1 Chapter one
STRANGER CRUSH
It was sunday morning, I woke up so early to meet-up with the first batch at the park, I took my bath and pack my bag then I call my cab man to pick me up to the park.
When we got to the park, I paid my cab man, then I enter the bus going to Oaklass city, it's a 14passengers bus, I was sitting beside a cool handsome guy.
I notice the guy was staring at me, we even had eye contact together, I look at him from head to toe, he is a complete package, he is smart, cute, and smell good.
He later took the bold step to smile at me and said "hi! Am Remy, and you?"
I replied "am dassy" that is how we started chatting assive we have known each other before, he said he is a mechanical engineering, he is working with zonich international company, they instruct him to go to Oaklass city to restore an engine, so that is where he is heading to.
I told him am having an interview tomorrow morning in Oaklass city, that is where am heading to.
Remmy and I have a good chat till we got to Oaklass city, we exchange number and we depart from there.
As I got to the hotel room where I log, he called me, we chat and chat before I sleep. I cant sleep, I think I just experience the word "love at first sight"
The next morning I went for the interview and I perform excellent, due to my mood right now, after the interview remmy is the first person to call me and ask about the interview, and I told him everything one phone.
It's been long since I saw someone showed me love nor care for me. Indeed ITS A LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT.
Am a beautiful lady, sexy, curvy, tall and endowed with beauty. People look at me and wish my futured husband a good luck of having me as a wife.
But I found no one to call "my man", seth my best friend always advice me to mingle with people, but i cant push my self to men, seth would told me to go to the cinemas, beach, just to meet a man, I go to the cinemas bought ticket and pop-corn with drink, yet no man approach me, I go to the beach also, yet no result to shown.
Until i met Remy on my way to oaklass city, i said to myself "yes he is the man" Remy shows me love, care, and always make me happy, we started our friendship, we friend zone each other for 3year, now am expecting him to ask the question "will you marry me" but he didn't, now my family are getting worried about me, my mum said "I dont understand you and your guy Remy, am confuse, are you guys dating or just friends? You are 37 years old, your little sister abypat is married and bless with a boy, when are you getting married?" I just have to give her reason that I dont want to run-in we are still studying each other, that they shouldn't put me under pressure, but my mum still insist "I should make hay while the sun shine".
One day remy came to my house and we were chatting and I was holding his phone, I saw my number been save with "bus Girl" just because were we met, my head ache, my body react, I ask him why? He said he is sorry that he would change it, but i told him " even if we met in the bus, i told you my name, i cant believe you cant even acknowledge my name on your phone, i dont feel secured with you," I thought all my statement would triggered him to propose to me and reassured me of his love for me, but Remy just change it to my name on his phone.
Two month after abypat my little sister called me on phone and said " it's been more than 2years since you are moving with your strage man, pls go to him and let him define the relationship with you, I think he is a guy that is driving and trafficating to the right, but refuse to alight to the right nor the left, and he keeps confusing other vehicle coming" I thank her and think about the advice, the following day I went to his house and ask him to define the relationship, he burst into laugh, he said he never think of a relationship for now, he just like me as a friend. I got weak, sad, I cant control my movement again, I said so I just wasted 2years pursuing after one side love, what a waste of time.
I got home destabilise, my heart shattered, I call abypat and told her everything, she said" you loose someone, you loose job, you loose money, you loose valuable things, dont be shattered, keep moving, not to move is the problem, sister start all over, the real man is coming now"
I listen to her advice, after been sad for two month, I repackaged myself, and start been active again, I go out with people, seth always take me out every saturday so that I can forget Remy
One faithful day, I met rockin my school mate at the gym, we hug each other and chat, he told me his married and he is working with one multinational company, he invited me to his house warming party, I agree to come, we exchange number. When I got home I told seth to accompany me to the party, and she agreed.
Seth and I arrive at the party, the house is beautiful, its 4 bedroom duplex, I love the house, am happy for rockin, he introduce me to his wife, I love his wife, she is beautiful and funny to be with, they entertain us, they really satisfied us, later rockin introduce me to his best friend hanna, hannan is a cool guy, handsome, huge, and smart.
Hannan and I start chatting for almost 2 hours I enjoyed his company, we exchange number, and we depart. When i got home, i was happy I met hannan.
Hannan keep shooting his shot but my heart is so rigid, due to my experience with Remy, but abypat told me to give him a chance, I gave him a chance, our ship sail smoothly. After 2months he introduce me to his family, I also introduce him to my mum and abypat.
One day hannan called me to come and meet him in a restaurant, when I got there, I saw seth, abypat, kiddo my elder brother, rockin and his wife, I was surprise, then hannan kneel infront of me with a diamond ring and ask " Dassy, will you marry me" I was so happy and said "YES" we kiss passionately and the people start clapping, hannan said "I love you dassy" I replied "I love you too baby" we kiss more
the day hannan propose to me, was a best day in my life, i said to my self "abypat I love you so much my little sister, because you are the one that gave me the courage to keep moving when I got rejected by Remy.
hannan and i love each other, and our love is getting stronger day-by-day, we started planning our wedding, we discussed date for the wedding, honey moon, we discussed number of kids we want with each other, I always feel secured with him whenever am around him, I love hannan so much
it was a cool day at work, so I rushed home to prepare a hot tea for myself, I sat and on the television to know what is going on around the world, when I heard someone knock at the door, who could it be" I said to my self, I beep through the window and see who is knocking at my door, quess who? its Remy, I said to my self" what is he looking for?" I open the door, i came outside leave the door ajar, he said "pls let's go inside and talk", I said " no, we have nothing to say again, but if you feel like talking, say it here" he said "please Dassy am so sorry, I took your love for granted, my mum cause it, she told me to marry a friend's daughter, but I dont love her, it's you I want, now am in my right senses now i choose you, let's start all over, I never taught I would loose you, I just want to court her for sometime to know who she really is, now I have study her, she is not my type, so let's moved on together" I laugh and said " so you think finding love is all about driving and trafficating to left, but never alight to the left nor right, you keeps confusing the other vehicle coming behind with your confused trafficator, you caged me up for almost 3 years, while you running your check and balances, your are a coward! I regret the day I met you, but you know what, God has fought for me, and have forgiving you"as am talking I flaunt my engagement ring, remy sees it and said "what is these on your finger? i said " what does it look like, am getting married to the best man ever, and you must grace my wedding by coming" he burst into tears and wept while I laugh and went in and close my door.
after eight months of courtship with hannan, we finally got married, it was a blissful wedding, everything went smoothly, I forgot the memory I ever had with Remy, hannan shows me so much care, love, we had our honeymoon in a cool nice place in Crodon city, I said to my self, Dassy, you are the luckiest lady ever, I have a wonderful husband, peaceful home, wow! am great to you Lord" Abypat, seth, kiddo are all happy for me, seth said "Dassy you are a product of grace, now I learnt from you on never to give-up on love, true love locate you my best friend"
