Chapter 23

Later after the party was over Yami doesn't immediately go back to his apartment.

He followed behind Gajeel who has been called out to the Park by Jet and Droy who want to get even with Gajeel.

Yami watches as Gajeel lets them hit him, but Levy continuously proclaims that she has no problem with him.

Suddenly Laxus walks over. He had a visible frown on his face as he looks at Gajeel.

"You are the cause of the bad reputation Fairy tail has gotten in the past weeks," Laxus said.

He then starts to attack him out of anger.

At this moment Yami decided to intervene appearing in front of Gajeel to block the lightning that was coming at him

"That is enough Laxus" Yami said to him with a Stern face.

"Don't stop me Yami. Fairy Tail doesn't need people like him here"

"Who are you to decide that?"

The two S-class mages start to stare off. Just as the tension reached its peak. Gajeel stands up then walks away and says

"if you guys are done I have a Quest to do, just leave me alone".

Yami starts to laugh "What the hell is he acting all cool for"

He then turns and looks at Laxus "I don't care what you think but as long as you aren't the master of this guild you can't say how it runs"

Laxus then walks away and comments to himself, stating that the Fairy Tail he envisioned was not like this

Yami watches him as he leaves not saying anything. He could tell that Laxus was still trying to take over fairy tail.

'you didn't succeed in the Original time line. Now with me here it is most definitely not going to happen'

"Now what should I do with you guys"

Yami turns to look at the "shadow gear" trio. 

"I can tell that you are angry but that doesn't justify what you guys did now"

When Yami watched Fairy Tail he was a little annoyed by Jet and Droy when this original happened.

They came after Gajeel only after he had turned into a good guy. If they were really angry about what had happened to they should have trained to become stronger.

But they didn't. Not only that they became irrelevant later on in the show. Even with Ultear opening their {SECOND ORIGIN}

And they weren't even as hurt as they were supposed to thanks to Erza coming to save them this time.

"You too Levy" Yami didn't leave her out.

"Although I know how our guild works. All this wouldn't have come to this if you were stronger."

The three for them looked at the ground as they listen to Yami talk.

"I am not going stay here and parent you guy on how to live your life but you should at least have the power to protect yourself and our guild when needed"

After saying that Yami walks away leaving them in thought.

After walking for some time Yami suddenly stops.

"You can come out now" Yami said out loud.

At that moment Erza pokes her head out from the bushes that she was hiding in.

"Wh... What a coincide see you here Yami" Erza said while looking away from Yami

Yami smiles as he sees her being flustered.

"Yeah but why are you hiding in the bushes though"

"Well, I felt a sudden spike of yours and Laxus's magic power so I came to check it out"

"I was just clearing up some misunderstanding"

"Oh is that so"

Then there was an awkward silence between them. Both of them were at lost on what to do at this point.

"So I was thinking that we could start with the training that we talked about before tomorrow morning."

"Yeah that will be okay"

SILENCE….

"Want to go get Strawberry cake?" Yami said again "I never did get to eat that one you gave me"

Erza's eyes sparkled as nods her head. Like that the relationship between them seem to be going back to normal

The next day, Yami was waiting for Erza at the forest outside magnolia.

Today he was planning to help her to train her mana skin. He had already confirmed that it was possible the mages of fairy tail to use it. They are just they aren't conscious of it.

After waiting for a few minutes, Ezra finally arrived but she wasn't alone Natsu and the rest were following her

"Yo!! Yami we heard you guys were going to train so we came to join" Natsu said

"Aye"

"Sorry I don't know how they found out but they were here already" Erza apologized

"Don't worry they can join too"

Yami had no problem helping to train with the rest of the team.

"Yay!!"

"But I will warn you now they will be no backing out after" Yami warns.

"Don't worry about it we can handle it"

"Aye sir"

"Am glad you agree Happy because that was mainly said for you"

"Eh"

Happy looks at Yami who was smiling at him with a smile that wasn't a smile suddenly felt scared.

"You want me to train too"

"Yes, is there a problem?" Yami glares at Happy.

"No"

"Yeah!! Happy you can also be stronger too"

"All right before we get started" Yami calls them out as he removes some cuffs from his {RE: QUIP} "you should wear this"

"What this?" Natsu asked

This are {Magic Disruption Cuffs} they would be use disrupt your magic powers" Yami explains "what am going to be teach you guy is MANA SKIN. This will help you improve on your magic"

"So what are this supposed to do then" Lucy asks while putting the Cuffs on.

"Normal the best way to learn it is to go to a place that has a large amount of natural magic but it not really convenient so I had these made instead"

On like the world of BLACK CLOVER Yami hasn't found any {Grand Magic Zone} make it had for him to use one for training.

Lucky he had the experience of original so he was able to make do with this {Magic Disruption Cuffs} that he had custom made.

"Now try using your magic to cover your whole skin" Yami tells them

All of them try but only Erza and Natsu who were able to do it

"This is hard" Lucy said

She wasn't able to get the right amount need to do it

"What!!! How come this flame brain was able to do it" Gray raged looking at Natsu who had his body covered by magic.

"hehe! That is because don't remove my cloth like a perv" Natsu said

"What you say"

"Wanna fight"

"Alright that is enough from you too" Erza stops the two.

Yami smile seeing this "it alright Gray. Natsu just has a better advantage that is all"

"Really!!?" Lucy asks as she felt it was too easy for Natsu.

"yeah, unlike Erza who had already started using it before now. Natsu can use it as it is a main feature of a Dragon Slayer" Yami said

Dragon are very powerful beings' who are naturally able to create their own {MANA SKIN} from birth like the Elves from "BLACK CLOVER". As a person use dragon slayer magic he gets the attributes of a dragon.

This mean that all dragon slayers are able to use it. That is one of the reason they are stronger the normal mages.

This is also what allows Natsu to be able to coat his body with fire and his immunity to fire base attacks.

Yami found this out after have several battles with the 'Lightning Dragon slayer' Laxus. He didn't notice at first it was only after a few time that he found out.

"If he can do it so can I" Gray said as he closes his eyes and tries again.

After half a minute he was able to do it

"See… I told you I can do it" Gray says with a frown on his face as it was taking a lot of concentration to keep the {MANA SKIN} up.

"As expected from Natsu rival' Yami thought.

"Alright seeing that you can it you will spar with Natsu till you are able to keep it up subconsciously"

Hearing what Yami said Natsu grins as he charges up to Gray "Am all fired up"

Yami then turns to look at Lucy. "you can continue with learning you should be able to get after sometime"

"Okay" Lucy nods as she was determined to not get left behind.

"Now for you happy" Yami said

He removes a belt this time. The belt had some sort of ruin on it and a Lacirma.

Yami the walks up to happy and put the belt around his waist.

"Ne! Yami what is this for?" Happy asks

"For train of course" Yami said "this is a gravity belt it can increase the gravity of the person wearing it"

"Ohh! Impressive so you were using this to train yourself" Erza said "I thought it was a new design or some. As expected you are really hard working"

She was talking about the fact that he was also wearing a similar belt while they were training before. In fact, he is wearing one at the moment. 

Happy's face turn dark as he heard Yami's words. He quickly tries to remove it but it didn't come off.

"Don't bother. only I can take it off you" Yami said "now I will put two times gravity on it"

The moment he added it, Happy fell face down into the ground.

"No I don wanna do this anymore."

"I will only reduce it if you do ten lap around" Yami smiles "so good luck"

"it can't be!!"

"it is either you do it or no fish for a week"

"Ah!! I will start now"

"Now that is done" Yami turns to Erza. "We can finally start with you"

"Now that you are able to use both {KI} and {MANA SKIN} the next form is what is called {MANA ZONE}"

"mana zone?"

"This is a simple but not at the same time." Yami takes his time you explain the concept of {MANA ZONE} to her.

But as It turns out he had underestimated Erza's talent as she had gotten it after a few hours of train for it.

She was able to summon and unsummon her weapons at light speed from any direction in her {ZONE}. It was basically {UNLIMITED BLADE WORK}.

Of course under a 'Deep' and 'comprehensive' thought by Yami. It was named {UNLIMITED BLADE WORK}.

Yami turns to look at the rest. All the other were also progressing in their training.

Natsu didn't have much change as he could already use {} subconsciously. Now he is able to use it more consciously improving the damage that his attack dealt.

Gray is the person who the training had most effect on. He is now able to use {MANA SKIN} with less effort than before. After that his {ICE MAKE} became faster and more solid making his to pair up with Natsu in terms of ability.

 Lucy was also able to active {MANA SKIN} by the end of the day with the help of Leo who popped out suddenly during train. It mainly boosted her defense and physical strength.

One could say that she hasn't really improved as it hasn't help in her magic abilities. They could even go as far as to say that the only advantage she will have with {MANA SKIN} is that she can summon more spirts because the large amount of Mana.

But Yami doesn't think that way as he was thinking further ahead.

Could one imaging the effect it will have when she can use {MANA ZONE} with {Star dresss}. That is basically having ten elements to use.

But that is for later plans. There was someone who had surprised Yami.

Happy?

No, although happy was now able to fly under the influence of double gravity. He wasn't the one.

It was Juvia who was hiding a 30m away from Gray.

When did she come? From the start.

It was funny how well she was able to hide. If not for Yami's {KI} he wouldn't had noticed her.

All in all, she was able to use {MANA SKIN} without {Magic Disruption Cuffs} and was touching the realm of {MANA ZONE}.

"Alright that is all for today, let head back."

Yami said marking the end of their training. They all went back home they had to get ready for the "Fantasia"
