Chapter 27 - The Man of steel and White Snow.

Joseph decided to find Anko to finish his mission faster. He finds Anko eating inside her favorite place, the Dango shop.

You can see wooden tables, rectangular-shaped lights, and menus on the wall inside the shop.

Joseph sat down beside Anko, who is stuffing her mouth with Dango. He put his mouth close to her ear and whispered, "Dango is the most disgusting thing ever created," He then proceeds to leave the shop.

Anko's blood boiled in anger. She quickly followed Joseph and grabbed his hand, stopping him from walking.

"Bastard! Do you have a problem with me?" Anko yelled at Joseph.

Joseph faked his innocence and acted like he didn't know her and said, "Miss, why are you harassing me?"

A bunch of people stopped walking and murmur to each other.

"Is that a ninja? why is she harassing a civilian?" One of the elderly said.

Joseph didn't wear his forehead protector because this is precisely Anko in the anime would respond.

Anko is considerably similar to Naruto Uzumaki. They are both being loud, stubborn, and prone to act without thinking.

Anko is an average-sized, young woman who was of a slender frame. She has light brown, pupil-less eyes. Her hair - black with a blue tint in the manga and violet in the anime - is styled in a short, spiky, fanned-out ponytail. She usually wears a fitted mesh bodysuit that covers her from neck to thigh. Over this, she typically wears a tan overcoat with a purple in-seam and a pocket on each side, a dark orange mini-skirt, a dark blue belt, and pale grey shin guards. In addition to the typical forehead protector, she also wears a small pendant that looks like a snake fang and a wristwatch.

Anko realizes her situation and said, "Why are you turning this around!?"

Joseph replied with a pathetic tone, "can you please let go of me."

Anko looked at him with anger. She felt that Joseph wants something and said, "If you wanted something, you should just have asked!"

"Follow me and stay behind me by ten meters," Joseph whispered so only Anko would hear.

Anko's body tense for a moment then nodded. She thought that Joseph is a kind of messenger that will deliver confidential news about something. She followed Joseph quietly because she doesn't want people to notice.

A few hours later.

'Where are we going. My feet are getting tired," Anko thought while still following Joseph.

Joseph then stopped running and go inside the Dango shop.

Anko got a tick mark on her forehead because she already knows where is this going. She saw Joseph is sitting in the same spot that she sat earlier.

Anko sat down beside Joseph and said, "What is the meaning of this?" her tone is devoid of any emotions.

Joseph didn't respond and just put a plate of barbeque in front of Anko.

Anko slapped the table with both hands then said, "What is the meaning of this? If you don't answer, I will beat the hell out of you!"

"Costumer-san, please calm down," The shop owner said to Anko with a worried tone.

Joseph notices that Anko can't take it anymore, so he finally replied, "I am proving my point, so eat it."

"Like I will eat food given by strangers!" Anko shouted, then looked at the delicious barbeque. She inhaled the barbeque's scent and started to get hungry.

Joseph has exactly planned this outcome. There is a chance that Anko will not eat the food if he directly gives it to her. So by running, Anko's metabolism became faster, making her hungry.

Joseph stood up and said, "Well, It's not up to me whether you eat it or not." He proceeds to go, leaving the hungry Anko deciding whether to eat the barbeque or not.

Five minutes later, a sound resounds inside Joseph's head.

[DDS: Quest Complete! Change Anko's favorite food!]

[Skill Unique Regeneration(A) upgraded to Unique Regeneration(S).]

'See? with skills, everything is easy,' Joseph thought while walking.

"Ah! Joseph-sensei, there you are! where did you go?" Haku, who finally finds Joseph asked.

"I just finished some things. Did you missed me?" Joseph teased.

"Mou...Joseph-sensei, you really are..." Haku said with a charming smile.

"I'm bored, so Let's do some mission," Joseph said, then walked towards the Hokage tower.

Haku nodded and joined Joseph.

Joseph and Haku arrived at the mission assignment desk there they find the Hokage sitting while smoking his pipe.

"What is it, Joseph-Kun?" The Hokage asked.

"Do you have some mission for us?" Joseph respectfully asked.

The Hokage gave Joseph and Haku numerous missions, from escorting mission to assassinations.

Joseph and Haku finished them all without fail, making a name all over the country. Joseph was called the Man of Steel, and Haku was called White Snow.

Mission after mission, Joseph and Haku become much closer, making her Joseph's most trusted companion.

Haku became more skilled in using her bloodline. Their most fearsome attack is when Haku summoned her ice mirrors combining with Joseph's laser, making a devastating attack that almost impossible to dodge or avoid.

Joseph and Haku stop doing missions for a while because they felt bored about how easy it is now.

Haku already left her own apartment and started to live with Joseph.

Yugao and Shana got closer, and Yugao started to treat her as her own kid.

Ayame was still waiting for Joseph to make a move on her.

Don't let this summarization fool you. Only a couple of months had passed since Joseph took a mission from the Hokage.

Chunin exam finals. Konoha's Stadium.

The genins who passed the pre-finals is in the middle of the stadium. Three people are missing in the lineup they are, Dosu Kinuta, who was killed by Gaara. Sasuke, who was still training, and Naruto because he was late.

Shikamaru observed his surroundings then thought, "Hey now, We're missing quite a lot of people here."

Ino and Sakura, who is sitting in the audience seat, started to worry too.

"What are the others doing? The matches are going to begin soon." Ino said.

'What is going on, Sasuke-Kun? Naruto is gone as well,' Sakura thought.

Naruto came flying inside the stadium because he chased by a bunch of bulls outside.

'What kind of entrance is that,' Shikamaru thought while looking at Naruto, who was kissing the ground.
