"How dare this Dark Elf King pissed off our boss" said the subordinate of the dragon king on themselves.

"The mermaid Kingdom, King Nefertune and Queen Idris together with their three children, first Prince Nefer, Second Princess Iris and third Prince Ferune" announce the guard at the entrance.

"Well well well this is the first time that the mermaid clan attend the foundation celebration" said King Seijun.

"I'm also amaze of their attendance for this year. Typically they didn't mingle in the affairs of the dry land. What made their change?" said the Elder of from the Dark Elf Kingdom.

The Dragon King smile warmly "But of course King Nefertune I am also honored for your presence here" he replied.

The mermaid Princess blushed when she see the smile of the Dragon King.

The servants of the Dragon King guide the Mermaid royalty to their reserve seats. Although the Mermaid clan most of the time didn't attend any gatherings in the dryland. They still have reserve seats for each Kingdoms royalty.

The Dark Elf Princess didn't gritted her teeth in anger when she see how the mermaid clan Princess show her admiration to the Dragon King.

"Hmmmp later the Dragon King will be mine" she said to herself and smiled wickedly.

She ordered her subordinate to capture the girl that the Elder prepared for the Dragon King and those who will put medicine in his food. The effectivity of the drugs is thirty minutes after the time it is consumed.

The Dragon King lazily observe the people who are gathered because of the celebration.

This blooms every three hundred years inside the territory of the White Elf Kingdom" said the Elder from the White Elf Kingdom.

"Thank you very much King Zairon and Elder Luno" replied the Dragon King and the attendant also take the gift.

"Your majesty, we from the Dwarfs Kingdom wants to give this Mystical Sword to you as a gift. Although you are a dragon I still think that someday you will need this kind of thing. This sword contains a pure essence of spiritual powers from the different elements. A thousand year old sword who choose its owner. According to legends this need to be passed down to its rightful owner in its due time. But it didn't mention what particular characteristic of the owner" said the assistant of the Dwarf King.

"Your welcome your majesty" replied King Grimmly and Assistant Leery.

"Your majesty here is our gift, we humans doesn't have any unique treasure that we have in our hand but we still have something that we can offer. This is a crystal bracelet that contains moon essence. This can enhance the strength of the body of any human being. You won't feel any fatigue for any kind of physical strenuous activity you had. The crystal it had come from the Luna cave that can only be found in the Human Kingdom. A crystal formed every five hundred years" said the Prime Minister from the Human Kingdom.

"Thank you very much King Henry and Prime Minister Carreon" replied the Dragon King formally.

"Your majesty here is the gift from us merman, The Pink Tear of the Ocean. This silver necklace with pink diamond from underneath the sea is imbued with the power from an ancient merman. You can give this to the woman you fell in love with in the future. It says that if the woman accept your love she will belonged to you no matter what. This will serve as a chain so the woman will only belonged to you" replied the right-hand man of the King.

The Dragon King smiled at the King of merman "I don't think I will need that but thank you very much" he replied.

"Your welcome your highness" replied the right-hand man of the merman King.

The Dragon King stand on his throne and raise his cup with wine "Thank you very much for your generosity once again and welcome to our celebration of our Kingdoms founding. I, the Dragon King and ruler of this Kingdom extend my words of gratitude to all of you" said the Dragon King before he drinks the wine.

The Dark Elf Princess Keisha smiled mysteriously in her seat. The wine that the Dragon King drink contains the Jezreel flower essence. Its already eight o clock in the evening and after thirty minutes the flower essence will react. All her subordinate know what they will do.

After the wine toasting the Dragon King returned to sit on his throne. But after a few minutes he felts something different from his body but he didn't let it show to his expression. He lets the performers perform for the entertainment of his guest.

"Who the hell have the guts to drug me" said the Dragon King to himself angrily.

"Everyone enjoy for the rest of the night I will just take a rest first" said the Dragon King.

"Thank you very much your majesty" replied all the guest.

Then the Dragon King returned to his chamber with his guards.

The Dark Elf Princess Keisha secretly instruct her subordinate to follow their plan. One of her servant get near her "Princess we already lure out the Elders accomplice and captured the woman they paid for" whispered her servant.

"Very good, later bring me to the Dragon King Chamber" replied the Dark Elf Princess.

"As you wish my lady" replied the servant.

In the Dragon's King Chamber...…

"Hah hah hah" the Dragon King is breathing deeply while his face is flushed red.

"I'm going to skin alive of the one who did this to me" he felt hot all over his body and his knees were weakening. He lie down on the bed and messily remove his outer clothes and throw it down on the floor. He felt painful in his stomach and he felt the thing between his legs are hardening.

In the other Part of the Dragon Palace Flaira and Rei Jin are taking their time to explore the Palace. Then when they arrive at the Palace garden Rei Jin played in a distance with Flaira while the teenage girl is under the shade of the big tree.

This time the two subordinate of the Dark Elf Elder were looking for the woman they prepared for the Dragon King when they saw in a distance a woman under the big tree. They looked at each other and nod to one another. In a split of second one of the two sprayed the paralyzing powder to the woman they see and grabbed her silently. Rei Jin wasn't aware of what happened.

Flaira was stunned when she see the two beings who kidnap her. She finds it strange that she cannot move her own body. They brought her inside the Dragon Palace in a split of seconds and leave her inside of one of the room. Then the two locked the door after they put her on the bed.

When she was left alone she tried to move her fingers but she can't.

"What the hell is this kind of situation? Those two Dark Elf bastards I will kill them in the future once I get out of here" Flaira said to herself angrily.

"Hmmm so you are the one who did this to me" said the voice beside the bed.

Flaira was shocked but she can't react because of the paralyzing powder. She can't even speak. She see the Dragon King wearing only a towel.
