Chapter 7

Traveling back to Westreon took two hours by portal which is connected outside the castle gates. When we arrived, we could hear the loud sounds coming from Westreon castle. The sound of people shouting and metals hitting each other. I could see people rushing out the gates, our non-combatant employees running away from the fight.

'I guess Marquis McClare has already attacked.' I thought.

I had made my horse galloped faster as I wanted to be sure everyone is safe. My sisters may be strong but they are not ones to kill people like me. As I was riding, I saw a huge tornado was about to descent from the sky.

'Shit! Does Uriel plan to destroy Westreon?' I thought as I push my horse to run faster, the knights with me looked horrified at the sight of the huge ass tornado.

We arrived in time to see the tornado sweep people off the ground with Uriel standing in front of Athy and our parents. The butler, Rick, was held down on the ground by a knight. I immediately went to my family's side to check on them. I looked at the knight holding Rick and saw that it was only a skeleton under the armor.

'Must be one of Athy's summoned spirits.' I thought.

"Are you all alright?" I asked when I reached them and jumped off my horse. The knights who were with me stationed themselves behind us, probably to protect our backs.

"We are okay, though I'm worried about Uriel using that tornado." Mother replied still looking at Uriel. The tornado she made was moving towards the side house used by employees. It ate up the house and left nothing on the ground as it passed by.

"Sis!" I shouted as I approached Uriel. "Stop that freaking tornado! Are you planning to destroy the entire Westreon Castle?"

Uriel turned her head to look at me, I saw that her eyes had turned a glowing blue!

"What happened to your eyes? Why are they blue?" I asked her as I stopped beside her.

"I have absolutely no idea about the eyes." She replied and then pointed at the tornado with her eyes wide. "I also have absolutely no idea how to stop that!"

"You have got to be joking?" I stared at her and understood that she was serious. "How did you even summoned that thing?"

"I only imagined it, how it would look like, how the wind works. Now I don't know how to stop it." She replied. " I tried to imagine it gone but it didn't work!"

"Did you try to imagine it slowly dissipating in the air?" I told her and she shook her head.

Uriel took a deep breath and closed her eyes in concentration. The tornado was still moving, now towards the part of the castle where the knights training grounds was located. I was actually getting worried for the huge damage it will cost if not stopped.

Uriel was still in concentration when I notice a knight running towards us. He had his sword in his right hand and his left hand was raised facing us. A ball of flame suddenly appeared in his hand and it was growing bigger. He threw the ball of flames towards us and I immedately stood in front of my sister and smirked at the knight. I created a ball of water and recieved his attack. The ball of flame disappeared with a poof!

I watch the knight run towards us with his sword. He ran his hand through the blade and his sword was engulfed in flames. He raised his sword above his head but a huge gust of wind blew him off the ground. I looked behind me to see Uriel smiling widely.

"I took care of it." She said pertaining to the tornado which was now nowhere in sight. The knights left on the ground with broken bones in different parts of their bodies were writhing in agony. The few knights who can still stand up were now visibly shaking. I guess they weren't expecting a tornado from a little Castellan.

"Surrender now or all of you will die here!" My father's shouted loud and clear from behind us. The knights who were scattered everywhere on the palace grounds looked towards my father. "Surrender and your lives will be spared or die here as traitors."

"Don't believe what he says!" A knight in silver armor without a helmet shouted from the other side. He was a muscular man with disheveled blond hair and blue eyes. He seems to be leading the knights in this fight. "Do you really think they will let you live after betraying and attacking them? They will kill you!"

"Is that Marquis McClare?" I asked my sister.

She looked at me questioningly.

"Marquis McClare is the one behind all these mess."I told her.

"That's probably him." My sister pointed at the knight who rebuked my father. "He was leading the knights who attacked us. Rick, betrayed us and he even convinced most of our knights to be on his side."

"Are you Marquis McClare?" I asked the blond knight. He looks confused at my question and readied his stance to attack us.

"I am not and I have nothing to do with the Marquis." He replied with his most stoic face. " I am here to settle the debts you have with our people."

"What debts are you talking about?" My father questioned him.

"You killed clansmen of different races!" A young man with scales and horns pointed his weapon towards us. I noticed that there were actually non-humans among the people scattered here.

"You sold our people to slavers and whore houses! You burned our crops and storage barns like what you did with Count Polit's!" A man on the ground shouted as tears started to flow. He was injured in both of his legs.

"You are creating monster beasts while sacrificing the lives of your people!" Another man, who was using his spear as a stand shouted.

"What the hell are you people talking about?!"
