The birds sang at the wake of the morning sky with it's brilliant bluish colour which could only be rivaled by that of the sea, the morning sun casted it's radiant light, spreading it across the realm where various activities were already being carried out by the denizens of the earth realm at the wake of the sun.

Within a certain house an effeminate looking boy could be seen sprawled on his bed in his comfy black pyjamas adorned with multicolored skull designs, still asleep.

Well atleast he was, till a kid who seemed to be around the same as him barged into his room awakening him from his slumber.

" Huh? Adrian what are you doing here? " Theodore questioned with a yawn, stretching his body while sitting up to look at his cousin.

"Are you kidding me Theodore? Get your ass off the bed now, you're getting enrolled in school today and Mom's been waiting for you for a while if she comes in here you're dead."

" Oh? School?... Huh?!! School?!!! Today?!!!!! Shit I'm dead!..." Theodore exclaimed as he suddenly realized how late he was.

He hurriedly took of his pyjamas and ran into his bathroom to freshen up.

It had been a week and two days since he got out of the hospital and within that time span his aunt had taken him to the salon to trim and style his long hair which was previously rough and unruly, she'd also taken him to the clothing store to get some clothes for him, she became baffled at the fact that Theodore didn't pick any other clothes with colours besides black, white and grey, and within that time Theodore had gotten used to the earth realm a bit at least well enough for him not to get lost in the city.

" Adrian how late am I? " Theodore asked as he came out from the bathroom.

Adrian thought for a while before finally answering. " Well we were supposed to leave the house about ten minutes ago, so I wouldn't say that late."

"Alright you can go downstairs now, tell aunt I'll be there in three minutes." Theodore dismissed Adrian as he began wearing his uniform.

First he put on the exquisite white long sleeve top which was provided alongside the uniform before wearing the black coloured waistcoat with gold designs etched on the surface then proceeding to put on his uniform trousers before wearing his uniform which he'd decided to customize in an overcoat style with several gold designs etched along the edges of the coat then a pair of golden chains spanning from the breast pocket to the third botton on his overcoat.

Taking the dagger he'd collected from his mom when she died, he slipped it underneath his uniform before leaving his room.

Theodore tried to calm himself while descending the flight of stairs, despite living in the earth realm he found it hard to associate with humans, his aunt and her family were the only ones he could be comfortable around with and now he had no choice but to stay in a building filled with humans for atleast half a day.

' I have to control myself in there, I still don't know when or where a member of the organization might show up, I can't behave rashly or do anything that might attract their attention.' he cautiously pondered lost in thoughts as he didn't even notice his aunt in front of him.

Smiling Amelia suddenly spoke, jolting Theodore from his thoughts "you sure took your sweet time dressing up, you haven't had breakfast yet and we're late so I'll pack your breakfast for you, eat it while you're in the car! ... let's go."

Amelia was putting on a White long sleeved top adorned with several crimson flowered patterns on it, with an onyx coloured skirt which hung tightly to her body displaying her enchanting curves just stopping a bit above her kneels complimenting the expensive looking top she donned above the skirt.

Her smile delicate yet Theodore could see right through her innocent facade, he knew his aunt was dangerous, she had the eyes of someone who had witnessed countless deaths and has taken her fair share of lives, but still he didn't mind afterall his mom was the same, caring and a loving mother and wife but she was cruel when needed, if her sister wasn't a little bit like her then it'd be weird considering the family they came from.

" I wasn't expecting to be enrolled today so I slept in without considering I apologize." Theodore said in apologetic tone

" It's fine, we'll arrive on time since I'm driving." Amelia said as she walked over to Theodore.

Using a band she tied his hair in a ponytail which made Theodore look more feminine than he already was, highlighting his long lashes " perfect, you look better this way." She complimented.

"A..Ahh, m.. mother you said you were driving us today, what happened to dad? Why can't he take us?" Adrian questioned nervously as he began sweating profusely.

" Your dad had to go to work a bit early today so I'll drive, you've got a problem with it?" Amelia responded with a raised brow.

" Y... You're joking right? Please tell me you're joking." Adrian pleaded with a terrified expression.

"Nope!"

"..A..AAhh.. please no, I'll take the bus please."

" No you're riding with us."

About half an hour later they arrived at the academy, Adrian was already looking like a corpse as he passed out from fright.

' she's a terrible driver.' Theodore thought equally as frightened as Adrian.

He waited for his aunt to get out from the car before waking Adrian.

" Alright Theodore you're coming with me, that scaredy cat can find his way to class." Amelia said with a sigh.

Theodore nodded and got out of the car as his aunt had requested.

As soon as he walked out he suddenly felt several pairs of eyes on him, like he was being watched, only this time it wasn't anyone dangerous rather it was just some curious humans looking in his direction.

" Huh? A newbie? "

" Is he a foreigner?"

" What's with that hair colour."

" Is that even a boy, looks like a girl to me."

" Look, the uniform clearly indicates that he's a boy. "

" You can't always trust uniforms, she might be a girl in a boy's uniform."

"Oh my God he's cute, I want him."

" Look he's behind Amelia Crowe"

" Are they related?"

Different students kept on whispering and turning their attention to him and his aunt as they passed their midst.

' so noisy' Theodore thought as he walked past them.

" Oh my, it seems like you've managed to gather attention from a lot of students. I can tell you'll be quite popular with the girls in your school. " Amelia commented with a smirk turning her head to Theodore's direction.

Theodore sighed in response, "That's the last thing I need right now "

Amelia snorted trying her best to suppress a laugh, " I bet you'd get a girl you're interested in by the end of the week, stop being stiff you're a guy for heavens sake."

So this was her motive, she wanted me to attend school so my perspective of humans would change? Or is it my attitude towards people? Perhaps it was inevitable and necessary? Eitheway I'd still have to attend school regardless of my opinion.

"Well... My.. my.. isn't this a pleasant surprise, how nice of you to grace us with your presence Amelia... You're looking as delish as ever." A deep baritone voice sounded, a hint of lust laced in his voice which clearly conveyed the improper thoughts he had about Theodore's aunt.

Disgust flashed across Amelia's face as she struggled to keep her expression as formal as she could.

" Darren.... It's certainly not pleasant to see you!, is the headmaster in? " Amelia inquired with a slight smile which didn't quite reach her eyes.

"Oh, dad had some important matters to handle, so I'm substituting for him, anyway who's the kid, is she a relative of yours? She's flat though! " Darren asked trying to reach for Theodore.

Theodore flinched back, glaring at Darren with intense dislike.

"Careful Darren, he's not very fond of people." Amelia chimed in, shoving Theodore behind her.

"Oh, he was a boy? Cute <3 he really looked like a girl, I'm sure some dudes wouldn't mind taking him." Darren casually spoke with mild grin eyeing Theodore trophy.< p>

" You're being gross, just scurry outta the way." Amelia glared with disgust.

Darren gave a mild laughter as he walked past them, " I'd have loved to stay and admire that curvy body longer but regrettably I have other things to attend to, shame though I don't feel quite satisfied yet... We'll meet soon Amelia, you too cutie<3 " Darren said sending a wink to Theodore.< p>

Theodore didn't stop glaring at Darren not because of the weird and cringy remarks Darren was sending at him but rather the ominous feeling he was getting just by staying next to Darren, it was something he knew all too well from spending about six years in the void as Lucas, the stifling scent of blood, killers always had on them.

Darren was dangerous and Theodore wasn't stupid that he couldn't pinpoint out the hidden motive behind Darren attitude towards him, to others it might come of as Darren being weird but the overwhelming intrest Darren had displayed just now and the way he looked at him like he was some kind of trophy said it all. Darren was working with the organization that massacred Theodore's pack.
