I am so glad you popped by and decided to read this novel. I hope we have a nice time together going through the story of Helen Adams.

Sometimes in life things happen to us and we become so depressed that we don't even know what to do and how to do what to do.

We feel we are alone and we can no longer achieve our desired aims and outcomes. It could get worse and we might want to even take our life or do something drastic because it's as though we are in a dark room and there's no one who can save us. I understand and I feel your pain.

One of the painful things that occurs in moments like this is if we find out that we have no friends at all and that those we trust turned their back when we needed them the most. It happens all the time and that shit has happened to me!

This book scales through everything that has to do with teenagers and lessons for adult alike. It's a must read!

Through this story, first, I will be sharing bits of myself and my thoughts. I have been depressed before and I know what it feels like and when I was depressed, I felt as though demons were all around me laughing at my fate and I didn't know what to do.

I have had to face crowd and I forgot my lines and my speech and there were down days, days I wanted to cry and cry and cry.

You will find all these experiences in this fictional story of Helen Adams, a young girl who had to figure her identity and worth, defy all odds and be a champion. You know sometimes, you just have to drown all the voices and be you.

Next, I will be revealing some basic truths that has been with us for long but sometimes we do not recognize it due to the intensity of happenings and situations around us. I hope you will be able to relate with Helen and apply some of the truths she discovered.

You can be successful, happy and prosperous. I know it sounds like a motivational speech but it's true! You can achieve all your dreams and I mean all of them. You are a genius and you can reach the greatest heights of your career. Hmmmm. Yeah!

It first starts from your imagination. What are your thoughts like? If you think both success and failure then your life would be like that, full of ups and downs, full of doubts and insecurities. I know sometimes life throws storms and troubles our way but you can be able to conquer and overcome.

It doesn't matter what your past was or how hopeless it seems, it doesn't matter how you were born or the streets you grew up in, these life principles can be applied by anyone, in any State, Country or Continent.
