came to know of this because of their spies. Adrian didn't bug Lex because he didn't want to be the backstabber, and he won't betray Lex unless he does first as Adrian's father taught him, but he did bug the officials of Wayne and knew they would try to do something against him.

Right now, they were carrying Clark's ship with them to search the Fortress of Solitude. Adrian did his wordplay to make Jor'El reveal the signal the fortress may send and about Zod. Clark immediately asked him to shut the signal and prevent Zod from knowing anything. And they have finally found the fortress and Clark used the ship to get in and grant Adrian access and they entered it.
