86 Flustered

Zia's skin crawled at the sight of Damien. All the horrific thoughts of what he had done to her began rushing into her mind. He was really here! She thought as her eyes widened with fear. She felt nauseous instantly at the thought of him possibly catching a glimpse of her.

She couldn't be sure if he saw her or not and it was strange that he did not approach her if he did see her. That wasn't like Damien. He had very little self-control. What was keeping him so calm? He couldn't have seen her. She was screaming on the inside, wishing she could run away again.

If it was in fact Damien, she realized that no matter what she did she couldn't get away from that beast. He would haunt her in every way possible until she belonged to him again. 

"You seem troubled," Arlon said as they walked down the hall toward his room. Zia didn't realize she was walking hurriedly until Arlon spoke to her.
