Day 2

Dear Diary

School was less annoying today, somewhat manageable thanks to Danny carefully explaining things so that I would be able to quickly catch up with everything. She also promised me she would explain the misunderstanding between the guys and I... and also about Ethan

Apparently, yesterday the reason why Ethan didn't show up or rather wasn't around was because he had a surprise date set for the both of us which I of course had no idea about considering I just came from another dimension.

The Jessica from this dimension really has life perfectly set out for her while all I've been doing was just trying to get through a day without breaking down

Anyways, Besides the fact that Valery was ready to almost beat the shit out of him, he was fine as soon as AJ explained everything the way Danny did. I guess she missed the message. Lol

I'm beginning to enjoy this life here, it's actually everything I've always wanted and more, we're all together, I still have my wonderful family, my brother's taken his job seriously, my friends changed abit but in a good way, my childhood crush was now my boyfriend who cares alot about me and practically worships the ground I walk on but  most importantly Danny was alive.

I couldn't ask for a more perfect life than this. Too perfect if you ask me but I could live the rest of my life like this.

Earlier

"Jess! Are you alright, I heard from Danny you hit your head, Let me see, are you hurt anywhere, do you need to see a doctor, I hope you still remember me, Please, I don't ever want you to forget about me." He said that all so fast that I was taken aback at how Ethan was worried about me

This part I needed to see for myself, Ethan, the school's male hoe and my potential enemy together with me and even worried about me

But suddenly for a split second I remembered the drunk Ethan from the party and how he was so gentle

"This might just work out" I said to myself

"She's fine you Lovesick dummy, Oh bummer, didn't Danny tell you that she had partial amnesia, so now all her memories are mixed up, can you believe she thought Danny was dead? that one got me there" Valery laughed

"Nae Jinja, or when she was so confused about her relationship with you and thought you cheated on her Ethan, my Man, you've got it hard dude" Ace added

"Was our love not strong enough that you forgot me of all things, and how would you ever think I would do something like cheat and on you for that matter, I feel so heartbroken" Since when was Ethan so poetic, but the look in Ethan's eyes almost made me feel a little guilty

It looked like his heart was shattered into a million pieces and he was determined to piece them all back together

"Look Ethan, I-"

"Oh my God, it'sworse than I thought, now she's even calling me by my first name, the world really is coming to an end" and on cue the bell rang, phew, literally saved by the bell

"That's the bell for lunch dude, the world isn't about to end anytime soon bro" Jake said as he stood up and tapped Ethan's shoulder

"Ok, I'm starving, what's for lunch today" Jake asked

"Oh please not the chilli burger again, I'd rather have a salad" I said as everyone laughed

Except AJ, I felt something off about her, like she was on to me. I actually believed she'd be the first one to believe Danny's story....

"Wait Jess, you're coming with me" before I could react Ethan took my hand and ran off somewhere else...

"Where are you taking me" I asked trying to keep up with his pace since I'm not gifted with height or speed

"You'll find out soon enough" Was Ethan's answer

Apparently Ethan ended taking me up to the school roof, and as confused as I was, it was actually really romantic

"W-what are we doing here" I asked looking around

"Well, since we couldn't have our date yesterday, I thought I might bring the date to you" and behind the big air vent was a table cloth spread on the roof and two plates of meatballs and spaghetti

It felt like my own romantic Italian dinner at mid-day. But to be honest I was speechless, I didn't know Ethan could go this far for me, I mean it was never like this with Morgan. But one thing was for sure, I was happy

I ran towards him and gave him a hug like I've never done before "Thank you, For everything"

"You might lose your memory but you can't lose what you feel inside" Ethan said hugging me even tighter like I was going to disappear
