Holding out to the last ounces of consciousness, focusing all the bitter feelings against the creature, Drecuv was able to not fade away, albeit he still stood on a thin thread between this world and the other

*BOOOOM**THUD*

The noise of explosions and clashing of Graphene with the beast's hide seeped through the thicket of the Leviathan's thick flesh, making the hard battle outside apparent. Though not being certain of the numbers, it was apparent that Drecuv's friends have not abandoned him. 

But instead of feeling even the slightest relief,he felt the absolute opposite. Drecuv takes in only the part where he has to do something to kill the creature so the ones who came to rescue him are safe. Thus, strengthening his resolve and bringing back his ever fading consciousness and focusing it all on the fetus. Thought break*

"This looks dire doesn't it, this double host game can't hold on much longer, without this beast, taking over this fetus is useless… Damn.. to think this is how I go down….  Damn and for them to be a bunch of kids-!!!" 

"

*Greeeieaaaaaa*!" screeches the fetus like creature 

The Leviathan's guts start oozing a semi-solid tumour that transforms into sharp blades. 

Drecuv starts running towards the fetus, being reckless was an understatement, he had no intention of defending and was going in for the kill, blood kept spilling out through the injuries he had sustained throughout the digestive tract. 

*Slash*

Jumping in, luckily allowing him to dodge the blade to the neck, Drecuv goes in with nothing holding him back. 

*Chomp*

Drecuv bites right into the fetus's head as he himself loses consciousness-

*Boom*

*Skreet*

*thud*

"damn, didn't expect it to be able to break through so easily.. hah-! Dre!" 

"Dre!!!" coming in fast, Cammile places Drecuv on her lap, tears falling onto his face, which she didn't try to hide. Her ebony gear was in a fairly good condition compared to the rest"1 star medic mode… Comeon Dre, You have to pull through!... I'll take him back to the yacht" 

*wuuush*

"Cammile….. I feel you, I'll.. Be there in a moment too, lemme…." with tears in her eyes. 

"You died….. so many more can live, O, Knights from hell, protectors of Earth….. we thank you for your services." 

Tears drip from her eyes as she tries to cover it up by rubbing it off. 

"Chi Le…. I would've done it, you didn't have to bring yourself too…" 

"It's ok, Sai, Someone had to do it, and it would've weighed the same on everyone…."Chi says avoiding eye contact" Anyways let's get over to the island "

*woosh*

Chi speeds fast leaving Sai behind,who was looking at the fetus before he himself leaves. 

*20 minutes later*

*silence filled the atmosphere, sometime ago, everyone got all the patching up they would need,most of them had hidden their sorrow and fear well within them, Dre was being looked after by Mr Choube, who, just now finished doing basic medical analysis on him*

"it seems that Dre would, at the very least make it, though it might take around 3 months for him to recover control over his hands completely….that aside, I know the deaths of batch 2 weighs heavy on you, believe me, it does, just as bad on me too…. but right now, we just might be caught up in a SSS+ rank task. And I am leaving soon. You guys can choose to stay on this island or head towards the island of sights but just stay safe, you were never trained to deal with stuff like this-"

" Mr Choube…Thanks for your concern, but I don't think even one of us is thinking of escaping right now, if we did we'd never have made it so far in the corps…. We are now a part of this mission-"

" I have been your mentor for over 5 years now, Hannah, of course I know how you guys feel, but I am not recommending you to stay safe, I am ordering you to, a SSS+ rank, even though based on deduction, is still not something trainees can cope with, we don't want you to hold us back or have meaningless casualties. Even your gears are a mess… I am sorry but that's how it is...…"

" We'll head to the island of sights.."says Karan without any hesitation, looking Mr Choube right in the eyes. 

" Karan, I can see right through what you are plotting… But yea, that's still the safest spot for you guys and You will definitely not be allowed to the subcontinent…I'll arrange for your pickup. but don't try anything stupid, calm down and remeber, this is all my deduction, things still could be better and I just might be wrong"

"It's alr, Mr.Cho, we might not be full fledged knights but we are not kids, we don't need fake consoling. We'll not do anything crazy. " says Sai before everything returns to silence again. 

"I'll look around the island" Dobin says so as to find a reason to leave the place

"I'll join you" says Sin and joins him 

Hannah leaves towards the beach, she seemed the weakest amongst the class, but didn't want to let her emotions flow in front of the class, which seemed unlikely of her as she never hid anything.but still it was completely understandable, her breaking down would bring down the morale of the entire class.although she already had a tear jerk when Desmond brought both her and Kdot to the coast after Dre pushed them to safety. 

K dot also leaves to a small hill close to the spot, and everyone goes around the island with the same reason of scouting, to get some time alone.

*Inside Dre's mind*

".. Hrg…..whe…..where am I" Dre floating, in a black, seemingly never ending space, questions to himself. 

"Is this the afterlife…..what's that? Light?"making a swimming moment, which luckily worked, Dre propels forward

Eyes of Crimson red shine brightly in front of him. 

" We meet again, ha"

"So, am I in heaven? Damn, I thought I'd be in hell, and You must be the-….. Wait, What do you mean again?" 

"ohh, you are mistaken, we are still in the same realm, you are just in a physical manifestation of your mind in your mind" 

"huh…" 

"Well anyways, that fetus parasyte messed up my original host...

but thanks for freeing me and offering me your body, I'll be taking over you now. "
