93 Meeting Cang Yue

Yang Tian returned to his house and met up with Xia Yuanba.

Xia Yuanba was surprised to see that Yang Tian was back. He immediately gave Yang Tian a strong bear hug, "Brother Tian! You didn't tell you would be gone for so long! I was so worried about you. I kept on thinking something might have happened to you. Thankfully, you are safe."

Yang Tian returned the hug with a smile on his face as he said, "Yuanba, aren't you worrying about the wrong person here? You can rest assured that about my safety. Tell me about yourself though… Someone came to cause trouble?"

Shaking his head negatively, Xia Yuanba replied, "No one came to trouble me. And I never got out… The food Brother Tian had left behind for me was sufficient for me to stay holed up in this place. Also, Princess Cang Yue comes to check up on me nearly every day."

"She did, huh?" Yang Tian's face remained calm as he did hear this.

"Yes! She was also anxious about you. But she came here everyday…" Xia Yuanba continued to inform Yang Tian about Cang Yue.

Xia Yuanba then said with a starry look in his eyes, "Brother Tian, you should go and meet Princess Cang Yue. She will be thrilled to see you."

"I will meet her later… Anyway, how has your cultivation been?" Yang Tian could naturally sense Xia Yuanba's cultivation. He wanted to hear it from Xia Yuanba's own mouth though.

The emotions on his face, while he spoke of his advancement, was something he wanted to see.

"I-I have advanced to the 4th Level of the Nascent Soul Realm." He stuttered out with a distressed look on his face, "Even though Brother Tian had given me so many pills… I still couldn't make full use of them. I have disappointed you."

Yang Tian's eyes narrowed at those words.

Did this mean that the pills were losing effect? Or the Tyrannical Emperor's Profound Veins were getting used to the energy and wanted even more.

Even though Xia Yuanba was at the Nascent Soul Realm, his demand for profound energy was increasing by every rise in his level. This was annoying…

"Is that so? What about your 'Great Way of the Buddha' cultivation art?" Yang Tian asked him quite casually.

Xia Yuanba rubbed the back of his head sheepishly, "It hasn't been going well… I still haven't comprehended the first stage…"

"Don't worry, you will comprehend it soon enough." Yang Tian didn't hold a lot of hope that Xia Yuanba would have done it in just these 4 months.

"Alright, we have concentrated on cultivation for a long time. Let's play a game now." Yang Tian said to Xia Yuanba with a smile on his face.

A delighted look appeared on Xia Yuanba's face at the mention of games. Yang Tian played a couple of games with Xia Yuanba, it was usually hide-and-seek, tag, and something called football.

The two of them weren't using profound energy in all these games, and surprisingly, Xia Yuanba found them really fun.

In the courtyard, Yang Tian played tag with Xia Yuanba as the two didn't use any Profound Energy. However, still, Yang Tian felt as if he was bullying Xia Yuanba a little too much…

Yang Tian now had the physique of the dragon, and his body had reached the 3rd Stage of the 'Great Way of the Buddha'. Without the use of profound energy, no one in the world was capable of beating him. Not a single one!

That was why he mostly didn't go very fast and allowed himself to get caught. The game was only when both parties had a chance.

Xia Yuanba was taking deep breaths as he caught Yang Tian for the last time and said, "Hah… Hah… This is it for me now… I… I am tired." As he said that, he suddenly collapsed on the ground.

It was near Yang Tian's house and could be considered Yang Tian's property, so there was no chance of someone disturbing him. It would be better to allow him to rest here…

With that thought in his mind, Yang Tian left for Cang Yue's house. Xia Yuanba had already told him that Cang Yue lived in the house quite close to their own…

Cang Yue was wearing a white coloured robe, which showed off a bit of her cleavage, and her milky white legs were revealed.

She was utterly concentrated on her meditation and then heard someone knocking the door to her house.

"Who is it? I am busy now, come back later!" Her words were spoken with a hint of annoyance within them.

She then heard a familiar tone of the voice, spoke with a hint of amusement, "Is that so? Yuanba told me to come and see you as soon as I could… I guess I came at the wrong time then."

"NO!" Cang Yue shouted, a little louder than what she wanted.

At blinding speed, she rushed towards the door.

Yang Tian had just turned around before the gate to her house opened, and Cang Yue emerged from the house.

As she stared at Yang Tian's back, she was entirely sure that it was him! Not at all hesitating any further, Cang Yue suddenly hugged him from behind, her breasts pressed against his back.

"I… I missed you greatly… Yang Tian." She meekly said to Yang Tian. She sniffed his scent and blushed madly...

A smile had appeared on Yang Tian's face as he thought 'Looks like it was worth wasting so much of my time on her. She has indeed developed some strong feelings for me… Now its time to test how strong these feelings are…'
